Die Hauptebene bietet 1 Schlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett, ein komplettes Badezimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Wohnzimmer und einen Essbereich. Im oberen Bereich des offenen Lofts finden Sie ein Queensize-Bett, ein komplettes Badezimmer und einen Billardtisch.

Das House of the Rising Sun befindet sich in der Nähe der Spitze des Bluff Mountain und bietet einen herrlichen Bergblick, ohne dass Sie Ihre Smoky Mountain-Hütte verlassen müssen. Die südliche Brise hebt die Seele und alle Ihre Sorgen scheinen an diesem Berghang Rückzug zu verschwinden. Mit der großen Anzahl von Fenstern ist es unglaublich, die Berge von beiden Ebenen aus zu betrachten.

Genießen Sie draußen auf der U-förmigen überdachten Veranda den Geruch frischer Bergluft, während Sie sich einen Moment Zeit nehmen, um sich zu entspannen. Nach einem langen Wandertag in den Smokies lädt der Whirlpool im Freien zum Entspannen ein.

Die Hütte verfügt über einen Holzkamin (Brennholz nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten) und 1 Großbildfernseher. Es gibt eine große, voll ausgestattete Küche mit Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine sowie einen Holzkohlegrill draußen (bringen Sie Ihre eigene Holzkohle mit).

Genießen Sie die Nähe zu Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Dixie Stampede, Dollywood und The Christmas Place.

Die Straße bis zur Hütte ist sehr steil. Die Zufahrtsstraße zu dieser Hütte ist asphaltiert, weist jedoch eine Steigung auf. Wir können es problemlos in einem Prius nachholen. Diese Kabine ist nicht für den weniger abenteuerlichen Typ. Wenn Sie in der Nähe von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und flachen Straßen sein möchten, ist dies nichts für Sie. Wenn Sie in der Nähe des Parks mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht sein und in der Nähe wandern möchten, suchen Sie nicht weiter!

Motorräder und Anhänger werden nicht empfohlen. Allradantrieb wird für ungünstige Winterbedingungen empfohlen.

Beautiful Cabin with an amazing view!!

Overall this cabin was a great stay, very clean, and accommodated us very well! I will stay the drive up is a steep but after the first time up and down we got used to it and were comfortable with the drive! The drive is definitely worth the amazing view you get from being up top on mountain! We would definitely look into staying here again and would recommend it! Just don’t be afraid to use your gas pedal and you’ll be just fine!

Breathtaking beauty

Beautiful cabin on top of a mountain with unreal views. Very relaxing furniture with all the comforts of home. We loved sitting on the porch taking in the view and even got in the hot tub. By the end of our stay we didn’t want to leave. Will definitely book again.

Amazing Sunrises

The sunrises at House of The Rising Sun Lived up to it's name. They were fantastic. We went to the waterfall rear of the cabin mentioned in your guest books by several people, one even drew a map to it. It was beautiful. The cabin was clean, warm and inviting. Anything you'd need in the kitchen to prepare a meal was available. I would love to say that I will come again but sadly I won't return simply because of the roads leading to the cabin. The STEEP! roads were mentioned in the listing, however.

Great time to catch up on rest. When you look up the word rest in the dictionary it pulls up an image of this cabin. Host were helpful and the place was clean. Fees were honest and loaded up front. This is why I decided to stay. So many other places will hit you with extra fees that end up outrageous! Not this host. I appreciate the honesty and genuine care you have shown your guests. Clean Cabin with Beautiful Views!

Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised with several updates that were not reflected in the photos. The house was exceptionally clean, and the view was worth the steep drive! The hosts were very communicative, and worked quickly to resolve an issue with one of the bathrooms that we noticed. I would absolutely stay here again!

This was our second time staying at House of the rising sun and it was just as we anticipated! We ate at Local Goat twice because it is THAT GOOD!! Perfect Views

Perfect mountain cabin. When we go to the mountains, a major reason is seeing the mountains. The view from this cabin is AMAZING! We found ourselves waking up early just to watch the sunrise, which is in itself so awe inspiring that words fall short. When we first arrived, and only about 100 feet from the cabin, a bear was crossing the road going down the mountain, which was great! When going to town, you are very close to everything, you can take the back roads, like we did, and pull right into the Apple Barn, or just get onto Wears Valley Rd. We could see the Island from the cabin and in a few minutes, we were there. This cabin is a perfect example why we go to the Smokies.

Amazing!!

The cabin is amazing and so is the view. You cant get any better then the view from the porch. The only downfall was no washer and dryer but it all worked out great even though we were there for 10 days. We will DEFIANTLY come back!

Perfect mountain getaway with AMAZING Mountain Views

We were looking for a cozy mountain cabin with amazing mountain views and the House of the Rising Sun delivered beyond our expectations! Looking out over miles of the Great Smoky Mountains while relaxing on our porch, looking out of the floor to ceiling windows from the comfortable indoor space, or relaxing in the comfortable loft bed made our vacation stay perfect. The first few days of our stay Pavan checked with us to make sure our home away from home was comfortable and all was going well. He offered to answer any questions we had and made suggestions of local places to eat. He responded very quickly any time we contacted him. The home is located near the top of Bluff Mountain far from, yet close to, the hustle a bustle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. A very quiet and peaceful location. As clearly stated in the listing, the drive to the house is STEEP!! I am afraid of heights and got a little panicky the first trip up and back down the mountain. From that point on I was driving up and down with no issues, I conquered my fears! If I can do it anyone can! The view is well worth it!! Part of the drive is one lane which posed no issues. The road is paved all the way to the home. If you are looking for picturesque mountain views in a clean comfortable mountain home look no further, the House of the Rising Sun is your perfect home away from home!

Five star view!!

Very clean and welcoming cabin. The view was spectacular seeing far away mountains and the smoke covering them at times. The hot tub was a nice on touch. We had a couple black bears go by within 40 yards of the cabin. Great host that are very quick with a response to any questions. Easy access to surrounding areas. Will be back for sure!!

What a Perfect Place

This cabin is the perfect place to stay if ur visiting Pigeon Forge or the surrounding area. The views are breathtaking and the deck is a great place to sit and relax after a fun day of exploring. It has everything you need to accommodate ur needs. The reclining couch seats were great for watching some movies and tv. I will stay here for sure next time I visit the area. The owners are awesome and will have you ready to go before you get there. They are also very prompt if you have any questions. It’s really close yet far enough away from everything. It’s very updated and clean. Thanks for letting us stay here!

Beautiful views

The cabin was a perfect size for me my husband and little one. We enjoyed the views every morning and especially at night with a nice breeze on the porch. It was a little too hot on our stay to enjoy the hot tub, but everything else was convenient and only a short distance drive from everything.

It was a very clean property with a gorgeous view! It was the perfect distance from all attractions by being not to far, but not right in the middle of town! The driveway is a bit steep, but the view and overall cabin does more than make up for it!

Got I’ll no sympathy

Booked 4 nights stayed one. Deathly I’ll sue to reaction to new medication. No sympathy from owners. Said has cancellation policy and if we want the other three days, we would need to rebook and pay again. I understand but you would think there would be some lead way with a doctor letter
