Der Name sagt schon alles: "Frieden im Wald"! Diese Hütte liegt abgeschieden am Ende der Red Fox Lane am Rande des Chattahoochee Oconee National Forest.

Diese charmante Hütte ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wird für ihre Schönheit, ihren Komfort und ihre Privatsphäre geschätzt. Vorne und hinten befinden sich große, teilweise überdachte Decks, auf denen Sie die Sonne der Berge in North Georgia genießen oder im kühlen Schatten entspannen können - wenn Sie sich nicht im warmen Wasser des Whirlpools entspannen!

Beide Schlafzimmer befinden sich auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Wohnzimmers und verfügen jeweils über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Fernseher und ein eigenes Bad. Genießen Sie das gemütliche Wohnzimmer vor dem Kamin aus Holz, während Sie Ihren Lieblingsfilm ansehen. In der voll ausgestatteten Küche fühlen Sie sich bei der Zubereitung von Snacks und Mahlzeiten wie zu Hause. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great Cabin, great company to deal with. Went to Helen with our four furkids and had a blast. The kids love having the zoomies in the fenced in back yard. And me and the wife enjoyed the piece of mind that the kids were safe and secured 😌 🙏. And we love the piece and quite of mountain life.The owners are the best also, my wife left a jewelry box behind and they located it and shipped it back to us. Such a nice thing, we know they didn't have to do. We thank you from our hearts. Will be back!!

Awesome Private Getaway!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin is definitely what it says! You are all the way in the back with tons of privacy! Everything was pretty clean and ready for use. The hottub water was crystal clear and up to temp, beds were clean. The owner if took the time to decorate a little bit for the Christmas season. Only thing i will say is that the dish washer had a little mold forming, probably just from it being wet and closed from the last renter. All in all would highly recommend and I’ll definitely rent it again for another weekend getaway!

There was no poop in yard upon my arrival nor did my dogs leave any. Even being in the mountains not a single bug inside. Floors almost seemed to shine they were so clean. Georgia Mountain Rentals is best agency to use. Superb friendly service. On call. Better rates than hotels. About 7-10 minute drive into town.

Relaxing weekend getaway

The cabin was perfect for a quiet, low key trip. We originally had daily activities planned however, all the rain canceled those plans. This gave us full opportunity to enjoy the screened in porch and just listen to the rain fall between the wooded and secluded scenery. We used the hot tub at least twice a day. The fenced in yard was perfect for our boxer to run and play.

Named Peace in the woods and that it is!

Reviewer Comments: My husband is now in a wheelchair and suffers from Parkinson’s, so our trips to the North Georgia mountains have been few and far between. I finally took the plunge and rented this cabin to get away and get some peace for the two of us just to be together without any outside forces, pulling us here and there. The cabin is perfect for anyone who needs it to be handicap accessible yet it is still a beautiful wooden cabin. Wonderful porch to sit on in the back that’s covered and screened in. Also I covered porch in the front with a wonderful hot tub. I could not think of anything to add that would make this place more perfect for us. We will definitely be returning to “Peace in the woods”!!

Peace in the Woods was everything it’s name stated.

We were in town for a conference at Unicoi and the cabin was just 5 short minutes away and allowed for us to have our fur child. Beds were comfy, house was very clean, management very helpful. We definitely will use Georgia Mountain Rentals again!

Spring Break Getaway

The cabin was great! Clean and plenty of room for the four of us. Helen and Unicoi are literally minutes away. It definitely lives up to its name, Peace in the Woods. Will certainly stay here again next time we're up this way. Especially enjoyed the ease of the fenced in yard for our two pups. That's what sold us on this cabin. Thanks for having us. See you again!
