Fabelhafte Renovierung gerade abgeschlossen! Brandneue Möbel und eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf den Golf von Mexiko und das Tops'l Resort! Unsere Einheit in der 9. Etage am östlichen Ende des Gipfels im Tops'l Resort ist der perfekte Ort für einen erholsamen Strandurlaub! Nur 200 Meter vom zuckerweißen Sandstrand und ein paar Schritte vom tropischen Schwimmbad entfernt!

Der schicke Wohnbereich an der Küste ist lichtdurchflutet und stilvoll im Küstenstil eingerichtet, wobei die Entspannung im Vordergrund steht. Der Balkon ist durch Glasschiebetüren zugänglich und bietet eine beeindruckende Aussicht auf das Resort und den Strand. Unsere voll ausgestattete Küche öffnet sich zum herrlichen Essbereich und der Frühstücksbar mit Sitzgelegenheiten.

Die Master Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, ein eigenes Bad und Zugang zum Balkon. Die Master Suite mit Blick auf den Strand lädt zum Entspannen ein. Unser Gästezimmer ist mit zwei Einzelbetten ausgestattet und wird durch ein komplettes Badezimmer auf dem Flur bedient.

Das Tops'l Beach & Racquet Resort bietet eine erstklassige Tennisanlage sowie die schönsten Strände der Golfküste! Auf dem Grundstück befinden sich gehobene Restaurants und ein Strandgrill. Wonderful Condo for a Relaxing Family Vacation!

Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, and I loved having the two bathrooms between the five of us. Easy walk to the beach, the kids also loved having the pool right by us. The location was perfect, because you are just outside of the main Destin traffic, but have an easy drive to all activities. The beach was stunning and never overly crowded. We were extremely happy with this condo and will stay again if given the chance on a future vacation!

Enjoyed our stay

First time we have done a month stay. Our unit was very clean and updated and very comfortable. The beach is beautiful! Disappointed that the pool wasn’t warm. One night we had a 2 1/2 hour fire alarm. Overall we had a very good stay.

The condo was exactly as pictured. The decor is tastefully done and the views are amazing. My only advice is to bring your own tp as only 1 roll per bathroom was provided.

Beautiful unit with a view

The unit was beautiful, as described on the website. However, I felt misrepresented by the $83 per-night cost for a 3-night stay. After the final reservation fees, the charge was over $870, which shocked me. In the end, I had buyer's remorse after signing the agreement. Vrbo needs to include the agency’s fees upfront instead of partial information.

January 2023 Stay

This is a great condo, decorated beautifully, and stocked with everything you need. The pictures show the condo exactly how it is. The beds are very comfy, the pool and hot tub are right next to the building, and the view from the balcony of the gulf and the forest are perfect! We were close to everything we needed, and everyone we came in contact with was very nice. Great community! We highly recommend this condo!

Beautiful property and unit. Only downside was that they changed our door code at 8am our check out was at 10:00. Luckily our daughter was still in the condo and was able to let us in.

The condo was incredibly clean- even the baseboards and ceiling fans. Yes, I pay attention to this when renting. Beach is a short walk, tram is provided but we just took the easy walk down the hill and across the boardwalk. Super nice pools. Carts were plentiful for check in and check out. David at Beach Blue was incredibly helpful with all of our needs and questions.

The walk to the beach wasn't terrible but it was a little jaunt. I loved that this unit provided beach chairs, it was super helpful and very useful! The pool was super convenient though! Love that there is a hot tub and grills close by as well! Only complaints were not enough cups for coffee or drinking cups in general. The door code didn't work for us on the last day.

March 2021 Stay

This two bedroom unit was everything we hoped for. It was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed, including washer and dryer, dishwasher, great tv’s with smart features, and of course the gorgeous view from the balcony of the ocean and nature preserve. We will definitely stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: My friend and I rented this beautiful condo for our annual beach trip at Tops’l. The condo was beautifully decorated with an awesome view. I was a little disappointed when booking to not be right on the beach, but was pleasantly surprised when I got there and saw the beautiful view of trees and the coast. When we first arrived we noticed quickly that the cleaning job was barely done. The kitchen counter had not be cleaned, several areas had not been vacuumed or swept, there were tiny black hairs all over the white comforter in the master and some hair in the guest bathtub. It looked as though the previous renter had a black dog. The condo itself was in great shape, so we just let it go and enjoy med our trip. There was some difficulty sleeping in the double beds room as the mattress was uncomfortable. Overall, it was a good place to stay.

The furniture needs replacing. It has been WELL sat upon.2. Dust bunnies galore in corners and under the bed.3. Area rug in living room was not as pictured and is of poor quality.4. Bathroom rugs were stained and probably not washed in a while, just vacuumed.5. Tubs were VERY slippery, so we bought rubber tub mats to insure our safety.6. Good amount of kitchen supplies (plates, glasses, pots, utensils, bakeware) for your cooking needs.7. Grounds are well maintained and we felt safe.8. Wonderful shopping and dining experiences are very close-by. I would recommend this property, but I hope they address the cleaning practices with the staff. They can do better. (Or at least leave me a Swiffer!)

quick get away that did not disappoint

This was our first visit to Destin and Topsi'l and It did not disappoint. Our room was spacious, nicely decorated and had great views. The beach was a short 6 min walk and we had a pool right next to our building. We will be returning:)
