Diese kleine A-Frame-Hütte befindet sich auf einer Klippe zwischen Prairie Du Chien, WI und Ferryville, WI. Sie ist nur 5 Minuten vom Fluss entfernt und bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit, sich in einem ruhigen Waldgebiet zu verstecken. Es ist 900 Quadratmeter pure Entspannung und Natur! Genießen Sie Ihren Morgenkaffee im Zimmer im Freien, während Sie den Rehen und Vögeln zusehen, sich an der Feuerstelle entspannen und nachts gemütlich am Holzofen sitzen und den Blick auf die Bäume genießen. Das Loft verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, aber es gibt auch ein ausziehbares Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer sowie eine Ottomane, die zu einem Einzelbett ausgezogen werden kann. Away from the rat race

If you need a place that is quiet and away from the daily rat race, this is it. The cabin is tucked away in the woods and the only visitors are the birds and the squirrels. The cabin is well equipped and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Cabin in Spring

Spring at this cozy cabin was wonderful as wildflowers emerged and migrating and local birds filled the forest with their beautiful song and nesting activities. After a day of hiking, we relaxed with a campfire under the brilliant star filled sky as the barred owl hooted with its new fledging nearby. Heidi is so easy to communicate with, but just like our first two stays at this cabin, we had no issues. The owners make it easy to have a very enjoyable, peaceful stay!

Quiet, perfect getaway

Easy directions, great location. Excellent area for birding. Quiet, comfortable, clean, and beautifully stocked. The hot cocoa bar was a fun surprise!

Get away

It was a cute place. We loved our time here. Not that it was a big deal we just thought it could have been cleaned a little better. Dusty and cobwebs. The dishwasher isn’t attached to anything so when you load it you have to be careful or the racks will roll out onto the floor. The front screen door needs to be replaced. We loved the wildlife and being out in the woods.

Perfect Cabin Getaway

The cabin was clean and warm, and provided the perfect setting to get away after the holidays. The property itself is tucked away in the woods, and only a short drive from a number of excellent hiking trails. Also, the kitchen actually has functional cutlery and cookware (unlike many rentals I've seen) to make cooking during your stay easy and enjoyable. I would definitely stay at TranquiliTree again.

Beautiful in Fall

Our second stay at this lovely cabin was wonderful! The owners thought of everything to make our stay easy and enjoyable. The peaceful setting of the cabin is beautiful with the bluffs ablaze with fall colors. We hiked by day and sat out with a campfire at night with a sky filled with stars above us. We hope to return next year!

An amazing retreat

My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay using it both as a place to go explore near by attractions and using the cabin as a wonderful quiet retreat. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to come back to the area next year. Hopefully this cabin or the owners other one will be available.

Just what we were looking for!

We came during 2 rainy days, but didn’t matter to us as we just wanted to enjoy the cabin and time together. The cabin had everything we needed for just me and my wife. Great location and the owners have thought of everything to make it a enjoyable and restful stay. Would come again!

The cabin was the best place for rest and relaxation. Secluded but a great private walk in the morning after coffee on the deck with God’s blessed scenery & his creation playing their song was incredible. Would strongly recommend staying a full week or longer. Love, loved, loved it!!!!

A Restorative Nature Retreat

We had a such a lovely time staying at this adorable cabin in the woods perched on a bluff. It was so relaxing to listen and observe the sights and sounds of nature from the multiple sets of doe and fawns to the wide variety of bird species big and small. You wake to a lovely symphony of birds and end the evening with a chorus of tree frogs. The owners are delightful and responsive, but we barely needed to contact them because they thought of everything to make our stay so enjoyable. We look forward to returning to this cabin in the future and to continue to explore the Mississippi and all its offerings!

Wonderful stay not far from anything. Relaxing. We needed to get away perfect place to go small shops and cheese everywhere. Crossed state lines was able to visit 2 other states with in a 30 minute drive. Lots to see and do great for a romantic couples getaway

Everything about this home is beautiful! The wildlife was amazing. Our favorite thing about this place is how quiet it was. All you could hear was the birds and the trees. My husband and I had a wonderful time and definitely will be back! We can't wait.

Anniversary get away

We loved it. Very secluded and perfect for us. It had everything we needed. The view out of the loft window was beautiful. I wish we could have used the enclosed porch but if course it is winter. Just a bit chilly for that. Thank you for having this property available. It was a great way for us to relax and reconnect.

Kevin and Heidi have been high school sweethearts and have been married for 20years. Heidi grew up in Decorah, Iowa and Kevin in Ossian, Iowa. We live with our family of 6 in Ossian, Iowa. Our oldest four children (William, Dawn, Sami, and Anita) came to us via foster care. We opened our homes and our hearts and we were blessed to welcome them into our family. Then came our son Trevin also via a foster care placement and finally came our youngest Ella. Kevin hauls mail for the US Postal Service and Heidi works as an elementary school social worker. Our family is a super busy family and decided that we need a quiet and relaxing place to go as a family and as a couple.
