Wonderful stay

Fantastic stay, property manager/host Jake is fabulous - very responsive, informative. Property was exactly as described, and exceeded our expectations. Unit was very clean, bed was super comfortable, and towels were plentiful. We had a kitchenette unit, which was absolutely well appointed with everything we needed for our stay and more. Would absolutely return. Only regret is that we didn't have more time to enjoy all the amenities the resort has to offer.

Great property. Check was fast. Parking was non issue. All employees are kind and helpful. Property is as described. Everything was clean. Great location. Enjoyed 2 of the pools and hot tubs on property. Will stay here again. Loved it

Convenient to Disney Parks

We had a good time. Jake the host was awesome. We had an issue at registration and I had to call Jake and he took care of it immediately. The condo itself was nice but the view was not what I was thinking. It was the parking lot when I thought it was the pool. The bathroom was pretty clean but not spotless like you would want a prior used bathroom to be. The registration process was horrible and took forever. No one is in a hurry. Also, the parking is horrible. It probably depends on how late you come in. We came in late both nights due to being at Disney which was probably the main reason however it was only about 20 minutes from the parks.

Clean and perfect location

We will definitely return to this property. Our room over looked Tukey Lake, which was beautiful. The room was pretty large for a King suite and the jetted tub was a nice addition that I utilized twice. The back patio is very large. The property was clean and well kept and it has alot of entertainment options to choose from. The main pool is "heated" although it was still too cold (we had a cold snap in the 50s during our stay) The hot tub was perfect. The Bar & Grill restaurant was a great choice for our dinner option plus we were able to watch the football games with a pretty lively crew. The marketplace was larger than I expected with a deli and a lot of items to choose from (mini grocery store). The property was less than 10 minutes to Sea World and easily accessible.

The parking is a huge issue with this property. The bathtub was a nice perk. The shower had very low water pressure so showers were not enjoyable. We did enjoy our stay at this property but these few things would have made the stay more convenient and enjoyable

Weekend stay

The resort was busy but we were given adequate attention and information. Check in went well. We were given a room upgrade at no additional cost due to room availability. The upgraded room was awesome. The resort grounds were neat and we liked the amenities, though we wished the poolside bars were open later. Will stay here again.

Very pleasant stay

The place was very well agenced to host 3 people. Not very exensive. We were a little disappointed that there is no shuttle to go to Universal Studios and to Animal Kingdom. Last Tuesday morning, we were not able to buy tickets for Universal Studios because there was a problem with the computer. But these places were not far from the resort. We enjoyed the walk around the lake. However the food at the Deli place was not good. All and all, we had an agreable stay and we will come back.

No Sleep, Trash in Common Areas

Did not realize the pool was open until midnight. Bright lights and noise until midnight each day (ok unless your room overlooks the pool like mine). Had someone staying above me that was very loud, called front desk, security never came. Noise woke me up at 1230, continuous until 215. Trash in hallways and common areas, ice machine didn’t work, no housekeeping service on day 2.

Lovely experience.

We were looking for a place to stay while we visited a couple of the nearby theme parks. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The resort had great features that we would have enjoyed if our stay had been longer. Great for families and appreciated the security - felt very safe.

Perfect Location!

We were located in the center of everything. Disney, Universal, and Disney springs were all with in 10-15 min drives. Convenience of having all restaurants and Walmart near by was a plus. The room was just what we needed and the bed was super comfy! Would love to stay again!

The staff were very friendly, the room was great but the bathroom fan had what aperred to be black mold around it. The couch was on the same wall as the tv so you had to sit on the bed to watch it (had a day of rain so not much to do)

Nice Resort in a good location

This is a good resort, nice and clean. Better than a hotel and a good value for the price I paid. I would recommend if you have kids as there were a lot of families with children and plenty of pools. If you are an adult or couple looking for a quiet relaxing time at a pool, I would consider looking somewhere else. Nothing against the resort as it was beautiful, everything that was shown and very nice. Just seems to attract a lot of larger families with kids enjoying all of the pools and the waterpark. I gave it 5 stars because it is was everything that was promised and beautiful. I did also like that you could drive to both Universal and Disney without getting on the Interstate. This is a great plus.
