Unser Haus ist ökologisch, wir haben eine ökologische Klärgrube, wir heizen das Wasser mit Sonnenenergie. Wir haben köstliche Bio-Orangen in unserem Garten. Wir kümmern uns um Natur und Umwelt.
Die Villa befindet sich 500 Meter vom Strand von Cala Lanuza entfernt, so dass Sie von jeder Ecke des Hauses einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer haben. Das Haus verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer, 4 Bäder und eine große Terrasse mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer und die Berge.
Innenbeschreibung

Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich 4 Schlafzimmer:
Erstens: mit Doppelbett und Zustellbett und Ausgang zur Terrasse.
Zweitens: mit Doppelbett mit eigenem Bad. Die anderen beiden Schlafzimmer.
Für Ihre Bequemlichkeit bieten wir ein Zustellbett oder ein Kinderbett für kleine Kinder. Es gibt drei weitere Badezimmer auf der Hauptebene.
Die Küche ist komplett mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet. Neben der Küche befindet sich ein Esszimmer mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer und die Berge.
Wir wissen, wie wichtig es ist, Zeit mit der Familie zu verbringen, und deswegen wurde ein sehr komfortabler Speisesaal mit einer herrlichen Außenterrasse, auf der sich ein Loungebereich zum Entspannen befindet, im Freien eingerichtet.

Außenbeschreibung

Der Garten wurde komplett von unserem Gärtner Pedro entworfen. Es besteht aus zwei Teilen. Das erste ist ein Tropicana, in dem Sie Ihre Kinder auf einer Sonnenliege unter Palmenblättern im Pool spielen sehen können. Im zweiten Teil nennt man dies "romantisch" mit einem unvergesslichen Blick auf das Meer und die Berge. Ein Stück weiter führt ein weiterer Teil mit dem Namen "Mittelmeer" und einem 300 Jahre alten Olivenbaum, von dem aus ein Duft nach Lavendel und Rosen durch ein Wohnzimmer mit einem großen Sofa strömt, in dem Sie fernsehen und den Wohnbereich mit ansehen können ein Fitnessstudio, Billard, Tischtennis, Tischfußball und andere Spiele, die jederzeit genutzt werden können. Auch hier ist ein SPA mit Badewanne (Infrasauna) enthalten. Im Kenaz House Komplex befindet sich eine Garage inklusive.

Lovely Villa with everything you need

Lovely villa for a large family, everything provided to make your stay a pleasure! Pool was great however because of the autumn sun it was in the shade so quite cold but in summer this wouldn't be a problem. Games room downstairs was great, kitchen more than equipped with everything you would need. Villa is located near a small beach but best beach at Villajoysa which was 15mins and beautiful! Tram to Benidorm or Alicante easy accessible. If you are a large family you will love the villa, so much space and lots of bathrooms. Spotlessly clean as well, what more could you want?! We had a fabulous holiday.

Fantastic villa!

This is a beautiful villa with lots of outside space for relaxing. The pool is great, especially with the jacuzzi area for sitting in the shade. You are not overlooked at all and there is plenty of comfortable seating of all types. Our youngest kids were 8-11 and could stand up in the shallow end, while the adults could dive in the deep end. The villa has absolutely everything you would need. We shopped at the local supermarket recommended by Catalina and cooked and ate almost every meal at the villa. There isn’t much within walking distance so you really need a car, but the area is lovely and quiet and the villa has amazing views over the surrounding hills and sea. Highly recommended driving 10mins to El Campello main beach. There are loads of shops and restaurants along the long promenade and the beach and sea are brilliant. The sea is warm and not too deep for kids. The beach is sandy. The inflatable on the sea costs 10 euros per person and is great fun for an hour. The villa has beach chairs and umbrellas you can use which was really handy. Alicante and Benidorm are also worth a visit, along with Les Fonts d’Algar waterfalls which is about 40 mins drive away. But go at the end of the day when it’s quieter as it gets really busy! Aim to get there at 5pm on a weekday! All in all we had a fantastic holiday and would highly recommend both the villa and our very accommodating host!

