In der historischen "Pine Avenue" von Anna Maria können Sie Boutiquen einkaufen, in mehreren lokalen Restaurants speisen und zusätzliche Unterhaltungsartikel (Golfwagen, Fahrräder, Kajaks und mehr) mieten. Mehrere Strandzugänge in der Nähe: Ein 2-minütiger Spaziergang zum Seagrape Beach Access (abgeschiedener / schneller Zugang) und ein 6-minütiger Spaziergang zum Cypress Avenue Beach Access (bietet einfachen Zugang zum Sandbar-Restaurant). Convenient and Cozy

We really liked this place and it was great for our family with 3 kids. Overall, was pretty clean, but could use some more fine detail on the rug and pool cleaning schedule. We arrived after a storm and were told they would be by to clean the pool and they never cleaned it. We were disappointed that Vacasa didn’t check back in to see if it was cleaned even after submitting a ticket. Overall it was still an ok value and close walking to rod and reel pier and the beach off Seagrape. I’d recommend this place with some improvements from Vacasa.

Great cozy cottage on a fabulous part of AMI!

We had 8 total guests at this rental (including 2 children) and had a great time! The location is convenient and not too long of a walk to the beach and Bean Point. The pool was a perfect for our family. 5 Stars!

Absolutely perfect!

We absolutely loved this house! Six of us stayed at this property for a week. We had plenty of space to spend time together as well as places to go when we needed some time away from the group. The backyard and pool were fantastic! We were in the pool daily. We walked to the beaches at Cypress and Sea Grape. Sea Grape was such an easy walk and the beach was never crowded. The beds were so comfortable and having three full bathrooms was perfect. I can’t say enough good things about this house. When we visit Anna Maria again, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to stay at this property.

Perfect beach vacation home

We had a blast in AMI staying at this house. The pictures don’t do it justice - the layout is great, the house is well decorated and everything was so clean! This was the perfect place to stay for two families!

Disappointed

This property needs some significant updates. The hot water supply was hit or miss. The pool filter system was turned off and the pool had to be filled about everyday. Would not rent this place again especially with the high rates being charged!

Great location minor tweaks needed

We had a great three night from a location standpoint. I would like to point out the house needed to have some adjustments made with the water temparture-it would go to straight cold when you were showering. This has been mentioned in other reviews but not corrected. The fridge was set very high when we arrived so we ended up googling how to adjust the temp controls back. The access to the backyard is through two bedrooms. It would have been nice to have an additional way to access. The kitchen equipment is very minimal. It would be nice to have additional pots and pans.

Great Location

This is our 2nd time at the property. It's a fantastic location, and the property itself is clean, cozy, and just 5 stars all around. There were some minor issues this time around (ice maker, pool skimmer tool both broken), but I'm sure management will address those issues soon. Again, fantastic time and fantastic property.

Fun Family Beach Trip

Cozy Cottage was cute, clean, and tastefully decorated. Our family had a wonderful time! The back yard pool area was beautiful and the beach access (Seagrape) was just around the corner! The beach was amazing! Bedrooms are small, but plenty of parking for our 3 cars plus we rented a golf cart. Highly recommend! Two issues worth mentioning: 1) Water temps in the house. Showers would go very hot and then cold. Water in the kitchen would not get hot enough to wash a few dishes. I know this is not a new problem and has been checked per other reviews/responses, but thought it should be mentioned- especially for families with children. 2) Pool alarms. We could push the bypass to get out to the pool without the alarm going off. However, the bypass did not work going in from the pool. Therefore, each time we opened the door to go back into the house, the alarm would go off. Not good, especially if children are napping. From inside the house, all doors to the backyard are through the bedrooms. Would also be very helpful if beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, etc. we’re provided. All in all, it was a very nice house in a great location. We loved our stay on Anna Maria Island!

Perfectly named retreat by the beach!

Overall really enjoyed our stay at the cozy cottage. The home was updated and clean. The pool area was beautiful. The location was perfect with such a short walk to the beach and also to Pine Ave for shops and restaurants. We absolutely loved our stay on Anna Maria island and highly recommend the cozy cottage! However, have to add that previous reviews are 100% accurate about the shower temperature issues. I have an on demand hot water heater at my home for the last 10 years and while it's true it can take a little longer to get warm- there's definitely something wrong with the water heater at this house. Not everyone had a problem every time but the water would start out fine then get scolding hot then freezing cold. It was impossible to keep a consistent tolerable temperature. If there isn't a problem with the actual heater maybe it is a water pressure or electrical issue? We noticed some lights flickering and I know our water heater at home won't maintain temperature as well if the water flow isn't consistently strong enough. Anyway, this issue wouldn't stop us from coming back but it's just frustrating to see so many people leave a review about the same issue while property management continues to insist there's nothing wrong. Maybe try to take a shower here between bookings? At some point you have to admit that maybe this many people aren't wrong...

Great location, but some issues…

We just completed our second stay at Cozy Cottage. We absolutely love the location—north end of the island, just a block from the beach. Really cute little house with a great back yard. We definitely noticed a decline in the maintenance of the property since our stay two years ago. Items had broken and not been replaced (a lounge chair in the back yard), the toaster was broken, one of the crisper drawers in the refrigerator was not operational, the furniture in the living room could stand to be cleaned and the interior paint needs to be refreshed. One of the showers has no hot water (in the queen bedroom) and the water temperature in the other showers fluctuates from scalding to ice cold. This was an issue two years ago and is still an issue. We had an issue with access to cable, and Vacasa promptly sent an engineer to assist with that. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay, and would love to return…hopefully Vacasa and/or the owner will take care of the maintenance issues.

Great location and house layout!

Really enjoyed out stay at the 'Blueberry House' as my kids called it. The kitchen was well stocked, close to the beaches and on a quiet road! The house had a great layout and the pool was great for my kids to enjoy. Getting clarification on the heated pool was challenging and I'm not 100% confident the heat was running the whole time. We also had issues getting warm water in one of the showers, but since there are 3 showers in the rental, we just avoided the one that wasn't working. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would rent again!
