Suchen Sie Ruhe für Ihren NH-Urlaub? Wir haben es hier bei Pemi Shore Cottages.

Ich habe eine komplett eingerichtete 2bd / 1ba Hütte nicht weit vom Wasser entfernt auf einem bewaldeten Hügel mit einer tollen Aussicht. Wir nennen es "next level up". Hat eine Treppe zum Strand oder man kann runter fahren.

Dieses Cottage verfügt über große Betten, Gasheizung, einen Flachbild-Kabel-TV, WLAN-Internetzugang, eine Klimaanlage, eine Mikrowelle, einen Außengrill, einen Außenkamin sowie Zugang zu einem 90-Fuß-Privatstrand und einer Bootsrampe. Es gibt auch ein Ruderboot und ein Paddelboot, die Sie kostenlos nutzen können. Haustiere sind herzlich willkommen, und es kann vorkommen, dass Hundesitter verfügbar sind (fragen Sie uns!).

Tolles Angeln, Wasserski fahren und Schwimmen am Pemigewasset in abgeschiedener Lage ohne all die Touristen! In der Nähe des Franklin Falls Damms und seiner 3900 Hektar großen malerischen Wanderwege!

Nur 4 Meilen von RT. 93 (Ausfahrt 22), 2 Meilen zu Lebensmittelgeschäften und nur 6 Meilen zu den beliebten Tanger Outlet Stores in Tilton.

Wir sind saisonal und vom 15. Mai bis 15. Oktober geöffnet.

Hinweis: Wir erheben keine Kaution, da Unfälle in der Regel selten und einfach zu beheben sind. Accommodating Hosts and spectacular views

The cottage was as described and shown in the listing. On our first day we had issues with heat (both hot water and heating) but John was more than accommodating and had us shifted to another cottage immediately and he in fact bought us lunch for the inconvenience (thank you John!). Our second day of stay was perfect without issues. They have a private beach with boats which you can use. I would recommend booking with them directly.

Just what we needed!

We enjoyed our 2 night mini break at the Treehouse at Pemi Shore Cottages. The cabin was delightful and the beds were very comfortable. Our cabin sits up high so it was like being in a tree house. The outdoor lighting at night was very cute! Our host John made sure we got settled in and was available if we needed him. This was our first overnight for our 2 year old puppy and he had a great time. He went swimming in the river on the property's private beach area and had a grand time. Thanks so much!

Awesome Visit

Booked this beautiful little cottage with me my wife and our two dogs. Location is perfect this time of year for a relaxing stay. Very dog friendly lots of hiking and beautiful scenery. Met a very lovely mother and daughter with there dogs Ranger & Bacchus. Will definitely be back !!

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I loved our stay! The hosts couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. We had a beautiful view from the Tree House Cottage and a very short walk down to the beach. The area is so peaceful and relaxing. There were also hiking trails very close by that we explored with our dog. This is a truly pet friendly property! We’ll be back next year!

Rustic Cottage is Accurate

Negatives: Overall the cottage was pretty much as advertised as far as rustic and dated. Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. Although, the owners do not charge a cleaning fee so that is the offset. The cottage smelled like wet dog and the sliding door had wet dog nose prints all over it (they do advertise as pet friendly so it was to be somewhat expected).The bathroom smelled strongly like urine all around the toilet area. The shower was too small for my 6'4" and 6'6" husband and son, which is typically a problem anyway. Many of the stairs leading to the water were broken so it was a treacherous walk down. Positive: The beds were surprisingly comfortable. The owners were friendly at check in. The water was lovely to swim in. With one AC and the ceiling fans on it was comfortable to be in the cabin as every day we were there was above 90 degrees. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again and left a day early.

Great cottage!

My husband, two young kids and dogs had a great time at the cottage. The cottage was clean and fully stocked with comfortable beds, in a nice private area with private water front beach access. The dogs were welcome throughout the property and were even allowed to swim on the beach. We’ll definitely be coming back!

A great getaway!

My boyfriend & I stayed at the Pemi Shore Cottages for 2 nights and it was exactly what we was looking for. Privacy in a wooded area with a quick walk to a beach? What more can we ask for :). We brought our two dogs and even that was a great accommodation! Our host John was super friendly and just one call away! I would highly recommend this location if you want to disconnect and relax.

NH Fall Vacation

This was an awesome place to stay and unwind. John was a great host and helped us get settled in quickly. It was nice that he provided a boat, kayak, and paddle boat to enjoy the river with. This location is very quiet and relaxing. All the conveniences of a small town are just a short easy drive away. I would recommend this vacation spot to anyone.

Nice getaway

Only possible negatives were the access to the water wasn't the best and the wifi was inconsistent but it is a nice getaway and I would stay here again. The grill and hammock were nice and the cottage was a fine roof over our heads. The owners and neighbors seem like fine people too.

Cute cabin up on a hill with a walk to the beach area. We had access to a row boat which we used for fishing. Disappointed no dock to fish off of. Would recommend to bring your own boat or kayak. The water was warm with a small sandy beach

We loved the property - great view, lots of privacy. My only negatives are, the house could have been cleaner (previous guest's hair all over the shower, yuck) and I kind of felt like I was a bad guest because I didn't bring my own bed sheets and towels. Who travels with that? However, if I lower my expectations a bit, I would stay there again.

Cottage weekend get away

We stayed in treetop cabin, private location with easy access to river for tubing and relaxing. Cottage was as advertised with all you need for a weekend family get away including grill, fire pit and outdoor deck and hammock! Pet friendly a plus!

Great 4th of July

Cabin was clean and well equipment with pans and utensils. When you ask for wood for fire pit, they are right on top of things. Nice shady spot for our cabin. Will definitely rent it again and let people know about the cabin.

the welcome by John was perfect. He explained everything in his gite and he suggested activities and restaurants. the cottage is very good, it's quiet and it was perfect for me who was going mountain biking Highland bike park. My dog had room to run, there is a nice hammock to relax. it was perfect.

My name is John and I come up from Florida to help my mother out with the cottages, doing grunt work and anything computer related. :)

My parents bought the raw land in the 1980s and over time cleared the land, put in roads and services, and built the cottages by hand using rough cut wood from a local mill.

This location is VERY private. We are almost surrounded by town and federal land, including almost 4000 acres of Franklin Falls Dam Park. On a typical day we are the only people on this section of river, which is great for fishing, boating, watching nature or just soaking in the sun. Only 4 miles from 93 in central NH so you can zip around to other tourist spots.