Lovely villa with great pool, top location, ideal for families

The villa is located in a small quite residential area, a small local beach is a sort walk away down the hill, although it can get crowded at peak times it is a lovely beach, the water and sand are very clean. If you don't want to be in the busy area and are happy with a short journey to it then this villa is perfectly placed, we would recommend a car so you can easily get around the local area, especially as there are some steep inclines or simply use the local tram system. The main Campello area/beach, is a short drive from the villa, 10 mins by car or the local tram service, the tram service is incredibly efficient, running every 15 minutes and making Alicante accessible even without a car. The villa is very spacious, all the bedrooms have plenty of room with storage easily available, the kitchen has everything you need and the option to dine inside or outside is easy - even a BBQ is handily placed near the outside dining area. However we felt the real beauty of the villa was its exterior - the pool area is fantastic. The pool is a very good size, with a great jacuzzi area and lounge area for shade/relaxing, the small garden area is beautifully landscaped - it even looks great at night under the lights! The property is in excellent condition, impeccably clean, with all furniture of good quality and it all felt very new, the air-con is excellent as it is available in all rooms but as the house is well designed it didn't get too hot as it is well shaded. We also found that on arrival the small number of food/drink items were gratefully received and meant we could grab some lunch before we made a supermarket trip. There is a small supermarket just a couple of minutes up the hill for quick or emergency purchases but the hypermarkets are only 15 mins drive and offer everything you require at great value. In the main town there is a great choice of restaurants and ice-cream parlours along the front, at all price ranges, the beaches were all great with clean white sand and beautiful blue sea, the main Campello beaches get busy but those further along in the San Juan direction are quiet and also easily accessible. Overall we couldn't fault the holiday, the villa is a great place to stay, in a great location, Campello a lovely town but with so much access to other places like Alicante, San Juan, Villajoyosa and even some excellent Bodegas just a short drive away. Excellent villa, perfect for couples or families - recommended!

Excelente Casa

Fue nuestra primera vez en Alicante y junto a mis hijos, esposa, madre y suegros volveriamos de seguro por vacaciones. La casa disponia de todo lo necesario para disfrutar de nuestro descanso a parte que muy amables y cordiales sus propietarias. Muy respetuosamente y para mantener mas bella la casa, pues en verdad que lo es, conviene realizarle algunos detalles de mantenimiento a la piscina y aire acondicionado.

Fint basseng og uteområde. Det store minusett var all myggen. Har alldri fått så mye myggstikk før. Var umulig å få tak i taxi prøvde alle tlf nr men ikke svar. Her må en ha leiebil. En aircon på ett av soverommene var ødelagt og ble heller ikke repparert. Anbefaler absolutt denne boligen men vær forberedt på mygg.

La casa es una pasada, los detalles cuidados al máximo,limpieza y orden, la piscina y la zona de juegos lo mejor. Todas las habitaciones disponen de aire acondicionado y la estancia ha ido genial. El único inconveniente: los mosquitos!!aconsejo ir preparados porque nos han fastidiado un poco la estancia. Por todo lo demás, muy bien.

Fantastic villa

We had a great holiday although a little stressful with covid forms and tests. The villa provided everything we needed and is kept to a very high standard. Although there is a bus stop outside the villa I would recommend a car as there is not really a choice of amenities within walking distance and we had trouble ordering a taxi as not much English was spoken. I would definitely book to stay here again in the future if we go on another extended family holiday. The games room was well used and the pool is big, deep and a lovely temperature.

Fabulous find - Thank You Kate and co!

Had a wonderful time here for my 40th Birthday with my family. There were nine of us who stayed here, six adults and three children. We stayed w/c 26th October. When we arrived there was an issue with the pool as they thought it might have a leak. Everyone was left baffled as the pool filled up again and remained that way all week. The children were in that first day. The pool was ice cold and the sun did not hit it at all but our mad children (and their Auntie) enjoyed it every day. There were lots of pool inflatables and the like, plus a pump! All very handy! We used the BBQ which was fab! The outside area was so lovely. We spent a lot of time out there. The fridge/freezer broke whilst we were there. Initially it blew the electrics. The electrician was out by 10am and it didn't take long for him to find the problem. We had a replacement fridge/freezer by the evening. The games room was fantastic. We didn't use it an awful lot as we were enjoying the sunshine (we were so lucky with the weather for October/November!) but it was such a bonus. I imagine if we'd have had any bad weather it would have been invaluable. The only thing I didn't realise is that there is not an internal access to it and you have to come outside to go down to the games room. My Brother-in-law enjoyed the sauna quite a few times. We did not hire a car as there were nine of us so we did not see the point. It probably would have been a good idea though. We walked to the local shop and restaurants but this was not ideal for my Mum who isn't so good on her feet. We also caught the bus to Campello town where we did a big shop at the Lidl there. Because there were so many of us, it wasn't a problem getting it back on the bus. We had a little trolley and a few back packs. I spent my Birthday in Campello town. We went to a restaurant for lunch on the front which was just fantastic. I shared a fabulous paella with my Sister and a few glasses of sangria - delicious! We walked to the local beach which was about a twenty minute walk, and not great for my Mum. I was very hot after walking back so that was the one time I did jump into the pool - haha! The beach was really lovely. There is quite a lot of building work going on around it as I think they must be building a new complex there. Everyone was very friendly, we had a great stay and this was the first time I have stayed in a villa so we feel fortunate to have found this villa.

