Beautiful home for a great price!

We rented the home for a Christmas getaway with my extended family. We have an eclectic mix of teens, adults and small children and the space accommodated perfect! We will return in the future!

Early Xmas gathering

Home was as advertised, clean, kitchen well equipped, multiple gathering areas for games or good conversation. Even had full sized christmas tree with all the trimmings. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful, cozy home in the Black hills. Our son’s favorite was the outdoor basketball hoop. Lots of room to spread out and relax!

Beautiful Black Hills Retreat

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The house is in great condition, there is an amazing amount of space in the house. We loved all the deck areas and watching deer frolic in the evenings. It was very clean! It was perfect for our family.

Great place with lots of room

My family of 5 stayed here for a few nights. The house is centrally located in the Black Hills which makes it possible to visit all the favorite sites. The deer came out in the grassy areas every evening which made sitting on the deck or either porch that more enjoyable. I would highly recommend booking this house.

Family Outing for Easter

We were able to enjoy the Easter holiday weekend with our extended family. This house was large enough to accommodate 6 adults and 5 children in a comfortable way. There is living spaces on the main floor and large areas in the basement for groups to gather to play games or watch movies together. The large yard was a great place to play football and games with the kids as well. We also enjoyed the wildlife in the yard as deer passed through daily as well as a large flock of turkeys.

St Patrick’s Day Weekend!

We had 4 couples and this house was perfect for us to all hangout at during down time. It had most everything we needed, the only thing that would have made the stay a little easier would more cooking equipment to make it easy to cook breakfast for a larger group. But not a deal breaker either!

nice location

perfect place in between deadwood and sturgis..clean and comfortable.. Would have been nice to have a fireplace downstairs that worked . and had some trouble with the programming on television cable boxes not hooked up..very minor problems that James tried to fix

The home is very cozy excellent location with beautiful views! Love the 2 decks, walk out basement patio! This was very fitting for our family, we were here for our daughters wedding. Would love to be snowed in for a few days in this house. Beautiful big yard, house is very spacious, with plenty of tvs and couchs.

Family vacation

Nice property with plenty of bedrooms for everyone. We were out doing other things most of our stay. We did golf at Boulder Canyon across the road. Also rented UTVs in Sturgis, plenty of great trails close to the house. ( also deadwood is very close, stopped there a couple of times too.) Very peaceful stay. Great location.

Great place to stay!

We had a great stay at this property. Great location if you are visiting the Deadwood/Sturgis area. Home was clean and comfortable with lots of room. Kitchen and bath were very well stocked with anything you might need. Great communication with our host, James. He was VERY accommodating and friendly. We would definitely visit again. Thanks!

Senior Sibling Retreat

Ours is a group of 5 senior siblings and spouses. We meet and hangout yearly in different locations. This house was big enough to accomodate us easily. The yard was big enough to play the outdoor games that many of us enjoy. The area is beautiful with so much to see and do. What more could anyone want!

Great place to gather with family and friends!

Great location close to Deadwood, Sturgis, hiking as well as close Interstate access for a quick drive to Spearfish, Rapid City and beyond. The house is set up so well for groups to gather with plenty of places to gather (or escape) as needed. Allowing the fur babies to come is another extra. There are many extras included in the house that make prepping meals, etc. so easy. I would definitely recommend this home and will stay again if we visit this area in the future. I lived in this home with my family for 20 years, have moved to Rapid City closer to work but plan on retiring in this home. This is my happy place.

Boulder Canyon it’s the perfect place for your vacation. Centered between Sturgis, Deadwood, Spearfish, and Rapid City, there are so many options for family fun. A fantastic golf course is across the street with great food and cheap drinks a short walk away. Our subdivision is surrounded by the Black Hills national forest with lots of mountain biking and ATV trails. In the winter skiing is close and the roads are well-maintained.
