Willkommen bei "Waves of Grace"…

Perfektioniert und bietet den idealen Strandlebensstil in der begehrten Laketown Wharf (Gulf Facing Unit 1821). Unser aufgeteiltes 3 Schlafzimmer + Bunk Hall und 3 Bath Beach Condo ist brandneu und bietet ausreichend Privatsphäre und einen zusammenhängenden Fluss im gesamten Raum! Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und neue 55-Zoll-Smart-TVs. Wir haben sogar unsere TV-Optionen um HD-Kanäle, HBO und Starz erweitert. Wir wissen, dass Sie möglicherweise während des Urlaubs arbeiten müssen (und dass einige Eigentumswohnungen nur die Anlage Free Intenet nutzen). Daher haben wir ein Upgrade für unser eigenes privates High-Speed-Internet (Streaming-Optionen für bis zu 8 Personen gleichzeitig) vorgenommen.

Komplett neue Fußböden, eine wundervolle Küche mit einer Insel, alle brandneuen Geräte, brandneuen Möbel und alle brandneuen Küchenutensilien (Ja ... brandneues Geschirr, Mixer, Toaster usw. ... alles ist brandneu!), zusammen mit einer brandneuen LG Full-Size-Waschmaschine / Trockner.

Der private Balkon ist vom Wohnzimmer oder Schlafzimmer aus zu erreichen. Zur Unterhaltung im Freien gehören ein großer Balkon mit Blick auf den Golf mit einem Tisch für vier Personen und ein weiterer Sitzbereich mit zwei Schaukelstühlen.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

My group of 7 plus a one year old had the best experience at this condo. It was stocked with plenty of towels, toiletries, plates, cups, coffee, small appliances, and so much more. I really appreciated all the beach supplies they provided as well. The view was incredible even though it was across the street. It was so convenient to be able to just walk downstairs for breakfast and dinner and pineapple Willie’s was a short walk. No wait for any restaurants on site and the pools were not crowded at all. Overall my stay was a 10/10 experience.

Beautiful condo! Beautiful view! Loved all the pools for all ages. Easy walk to Beach. Communication was the best we have ever had. Even Twin beds had privacy to a jack and Jill bath room connected to one of the king bedrooms. The only downside is the waiting on the elevators. Enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful Stay

The golf course didn’t have any equipment and it didn’t say that on the listing. The floor needed to be cleaned. The bump beds listed weren’t accurate. Check in process for the line was long. Overall the property was wonderful and included everything you may have needed.

Girls (And kids) Trip 2023

3 Nurses and their children taking a much needed beach trip! The balcony was our gathering place, so much space and such a great view! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It was very easy to get around the property, and the beach was easily accessible. We all decided we would definitely keep this place in mind for future trips!

Awesome condo!

The condo was great - lots of space for 4 tween/teens and 4 adults. Had everything we needed, was in great condition, very comfortable! We only had a long elevator wait twice the entire week - it really wasn’t bad at all! However, we will never come back to PCB during this time of year. Because it wasn’t college spring break time, we expected it to be mainly families enjoying school spring. The beach and property were full of high school spring breakers. Police everywhere. Smell of weed everywhere. Had to walk through thousands of kids to get to a quiet spot on the beach away from the partying, swearing, etc. I never felt comfortable allowing my kids to go anywhere on property unchaperoned. Horrible traffic. It just wasn’t the relaxing vacation we were expecting.

Great Place!

Really enjoyed this condo- very spacious and perfect size for 3 adult couples and a child. The king beds in each rooms were great so no one had to squeeze, as well as everyone having their own bathroom. Views were great being that high up on the 18th floor. The condo building itself was nice but needed some maintenance. The company the rental was through (Forever Rentals) was absolutely incredible. They were super prompt with responses and the check in process was very easy. They sent ample emails with good information leading up to the stay, as well as a phone call once we got checked in to ensure everything was good upon arrival. Would definitely stay with this rental company again!

The condo was nice with the exception of 1 bedroom...appeared that the sheets had not been changed after the last guest. Hair and crumbs were in the bed. Other than that everything was clean. The elevator situation is HORRIBLE. I understand this is not the owners fault and is beyond their control but it was definitely a deal breaker for us. Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes unless you are using them early in the morning. 2 working elevators for a building that size is ridiculous.

Great location and view / few minor problems

For the price and location can't really complain too much. Everything looked nice only few problems. Check in - no toilet paper throughout place. Handle to balcony was cracked on arrival and broke off on first day (not by force, but literally the first use of it.) Have pics if requested email Glennd1996@gmail.com and I can send it. The master bathroom toilet leaked water from underneath. It had like two planks propping the toilet in the back where the water would leak from. Water heater tank was small. Can opener was broken. Very minor problems honestly the location and view made up for it. Overall extremely pleased with the experience and would rent again in the future ,

One of the nicest places we ever stayed. Would rent this exact condo time after time.