Traumhafte Villa

Vorab wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder.... es war ein traumhafter Urlaub und die Villa hat dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns in Spanien wie zuHause gefühlt haben. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin (Kate) war von Beginn an bemerkenswert. Bereits vor der Buchung hatten wir Kontakt und konnten offene Fragen klären und haben uns aufgrund dessen auch für diese Villa entschieden, da wir bereits vor der Buchung schon ein sehr gutes Gefühl hatten. Dieses Gefühl wurde auch während des Aufenthaltes aufrechterhalten. Egal um welche Angelegenheit es ging, Kate hat schnell geantwortet und uns Tipps gegeben (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Strand etc.) Kate weiter so.... Einfach toll... Wir sind mit 3 kleinen Kindern angereist und hierfür wurden wie vereinbart Hochstühle und Kinderbetten zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Villa ist eine wahre Wohlfühloase mit vielen Zimmern, Bädern, einer wunderbar ausgestatteten Küche, ein toller Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelfach ist auch vorhanden, ideal für Cocktails auf der traumhaft schönen Terrasse und Poolbereich. Der Pool war einfach nur mega genial... für unsere Kids wurden sogar extra Luftmatratze aufgeblasen und zusätzliche Wasserspielsachen zur Verfügung stellt. Die Terrasse ist vorallem Abends ab 21:00 ein Traum, denn da geht die Außenbeleuchtung an. Wir konnten hier jeden Abend genießen und sogar trotz der späten Jahreszeit den Pool (mit etwas Überwindung, etwas frisch) noch nutzen. Auf der Terrasse gab es einen wunderbaren Eßbereich, den wir auch viel genutzt haben. Kate hat sogar ein Willkommensgruß für uns bereitgestellt mit vielen Leckereien. Die Haushälterin Ines war auch sehr nett und hat uns am Ankunftstag empfangen und die Schlüssel übergeben und uns eine Einweisung gegeben. Es ist alles sehr gut organisiert und das Haus ist toll ausgestattet. Der nahegelegene Strand Cala Lanuza ist eine kleine Badebucht und zu Fuß wunderbar zu erreichen. Hier gibt es oberhalb sogar eine kleine Jet Set Beach Bar, hier kann man die tolle Aussicht genießen. El Campello Zentrum ist nur wenige Kilometer entfernt, hier konnten wir gut einkaufen. (Aldi) Wir haben sogar einen wunderbaren Metzger (Carniceria Charcuteria Del Carmen, Doctor Fleming 41, El Campello) und Bäcker direkt an der Strandprominade ausfindig gemacht. Der Strand in El Campello war wunderbar, hier konnten wir auch sehr lecker Essen und die spanische Küche genießen. Das Meer war wunderbar warm und der Strand sauber, 2 Liegen mit 1 Schirm kosteten 15 EUR für 1 Tag.

Amazing villa in a stunning location!

Casa Kenaz is an absolutely beautiful villa. As soon as we walked through the door we were blown away. It’s huge. The decor is very tasteful and it’s spotless. The gardens are simply stunning. And the pool, just wow.. it’s the biggest pool we’ve had in a rental and the jacuzzi is an added bonus. The kids loved the games room, it was a perfect way for them to get out of the sun. I would recommend a car for getting around. I would recommend Casa Kenaz to anyone. Kate is a fantastic owner. Communication is first class. Thank you Kate. Can’t wait to book for next year.

Great house for two families

We were group of four adults and five kids aged 2 to 13. There was enough space for all of us. Only down side in the villa was, that livingroom is one of four bedrooms and one couple had to sleep on sofabed. But we managed to do that. The pool in the back yard is really big and we spent hours by swimming in it. Teens loved the games room, billiards and ping pong game were used every day. There is also a big grill and we made some barbecue dinners. Nearby you’ll find couple of nice restaurants, about 10 minutes walk. The food was delicious! Kate was a great house manager. She showed us the villa and told how everything works in the villa. She even drove us around the neighbourhood and showed the nearby beach, shop and resraurants. Thank you Kate!

