Ganzjährig original Cape Cod Hütte Aufenthalts Besitzers auf ruhigen Sackgasse Schotterstraße angebracht ist, mit separaten Einfahrt und Hof. In der Nähe National Seashore und Bay Strände. Kurzer Fußweg zum Wiley Park am Großen Teich für Süßwasser, Kinderspielplatz und Angeln. Eine Meile nach Cape Cod Bike Trail. Bedroom 1 w / Doppelbett (Queen-Bettwäsche zur Verfügung gestellt) Schlafzimmer 2 w / 3 Einzelbetten (Twin Blätter sind nicht vorgesehen, aber für die Vermietung auf Anfrage) Decken und Handtücher für jeden Gast. Love the Cape!

A very quiet and cosy place to relax and enjoy Cape Cod. Nice walk to the beach and everything you need. Comfy beds and living space. We loved our visit!

Wonderful Stay

We loved our stay! Bob and Lori’s rental is comfortable, clean and in an excellent location! We loved having a quick walk to the beach. We especially enjoyed the beautiful outdoor space and outdoor shower! Bob and Lori also helped us when our son left his favorite blanket after checkout. We highly recommend!

the Perfect place for us!

The cottage was lovely, and was a major factor in our enjoying our time in Eastham. We had several rainy days, and the cottage was the perfect place to curl up with a book. Also loved having a fully equipped kitchen for extravagant breakfasts!

Just what we needed

Perfect location to explore the Cap, and close enough for a 7 min walk to a private beach. Hosts are great resources for local recommendations, and the cottage had everything we needed. Very much appreciated non teflon cook pan and pot options.

nice long weekend near the beach

lovely, well-maintained cottage within short walking distance to the beach. Close to the rail trail (for bicycles). Nice and quiet neighborhood. Landlord was very responsive and flexible.

Cute Updated Cottage in Eastham

We enjoyed our stay at this well-stocked little cottage in Eastham. The cottage had an old-Cape feel with modern updates - perfect for a family vacation. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking. I was a bit worried about having the cottage attached to the owners' residence but the cottage felt completely private.

Quaint Cottage by the Beach

My partner and I took my parents to Cape Code for the first time. This quaint cottage was a perfect spot for us to be based for a few days as we explored the various spots around--from the local beach only a few blocks away to P-Town about a 30 minute drive away. Bob was also a great host--very responsive. Overall, we really enjoyed our time and would recommend this cottage for anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

Adorable Cape Cottage

An adorable cottage on the cape within walking distance to a private beach. Has a nice outdoor space with deck and shower and plenty of parking. House is clean and feels spacious for the size. It's a new and has everything you could need. Would love to go back another time!

Quiet & Relaxing Get Away

The hosts left no detail overlooked. The cottage was charming, cozy, clean and provided all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The location on “a quiet country road” was just that, and only minutes from the beach which we took full advantage of. Our hosts were friendly and attentive. The location though off the beaten path was within easy driving distance to the Cape Cod National Seashore, bike trails and restaurants. We had a lovely time.

Another great year

Everything was great - there was even a new patio umbrella and vacuum. Owners were very responsive and even helped us discard some large items we needed to dispose. Will stay again for Year 3 in 2024

Just right!

Bob and Lori are really conscientious hosts! The property is very clean and has everything you need and also only what you need, so it's immaculately clean and easy to feel comfortable. They were attentive and thoughtful in just the right ways that helped our family relax and make the most of our time on the Cape. In the past we've stayed nearer to Chatham, but we are so glad we tried Eastham -- the easy access to the points of interest on the National Seashore and to the calmer bayside beach was perfect for our April stay. Nightly jaunts for sunsets over water made for wonderful memories. Plus, Provincetown is much closer and has so much to offer as well in the "off-season." I don't usually like or leave all-5-star reviews because they don't seem genuine, but this one definitely is.

Winter Retreat

My husband and I, retirees from Virginia and formerly of Massachusetts, traveled to Cape Cod to spend Christmas with our daughter and her family, residents of Eastham. We could not have chosen a more perfect rental for the two of us. The bathroom and kitchen are both updated and immaculately clean. The living area is comfortable and includes a small dining table which was great for the two of us to enjoy our breakfast. Most importantly for us, the property has an excellent heating system, a must for those interested in visiting the area during the winter. The temperatures were very cold during our stay, and we were fortunate to feel warm and cozy throughout our visit. The owners were very attentive when, upon arrival, I encountered a minor issue with the television. This was easily resolved. They seemed very interested in assuring that we were comfortable in their rental. The cottage, though directly attached to the house, is quiet and peaceful. We hardly knew they were there. I highly recommend this property to others. We would certainly consider renting here again.

Short visit to Cape Cod

My wife and I traveled to Boston to visit our daughter. She just recently transferred there and it was our first visit. She had to work 3 days during the visit so we decided to visit the Cape. This place was the perfect launch point to see the things we wanted. It was very clean and very quiet.

Perfect for a relaxing weekend

My partner and I had a quick, relaxing weekend here - it was clean, comfortable, and easy to find. The walkable, private access to the beach was great and it’s very close to the National Seashore entrance. Would stay here again.
