Hervorragendes Design-Apartment in einer Wohnanlage an der Küste von 60 m², komplett neu gestaltet und offen gestaltet im Jahr 2018. Das Apartment befindet sich im dritten Stock und verfügt über einen Aufzug Eingang führt direkt in das große Wohnzimmer, Wohnzimmer (Flachbildfernseher), Esszimmer (mit Ledersofa umwandelbar in zwei Betten von 140), erweitert durch eine 12 m² große Terrasse mit Meerblick, Esstisch, Liegestühlen und automatisierte Jalousie. Ausgestattet mit einer voll ausgestatteten weiß lackierten Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Nespresso etc ... Das 15 m² große Schlafzimmer ist unabhängig, mit Blick auf das Meer und verfügt über ein doppeltes Erkerfenster für mehr Komfort, ein großes Ankleidezimmer, ein 160 cm breites Bett, einen Flachbildfernseher an der Wand sowie ein Badezimmer mit einer Dusche und einem Waschbecken darunter Das ist eine Waschmaschine, die hängende Toilette ist unabhängig. Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer sowie im Schlafzimmer (funktioniert nicht von Oktober bis einschließlich April, Fußbodenheizung) Gepanzerte Tür. Great view, excellent amenities, gracious hosts

Perfect perch to spend a few days vacation around the Riviera. Everything was perfect...check in, cleanliness, amenities were wonderful. No one would be disappointed. We would definitely return. Can't beat the location on the promenade. Thanks Patricia and Jean.

Everything that we needed was in the Appartement and very nice air conditioner. Next to the beach and a nice view. Comfortable to reach the city by foot and other cities surrounded with the car. Totally recommend!

Wonderful stay from A-Z

The apartment was just perfect for a one week stay in Cagnes sur Mer. All you need to do is bring along your clothes, unpack and you are ready to go. Ideal location Very clean and tidy All amenities needed for a perfect holiday Secure parking spot, and double windows to guard off the noise. We would love to return to this apartment, and reccomend it 100%. Owners very kind and informative

Lovely apartment

Lovely apartment- exactly as photographed. Lovely decor and very well equipped. Very good shower. Loved the balcony and enjoyed sitting there watching the world go by. There is a dual carriageway road outside but didn’t really disturb at all did not hear any noise at night. Would recommend this apartment and hope to stay again

Simply Wonderful

This was our third stay. Everything works. Patricia and Jean are very friendly and helpful. It feels safe and calm in a residential apartment block. The view is stunning and location prime, with access to beach, shops, restaurants, markets and there is a parking space allocated though we tend to use our car less here because everything is walkable. The proof is in the pudding, we keep coming back and can’t wait to return.

Best Spot By The Beach

The listing did not disappoint. Patricia and Jean were very kind and took time to greet us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the place. Left plenty of useful tips on where to go. The A/C was perfect for this time of year (July) with the heat and humidity being quite intense. The view is beautiful. You can enjoy the beach right out from the front door of the building. The apartment is in a prime location near restaurants and supermarket all with in walking distance. If you rent a car, Antibes, Old Nice, Cannes, Valbonne and so many other locations are just a quick drive away. This was a perfect honeymoon trip for us and we would love to return.

Beautiful apartment spoilt (for us) by excessive noise and fume pollution

The apartment is exactly as advertised. The size, layout and furnishings were perfect for us. Patricia and Jean were delightful hosts - met us as arranged - were easy to communicate with and kindly also allowed us to leave our bags on checkout for a few hours. The apartment is located right on the beachfront with only the road infront so has wonderful views. While we were aware of its location and had read a previous review about the noise we had no idea it would be this bad. Unfortunately the noise is constant - cars and motorbikes - with the only reprieve being when the traffic is stopped by traffic lights. Despite this we slept well - the bed is comfortable and they have double or triple glazing on the sliding doors which when closed keep out most of the noise. We still had a lovely week but wouldnt look to re-book

ALMOST HEAVEN!

