Genießen Sie die friedliche, ruhige Umgebung in diesem alten Haus, das modern eingerichtet wurde! Ich zog meinen Sohn in diesem Haus auf und genoss es, Freunde zu unterhalten. Als mein Sohn zur UTU die Graduiertenschule besuchte, wurde das Zuhause für mich und meinen kleinen Hund ein bisschen zu groß, also habe ich mich verkleinert und beschlossen, diese Schönheit für Gäste zu öffnen, um Erinnerungen zu schaffen, sich zu Hause zu fühlen und die Atmosphäre der Gegend zu genießen!

Das Haus liegt am Little Pigeon River. Sie dürfen von den Banken aus mit der vom Bundesstaat TN vorgeschriebenen Lizenz fischen.

Das Haus verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer im Obergeschoss. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich 2 Wohnbereiche, einer davon mit einem ausziehbaren Schlafsofa. Es gibt auch ein Vollbad auf der Hauptebene.

Ich lebe immer noch in dieser Nachbarschaft. Ich genieße die Nähe des Nationalparks Great Smoky Mtn, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge und der Innenstadt von Knoxville. In der Umgebung gibt es so viele lustige Dinge zu tun, dass Sie sich an diesem Ort problemlos in jede Richtung bewegen können! Und wenn Sie einfach nur auf der Veranda mit Blick auf den Fluss nach Luft schnappen, ist es meiner Meinung nach kein besserer Ort als in der Hollywoodschaukel!

Fantastic Place Extremely Close To ALL Attractions

Great, cozy place! Went to Dollywood, Legacy Zipline, Jayell Ranch, Horseback riding, Extreme go carts, Mini golf, Lazertag, Tanger Outlet, Bass Pro Shop, fishing, & a mountain roller coaster all in 5 days.

Relaxing on the porch

Amazing rooms, comfort, the back porch was our favorite place. Very affordable, easy check in/out. Easy access to town. The hostess was very quick to respond to our questions. Front steps could use a rail. Thanks for having us. Will highly recommend location.

Thanksgiving in Sevierville

Absolutely loved my stay. The house is in a great location. Close to all the attractions but not so close that you're bothered by the noise and lights. The wraparound porch with it's view of the river was perfect for morning coffee and sitting and talking after dinner. We had our Thanksgiving catered from Apple Barn and ordered too much and the owners were nice enough to help us donate what we had to the First Responders. We also and another very small problem and they came right over to help. This will not be my first and last visit to the Pink Majestic Lady. I can't wait to come back next year.

Pink Majestic is Amazing

Loved staying at the Pink Majestic. Very roomy, clean, and great location. We loved staying there. It was close to Pigeon Forge but far enough away to make you feel like you aren’t surrounded. The boys fished in the river and caught a bass. Plenty of room to spread out but also enough room for everyone to have dinner together too. Loved our stay!!

Wonderful rental

Been coming to pigeon forge for rod run last 5 years. This has been one of my favorite rentals. Clean, spacious, convenient, and it had so much charm. Lots of parking. Close to strip but still a very peaceful scenery next to river. Will be booking again.

Great Weekend Getaway

This was a great weekend getaway! So close to all Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have to offer. Minutes from Dollywood. The views from deck are spectacular! Missy is a great Host! The house is spacious and had everything we needed.

Long overdue family time.

Our family was so excited to finally be together on vacation. The location of the home did not offer the peace and quiet that we had anticipated. It was very close to the main highway into the Smoky Mountains. Being unfamiliar with the area, we did not anticipate this type of congestion that would be so close to the property. As a home base, it did work out fine. The river was not accessible which was disappointing. Generally speaking, the house was good overall. It offered so much space and the huge wraparound covered porch was an added bonus. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, dinnerware, glasses. I was stunned that there was not one spice in the kitchen , not even salt! In order to cook, guests must bring there own spices along on the trip or be prepared to purchase locally. I have never experienced this at a rental home before. All and all, we did enjoy our stay and would stay again.

I moved to East TN to attend the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. My parents relocated to Gatlinburg while I was getting my degree. I have traveled extensively throughout the continental US & honestly feel there is no where like our Great Smoky Mountains! I love the lifestyle & the people!

I have been a full time real estate broker & own my own company. I work with buyers and sellers who are relocating, upsizing, downsizing, investing or buying thier first home. I work with a lot of people from across the country that enjoy what our area had to offer.

I actively volunteer in the community & am involved in the Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge Chamber of Commerce as an ambassador in both cities. I also serve on the Sevierville Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors & the Sevierville Housing Authority Board of Directors.

I occupied the Smoky Mtn Pink Majestic Lady for the last 6.5 years. My son & I made a lot of memories refurbishing the property & celebrating holidays, birthdays & friendships. When my son decided to move to Knoxville to attend grad school at UT, I decided I needed to downsize & have moved to a smaller home with my dog Honey just down the street. I love the neighborhood and the convenient location! I thought it would be nice to open the Pink Majestic Lady to guests visiting the area so they can make memories in a comfortable environment.

I love living in the Smoky Mountains! I embrace its beauty & LOVE hiking or just taking a drive on one of the many scenic highways! There is as much to do in this area as you wish or I invite you to kick back om the back porch swing or rocking chair porch & enjoy the peaceful atmosphere overlooking the river. You may catch a glimpse of a bald eagle flying over the river or a fantastic colorful sunset!

In my opinion the Pink Majestic Lady is a comfortable home in an awesome location that affords you to utilize back roads around some of the more heavily congested highways. You are close enough to the action but far enough away to catch a breath & relax. No steep winding mountainous roads to this beauty. Its conveniently located off Hwy 66. Once you are on the back porch overlooking the river, you don't even realize that the busy highway is just a block away!
