Diese 2BR / 2BA BEACHFRONT Eigentumswohnung (Villa H-5) ist ideal in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Geschäften, Restaurants und Lighthouse Park!

Der Wohnbereich ist hell und strandnah mit komfortablen Möbeln, Flachbildfernseher, Videorecorder / DVD-Player und CD-Stereoanlage. Er öffnet sich zu einer möblierten Strandterrasse mit Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko. Gleich hinter dem Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein großer Esstisch für bis zu 6 Personen mit zusätzlichen Sitzgelegenheiten an der Frühstücksbar. Die gut ausgestattete Küche mit Blick auf den Golf verfügt über alle gängigen Geräte und einen Balkon mit Blick auf den Parkplatz.

Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein Hauptschlafzimmer am Strand mit Kingsize-Bett, Balkon am Strand, TV, DVD / VCR und eigenem Bad mit Badewanne / Dusche. Auf der anderen Seite des Flurs befindet sich ein zweites Schlafzimmer mit 2 Doppelbetten und einem TV. Ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne / Dusche und Waschküche befindet sich direkt vor diesem Schlafzimmer.
Fliesenböden im gesamten Hauptwohnbereich mit Teppichboden und Schlafzimmern, 12 Stufen zum Hauptwohnbereich und weitere 12 Stufen zum Schlafzimmer.

Die Villen von St. George Komplex hat 42 Einheiten. Die Gemeinde bietet die Nutzung eines großen Gemeinschaftspools mit Außendusche, einem Holzkohlegrillbereich im Parkstil, einer Fischreinigungsstation und einer Strandpromenade. Dank der zentralen Lage haben Sie einfachen Zugang zum Zentrum von St. George Island, wo sich Geschäfte und Restaurants befinden!

Can’t wait to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was extremely clean, and well stocked with everything needed to cook a meal. Communication with management was excellent. Our stay was delayed because of a mandatory evacuation of the island due to a storm; the management team communicated with us through out the delay. Everyone in my family had a great time.

Great spot on the beach. Clean and comfortable.

Be aware that it is a multi-story property so you will be doing some stair climbing. Great kitchen and living area and comfortable beds. Enjoyed sitting on the patio overlooking the beach.

Perfect location and gorgeous view!

We loved our visit to the island and staying at this perfect spot to enjoy it! We spend hours walking the beach and riding bikes along the path exploring the whole island. The state park was lovely and we look forward to coming back again to enjoy it more. The condo was perfect for our getaway and had everything we needed for our stay - super comfy and very spacious!

Island Vibe

We were delighted with our stay at Island Vibe on SGI. The location is perfect, everything you need is walkable or bike-able, the condo is steps away from the ocean. The master suite faces the ocean with a private balcony, we slept with the sounds of the waves every night. The main floor also has a balcony. The condo was clean and had all the basic amenities, we were even able to check-in early! The area was quite and perfect for family or a private get-away, we would definitely return!

Retirement celebration

This is an older condo unit, but it had been updated nicely. Well stocked with kitchen accessories etc. appliances seemed new. Beware of the stairs though there are two sets and they are steep. I’m sure the description mentioned them, I just missed it The view is amazing and great proximity to grocery store, cafes etc

Needs updating

My mother stayed at the Villas 13 years ago. Not in this unit. But a lot of the inside of this unit looks like hers did at that time. I had the opportunity to compare it to two other units that family had rented and this unit by far needs to be updated. Bathrooms are original equipment. Wicker bedroom and living room furniture (living room was very uncomfortable, we stayed 2 weeks). Kitchen had new appliances but that was it. Counter tops were Formica. Pots and pans and bowls were very disorganized and difficult to find, stuck back in a corner cabinet. The outdoor furniture was brand new but adarondex style and very uncomfortable.

Wonderful Beach Front Villas

We actually stayed in A-3 because H-5 was being remodeled. The communication was wonderful with Forgotten Shores and the owner of A-3 was helpful and welcoming. Great communication all around. The Villas have been newly painted with new spacious balconies. Close to the ocean and very relaxing. Our unit was very clean and comfortable. Close walk to restaurants. As a perk, we got free bike rentals through VaKay.

Great location

Great location. Steps were horrible. Very dated. Tubs need replaced due to peeling and makes it look and feel dirty. No lock on kitchen balcony door. Overall loved location but could have been more updated and locks fixed for price point.

Our Sanibel replacement

Very nice place. The tile floors and baseboards need a deep cleaning as does the top of the refrigerator. All in all though, we had a great time and the beach was fantastic. This county does need to start recycling. We were amazed that they aren’t doing so!!

Cheerful Condo in Great Location!

We stayed three nights in this awesome condo, located within easy walking distance to restaurants/shops/etc. on St. George Island. The condo was spotlessly clean! It is decorated in bright, beachy colors and has most everything you'll need during your stay. We also liked that there was a washer/dryer available. The living room, as well as the upstairs master bedroom, look right out onto the Gulf - beautiful! During our short stay we saw ten dolphin! In addition, we rode bicycles to the east end of the island to the state park and back on the dedicated bike path. We have already recommended this condo to other family members.

Perfect and on the Beach

We were in great need for rest and relaxation. Located right on the beach we were able to walk out the door and right on to the beach. Beach chairs were provided which was a plus. (You can’t fly in with beach chairs 😊) The convenience gave us more time at the beach and less time getting ready to haul stuff to the beach. More time to play in the salty gulf waves, gather shells, practice photography, watch wildlife and grounding. This condo was perfect and met all our needs. Very clean, comfortable, and much more spacious than other beach condos we have visited. Thank you for making your home available for those of us who live in landlocked arid areas. A real pleasure for us.

Wonderful property and excellent owners!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful week at St. George Island staying at the Island Vibe. It was beautifully decorated and completely clean!! The owners were amazing. We had two very minor issues (a toilet handle broke and one of the tubs had a slow drain... Which could happen to anyone at home!!( And they came the same day.. even though it was late and after hours and took care of it quickly. They checked in and made sure we didn't need anything. All of the "extras" were lovely and the beds were so comfortable. We loved the two bathrooms with the master having the sink separate. Easy access to the pool and the beach. 5 stars!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Project manager for the exterior work needs a lesson on how to maintain a work sight. Trash and materials all across the property, not left presentable at the end of the work day. I am a retired construction project manager, my projects would never be left not cleaned up. Rental beach furniture left in stacks across the property, some left and not picked up by the rental company for over a month as I was told by other guests. Not acceptable. Yes it's winter but some attention to the landscaping is due. First impressions say a lot. My condo was nice. Sleeper sofa needs to be replaced, very uncomfortable to sit on with out doubling up the cushions. Comfortable chairs need to be added to the porches, existing furniture needs to be removed, impossible to sit comfortably on. Trust criticisms aren't offensive, guests experience of their stay is a huge asset. I'll be back next year.