Family Birthday Celebration

This a great property with everything you could need, the pool area /outside space is fabulous for entertaining. There is a lovely local beach about a 10 minute walk. The tram is about a 15 minute walk although this is not clearly signposted. On arrival there was a lovely welcome pack which was a lovely gesture. Thanks for a lovely stay

Beautiful villa, pool area amazing, Kate rely speedy with any concerns, highly recommend this villa

Fantastic stay at your beautiful villa, we were a party of 5 adults celebrating 50th birthday, the pool area stunning,kitchen was very well equipped and the games room was a little gem, local buses brilliant to get you into el campello and to the tram to visit alicante. Will definitely be booking to stay again

Good time ; it was a bit colder than we expected; heating worked; good train and bus links

Lots of room, boys liked games room, kitchen excellent everything worked comprehensive equipment. Very minor stuff one toilet was slow to flush ;we could have done with some more rubbish bags Would return both to property and area

Wonderful place!

We loved our stay in this amazing house. It was clean, plenty of space and the view was amazing. THE VIEW! I can't say enough about how breathtaking the view from Casa Kenaz is! Thank you for such a great stay! I would recommend this house to anyone planning to visit Alicante!

You do not want for anything, attention to detail was perfect !!

First impression was how big the villa is, and I have never seen such a huge pool. The villa was so very clean and anything that you need has been supplied, even down to a sewing kit. You expect a hairdryer but there were even straighteners. The kitchen is better equipped than my own. There was a lovely welcome basket on our arrival and Kate even drove us to the nearest shop to get some basic supplies.....so friendly. Anything we needed to know, we just texted Kate and she was very quick to reply. The double bed was very comfy and plenty of extra bedding. There is a fantastic hammock in the garden and we spent a lot of time relaxing out there. I cannot say enough about how great this villa is It is quite hilly but if you are fit, you will not need a car. The bus stops are outside of the villa. The bus that goes to El Campello beach and shops is on the opposite side of the villa and arrives around twenty-to the hour and takes 20 minutes to get there, but well worth going. The bus on the villa side of the road will take you to the tram (we walked it) and that comes around twenty five past the hour.From there you can go to Benidorm in 20 minutes or La VillaJoiosa in 2 stops which has the best beach. They only come once an hour but be aware that they dont run on weekends. A 10/15 minute walk up the hill you will see a sign for the Pueblo Acantilado Suites. Walk down the hill to a small shop and two fantastic restaurants. A perfect villa for relaxing and enjoying life, I would highly recommend.

Beautiful villa.. total relaxation

We have just returned for a week in this beautiful villa.. 9 of us!! We all had a fantastic time.. the villa had enough space and things to do to keep everyone entertained. Only a ten minute walkfrom the beach where we enjoyed days and evenings... I would recommend a car for shopping trips but apart from that a great time was had by all and Kate was very helpful from start to end... thanks again

Perfect !!

We have just returned from 8 days stay at this lovely Villa. There was everything you would ever need, the bedrooms were very spacious, as were the bathrooms and the living areas & a spectacular kitchen with everything you needed and more. There are two twin bedrooms, a double bedroom with ensuite and in the living area, a double sofa bed (bedroom as it is quite private with closing double doors) also a walk in wardrobe. There was 7 of us, four adults and three teenagers. Downstairs there was a games room in which the teenagers absolutely loved and kept them entertained. The outdoor living area was excellent with ample space to relax and eat. The Pool was amazing. The villa is situated on a hill, so would recommend a car if you have trouble with mobility, although there are buses that pass every 20 minutes. The shops are nearby approx 500meters, along with a couple of restaurants in which they do lovely takeout, ie pizzas or anything you want really. The best shop is up at the top of the hill, quite a walk but is reachable. The nearest beach is down the hill with a beach bar and the tram station is just near the beach too. We didn't hire a car as we were able to get about via walking but would recommend hiring a car if you have mobility problems. We went into Benidorm via the Tram which was a short journey of approx 25-30 mins at a cost of approx 6 Euros return each. We would definitely return to this Villa Kenaz as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this to any of our friends and family. Thank you Kate - 5 absolutely Big Stars x