Best place ever! Owner thought of everything and even had a floor fan in all bedrooms and we all need fans to sleep and was shocked to find I didn’t have to go buy three. Large and spacious place. We will stay again and tell all who are looking for a wonderful place on the beach

Can’t wait to get back!

We love staying at Laketown Warf. The location is so convenient and we never had to leave the property. The beach is a quick walk across the street and all the pool options keep the kids busy and happy. This particular condo was exactly what we needed to bring our friends with us this time. Extremely spacious and a comfortable place for all 9 of us. The bunk beds were a huge hit for the older kids. 5 stars everyday!

Some Good, Some Not Very Good

Overall - me, my wife and her family enjoyed our experience. The size of the condo was excellent and the general ambiance was good. However, there were several concerns. First, we got off to a poor start when we were bringing our items into the rooms for the first time because we never realized that the elevator wait time would be about 15 minutes! Now, what we realized later was that it was probably just the worst time on a Friday afternoon because so many people were all checking-in for the weekend. Because, the remaining 4 days were very minimal wait times. It would have been a good idea to 'warn' people about the "Friday wait times" when they make their reservations. The general upkeep of the building itself was relatively poor in my opinion (although that was not the general case of the condo itself). But, some parts of the Laketown Wharf building were pretty run down and generally not attractive. When we first stepped into the room - it mostly looked liked the photos. The actual cleanliness of the room was very good but there were scuff marks and things on the walls - which made it feel 'less clean'. Another issue we discovered was that the sofa was broken! It looks like someone had broken it before but the seat cushions were puffed up to make it look like it was ok. We didn't discover this until we were almost done with our stay cause we had not stayed in the living room until then. I don't mean to imply that the overall stay was poor - it was "ok". But, I will think twice before reserving a condo again with Vrbo / Laketown Wharf.

We enjoyed this condo! It was very spacious and homey! The decor was the perfect beach vibe! The condo was overall pretty clean and they provided much home necessities! The main downfall to this location is the actual resort itself! The parking deck is forever away from the condos. The elevators were awful and they have no fans to help circulate the air flow. The security at the pool is insane. No drinking on the side of the pool or in the pool. You must be 4 ft from the pool even with WATER! You can even throw a water ball around in the pool with your own group. It’s just insane. I would say the overall experience was great 4/5 star with the condo and a 1 star for the resort.

Great condo. Not enough elevators.

The condo itself was wonderful - the pictures are accurate. The big couch in the living room has had a full life and needs to be retired to a farm upstate. The elevator situation probably cannot be fixed, but should have an expectation of what it is like on the weekends. You will wait between 20-45 minutes every time you want to use the elevator. It took us 2 hours to get out stuff up from the car (2 loads). Good location. Nice beach. The pool was overly crowded. There really is at least one alligator in the lake. Pretty cool.

This condo was absolutely amazing. The view was beautiful and the cleanliness of it was top tier. Definitely will be going back, me and my family enjoyed our stay!

Shannon and I moved from St. Louis, MO to Destin, FL in the Summer of 2011. I have over 20 years in the Property Management field, including Vacation Rentals, Multi-Family, and Senior Living. I am also a Realtor with Worth Clark Realty. Shannon is our “go to guy” and always goes above and beyond. He handles the majority of operations, which includes Inspecting and Scheduling Turns, Owners Statements, Accounting, and helping to oversee our Housekeeping Department. You will find that we are passionate and very hands-on. Not only are we available to our Homeowner's at all times, we are also available to our guests.

God has blessed us with our two children, Riley and Jax. Our hearts and home are also filled with our fur babies! We look forward to our Friday night movies at home with our children, fishing (although we aren't any good at it – haha), church, and Sunday football. We are very family oriented and find that most homeowners become like family to us.

In the Spring of 2016, we expanded our business by hiring Debbie. She is my amazing mom! When it came time to hire someone, it only made sense to bring her on board! You honestly can't find a more caring, loyal, and trustworthy person! Debbie handles all of our reservations and during the summer months, she helps with our inspections. If you ever want to hear a friendly voice and be uplifted, call her!

We can't forget about the rest of our team! EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON. on our team is important to our success. Our goal is to hire folks with passion, enthusiasm, and motivation to win! We want them to know that no detail is too small, and a happy guest is a repeat guest! There is nothing more rewarding than to receive a compliment about how genuine and hard-working we are!
