Im Herzen von Pacific Beach, nur 3 Häuserblocks vom Meer, 4 Häuserblocks von der Bucht und 2 Häuserblocks vom belebten Geschäftsviertel auf Garnet entfernt. Wir haben Fahrräder, Boards und alles, was Sie für den Strand brauchen. Packen Sie also ein paar Koffer, parken Sie Ihr Auto in der Garage und genießen Sie das beste Wetter der Welt!

Family vacation

We had a nice stay in San Diego. The beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. The beach towels were very helpful. We loved that we could walk to so many places and the beach.

Great location

Great location in PB, Aaron was also very responsive with communication. The apartment felt a bit older than appeared in the photos, but otherwise as advertised.

Great location!

The house is clean and neat, but the real win here is the location. Walkable to beach, grocery store, gyms, coffee shops, bars, and more! Our group needed more towels dropped at the house and the host was quick to communicate and informed me as entries would happen to the house. Was a great stay for a group of 4 adults!

Great stay close to the beach

Few minutes walk from everything and relatively quiet for a family trip. Aaron was very communicative. The place had ac units and parking. No dishwasher or laundry in the unit (there is a communal pay machine) but for a few days at the beach that’s fine. Would stay here again!

The sweet Pacific Beach spot

This little place was perfect for the 4 of us. We came to see family that lives near by. It was an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and Ralph’s grocery store. Property was quiet and comfortable. I would stay here again. Property manager was responsive and made check in and out a breeze. Thanks

Great Family Location

My family and I had an amazing time at this bungalow. It was clean, quiet and located within walking distance of the beach and the bay as described in the description. The host was also very responsive and kind which made our experience even better!

Great Stay!

This property was wonderful! We used to live nearby and have a friend that stays in the same building and the whole place felt like home vs a vaction rental. Its a short walk to coffee places and the boardwalk. You can even walk to belmont park using the boardwalk. having parking is a plus after a long day at the beach or outings and not having to fight for street parking. 100/10 recommend staying here if you want to vacation in Pacific Beach!

Fun Neighborhood

Communication was great. The condo is a short walk to the beach, tons of restaurants, shops and a grocery store. The complex was quiet and all well kept. Things were well stocked and the laundry and appliances were nice. There were 4 beach chairs, boogie boards, some toys and umbrellas in the garage. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. We had a great time in San Diego!

Long weekend in Pacific Beach

We loved our stay here. Easy check in/out. Great neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants to walk to. Some of the boardwalk shenanigans makes you a little uneasy, but lots of people around! Beach was great, and an easy walk with two young kids. Grocery store close! Apartment had everything we needed.

Great location

This place is on a busy (noisy) road so take that into mind. We knew that going in and it wasn’t a big deal for us. It was nice to have 2 bedrooms. Couch was comfortable for 2 adults and a teenager. Kitchen was set up really well. Location was in walking distance to the beach, grocery stores, shops and a variety of restaurants. The only issue was that the master bedroom bed was really firm but that is a personal choice and not one I take off points for. Parking is not in a garage but in front of one in the alley so we were glad we drove the car and not the truck. We would stay here again. Aaron was super responsive with all communication!! Great host!

Everything you need is there

The place was perfect for our stay. The whole house was stocked with the little things we needed, it was a great surprise. The bedding was comfortable and the location was walking distance to everything. The bathroom was a bit outdated but overall the stay was fantastic. I loved the fact that there was a laundry room to wash clothes

Aaron was a very kind and responsive host. The value of this property was great. However, the rental itself was below average. The pictures make it look nicer than it is in reality. The Sofa Couch is not a pull out, but rather more of a futon. They did not provide an extra comforter for the "sofa couch", only two small blankets and some sheets and 1 pillow. There were some faint stains on the bed linens in the 2nd bedroom. The bathroom has some mold specks on the ceiling. Overall, the pictures are better than the reality. The rental is not terrible but it's not good. Luckily we did not spend too much time in the rental and the location is close to beach, though I would not walk around alone at night. Overall, I would not stay here again and I would not recommend to a friend.

Great vacation spot.

Our stay at Crown Point was excellent, Aaron was a great host. Always making sure our stay was going good and checking if we needed anything. There are all the amenities you would need right around the location. Having the beach a few blocks away was great. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Disappointing stay

This property was nothing like the description and photos. It was very run down, the floors and tables felt sticky and gritty and there was a horrible smell, mainly in the second bedroom. Some of the window blinds were broken and if more than one light and the aircon was on everything fused. Aaron did respond quickly to my messages and tried to sort out the smell, but it didn’t make any difference. The property is in a good position, close to beach, shops and restaurants, but I wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t stay there again.
