Die Villa Belize Cottage erinnert an eine Villa im mediterranen Stil mit weißen Gipswänden und Decken über freiliegenden Holzbalken. Der toskanische Kamin ist der Mittelpunkt des geräumigen Erdgeschosses - der Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich schließt sich an und kann mehrere Gesprächsgruppen gleichzeitig aufnehmen. Der Raum erstreckt sich im Freien auf einen überdachten Essbereich mit Blick auf eine Brunnen-Terrasse, die von einem tropischen Garten umgeben ist. Ein überdachter Balkon vor dem Hauptschlafzimmer im Obergeschoss erstreckt sich über die gesamte Breite des Hauses und bietet einen Blick auf die von Bäumen gesäumte Promenade zum Eastern Green. Zwei weitere Balkone blicken auf den Garten darunter. Sie werden das Ambiente lieben!

Elegantly decorated with only a 3 minute walk to the beach and steps away from Coquina Pool. A 3 minute walk to the Rosemary village though just far enough to enjoy quiet solitude. Great service from the 30A Luxury Vacations staff with easy check-in/out. We will be back to Belize Cottage in future years.

Best stay ever! House is gorgeous - stocked well. The pool is steps away - the beach is 2 blocks - a play ground is 4 blocks the other way . Easy to walk for kids but loved scootering around . I can’t say enough how magical the place is! Will definitely stay again

That said, you should know that there is no view of the water, the house stays very dark from tree coverage, and guest rooms and common areas are quite small. No problem if you plan to spend all of your time on the sand but could be tight with lousy weather. Perfect for one family of 4 + grandparents or a family of 5.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the house was top notch. Just 2 houses away from the Coquina pool and a block away from the beach walkover. While the kitchen appliances and dinnerware were well stocked, there were no kitchen pantry items (not even salt and pepper). No dishcloths, one extra blanket, no beach towels, etc. The pictures online indicated the house was light bright and airy. A little disappointed that in reality, it was quite dark and more yellow than what we thought it would be. While the house was clean, it felt a little tired.

The location was excellent, and the home was welcoming. Everything was clean, communication was easy and we were able to get in and out without any trouble. The only thing we would have changed is for the interior lighting to be brighter once it was nighttime. Our family enjoyed staying there!

Great location! Lovely decor! Has a nice outdoor sitting area with a water feature. Appreciate the nice toiletries that were provided! The queen beds in each room could have been a little more comfy and the primary bedroom could use an upgrade to a king size bed. Also, the main bath shower could use a deep clean. Great place and meticulously maintained! Management was organized and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Great property. 3 blocks to town. 2 blocks to the beach. Great outdoor space that we used every day. Kitchen is very well equipped with lots of little details you need for meal prep. Only thing we would wish to change would be for bigger beds. Although they very clearly state the size of the beds in the description. We would definitely stay here again.

While other houses have decks and balconies, this house seemed to one of the largest outside areas. It was perfect for visiting and to have dinner. That was a great feature.
