Dieses Studio wurde im Jahr 2018 errichtet. Es verfügt über ein Queen-Size-Bett aus Murphy. Alle neuen Geräte, Granit und alles neue Bad. Wir sind auf dem Grundstück, falls Bedarf besteht. Diese Gegend liegt in der Nähe der Einkaufszentren und Restaurants. In der Nähe des Mountain America Expo Center, in der Nähe der Skigebiete und 15 Minuten von der Innenstadt von Salt Lake City entfernt. Dies wäre ein großartiger Zwischenstopp für unseren großartigen Staat. Tolles Wandern in der Nähe.

Another great stay

Clean, comfortable bed and in a very nice neighborhood. Friendly host, but everything was great so I didn’t need to contact them. Very easy to check in. I would definitely recommend this place.

Worked for me

I spent 2 weeks in Utah for a paragliding course, and Pat & Jerold's place was perfect for my stay. Communication was easy and they are very nice people.

Dirty and we ended up not staying

I hesitate to write a review about this property because we didn’t end up staying. When I got there, it was really dirty. I don’t know if their cleaning people didn’t actually clean very well or they forgot to have them clean or what (they ended up telling me that they are the ones that clean it, they do not hire an outside company) There was jam on the tablecloth there was food crumbs all inside the fridge, the microwave was dirty & there was hair in the sink & in the shower and so on (the oven was very clean) After about three hours of asking them if they would clean it, and no response, they told us to come back and look at it and then they said it was never dirty, the man was very rude and told my husband I was lying. I had already taken several beforehand pictures and videos. I worked with Vrbo to get my refund. I imagine this was an off day for them, but we were very uncomfortable staying because we wondered if the sheets were clean and sanitized and they were so dismissive that we were really uncomfortable. You should also know that there is a door that leads from the kitchen area directly into their living room and it has a window. They also begged me not to write a review because they said Vrbo would kick them off

Large house with 4-5 converted separate bedrooms some permanent tenets others short term rental Overall large regular fridge large spacious single room with comfy queen bed and a single permanent bed in same room general amenities zest soap but nice shampoo etc tv cable no premium channels AC is window type and takes 24 hour to cool room so turn on immediately then leave on till departure. Pleasant live in home owner ample parking with 3 sharing driveway surrounded by plush homes microwave must reach overhead but. things work would I stay again. Price is right although staying. At another sandy site for a bit. More with jacuzzi for the jacuzzi in back yard

Good price point for what it is

Thank goodness, the owner gave detailed instructions otherwise, we would have never found this place in the dark. The studio had a full kitchen, comfortable bed, reclining chairs to watch TV and nice water pressure. There was definitely a strange height for the door to the place, the microwave height, the dining room table, the bathroom sink and shower head...built by giant people I guess. The communication with the owner was assumptious, unkind and derogatory when there was a question about a towel. The parking was confusing. We were so glad for the window portable AC unit or it would have been way to hot in this studio created inside a garage. Probably would not stay again due to the unkind communication. If you ok with the owner unloading their stress of towels on you and janky heights of things this is a nice place with a comfortable bed.

Check in was a breeze. Quick response on communication. Neighbor is safe and walkable. Conveniently close to Salt Lake City. Clean, large and well stocked studio apartment.

Very Convenient Location to Ski Resorts

Very good location if you coming to ski/snowboard - 25 minutes drive to Snowbird. The studio has all essentials needed, including coffee. There is some room for improvements. The power went off 2 times, the neigbour was able to restore it quite quickly. The studio was very hot, thermostat didn't work, we ended up closing the vents and opening all the windows. The proprty manager was very quick to respond with all questions. For the money we paid and proximity to the slopes it was definitely worth it!

Late Fall College Visit

Our hosts took care of everything we needed during our visit to see our son at school. It’s a great location with short drives to see several area attractions like Park City, downtown, hiking and shopping. If our son continues training in this area, we’ll be back to this location again!