We spent a month at this lovely apartment across from the Mediterrean Sea. Everything was as close to perfection as possible! Patricia and Jean are charming people -- a joy to meet. The apartment is exquisite -- all high-end, comfy bed, wonderful kitchen and bathroom -- big and bright and beautiful! Cagnes-sur-Mer is marvelous! Low stress, markets, lots of restaurants and shops, fascinating to watch all the bikers, runners, walkers and lust for the huge yachts and sailboats. Amazing places to explore all around -- don't miss Renoir's house/gardens and the castle in Haut-Cagnes. There are two enormous modern shopping venues (Cap 3000 and Polygone Riviera). Transportation is simple via the buses (car unnecessary). But even with all the temptations all around, we found it very difficult to leave the extraordinary balcony at the apartment. Thank you, Patricia and Jean! Highly highly highly recommend!

A great stay

From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The apartment had everything we needed and is nice and spacious. Patricia gave us a thorough briefing and everything worked. One of our main concerns always is safety and we felt very relaxed and secure there. When you are in the apartment, looking out, it feels like being on a cruise ship, with the Mediterranean stretched out to the horizon; the view is stunning. We watched sunrises and sunsets. When out on the balcony there is one main road below, with 2 lanes in each direction and they are quite busy. The double glazing does mean that you can shut out the noise, but when you are out on the balcony it is there. You have the sound of traffic mixed with the sound of the sea. Saying that, the busyness of life in Cagnes-sur-Mer is on your doorstep. From the runners, to cyclists, to people walking, on the promenade and on the beach, it is fun and great for people watching. The location is quite perfect. The beach is directly across the street, CAP 3000 is a lovely walk (very large shopping mall), and Geant the great big supermarket is also just down the road and walkable. And, a bakery a few doors down. We had a car and the parking spot was great. For the first time we used the car less because of the great location. We had a wonderful break and the owners made it all easy for us.

Endroit de rêve

Tout est réel dans la description. Les équipements, vaisselle, four, plaques etc... sont irréprochables. La literie au top. La vue est sublime autant à l'intérieure que sur le grand balcon. L'accueil est précis, très chaleureux. Place de parking sécurisé, mais tous commerces et restauration à proximité immédiate. Nous recommandons sans réserves.

Un sejour inoubliable

La vue de l'appartement est sublime, le balcon nous a permis d'y dejeuner souvent, nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. L'appartement très propre, est bien conçu et situé, la place de parking privée est vraiment un plus. Bref, rien ne manque pour passer un agréable séjour face à la mer. Nous n'avons été dérangés par aucun désagréments, ni extérieurs ou intérieurs. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, disponibles et prévenants. C'est à regret que nous avons quitté cet endroit merveilleux en fin de séjour, mais nous gardons précieusement cette adresse. Nous reviendrons...

Bel appartement mais trop bruyant / circulation véhicules,vue sur la mer, plage 40 m, parking privé

Difficulté pour accéder au parking privé, car adresse du parking non communiquée avant le départ. Propriétaires très sympathiques et disponibles si besoin. Très bel appartement soigné, avec climatisation et très confortable. La propreté est impeccable. Vue sur la mer, accès à la plage immédiat, terrasse agréable mais trop bruyante. 3 bemols: bruit des véhicules +++++. Les volets roulants électriques doivent être révisés ainsi que l'évacuation dans sdb, du lavabo et de la douche. L'immeuble est très propre, calme , avec une gardienne. Nous avons passé 15 jours agréables, sachant que nous ne restions guère dans l'appartement notamment en raison du bruit des voitures. En effet l'immeuble est situé sur la promenade de la plage, avec circulation constante, y compris tard dans la nuit...C est la raison pour laquelle , nous reviendrons à Cagnes sur Mer mais pas dans cette location. De ce fait, notre appréciation est malheureusement passable en raison de l'environnement très sonore.

Die Ausstattung und Lage der Wohnung entsprechen übereinstimmend der Beschreibung. Sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet. Alle Haushaltsgeräte, Klimaanlage funktionierten einwandfrei. Der Strand ist direkt vor der Haustür. Parkplatz im Hof. Jederzeit ist zu empfehlen. Balint aus Saarbrücken
