Dieses Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 4,5 Bädern befindet sich am Wasser in Pot-Nets Bayside und ermöglicht große Versammlungen im geräumigen Wohn- / Essbereich. Das Haus ist mit vielen Fenstern und Glasschiebetüren geschmückt, durch die das schöne Küstenlicht das Haus durchfluten lässt. Machen Sie einen 5-minütigen Spaziergang entlang der Promenade des Yachthafens, um zum beliebten Paradise Grill, zum Privatstrand, zu den Angel- und Krabbenstegen zu gelangen. Pools, Tennis, Baseball und Spielplätze sind vor Ort. Bootsscheine können für 40 USD pro Tag ausgeliehen werden. Ein Golfwagen ist in dieser Unterkunft ohne zusätzliche Kosten enthalten. Kinder sind willkommen und Haustiere auch! Tolle Lage für Kajakfahren und Stand-Up-Paddleboarding! Nach einer kurzen Fahrt erreichen Sie den weltberühmten Baywood Greens Golfplatz (10 Minuten), die steuerfreien Tanger Outlet Center (20 Minuten) und die malerischen Innenstädte von Rehoboth Beach und Lewes (30 Minuten).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a fantastic time at the Ever Dream. The rental process was easy, the rental agent was extremely helpful and professional. Everything that was promised was there. The only reservation I had was that the home is in need of some maintenance. The are several places where the floor is coming up, including one large spot in front of the kitchen sink that was covered by a rug. The flooring in the hallway was loose, and my grandson caught the knee of his pants on it and tore his pants. There are several doorknobs that are broken and several cabinet doors that need to be repaired. I definitely plan to rent again next year, as the overall experience was great. I just hope some of the maintenance items can be addressed before that time.

We live locally, but rented 5 of these homes to receive out-of-town family and friends, at a location just minutes away from Baywood. Everyone loved walking or taking the golf car to Paradise Grill. The houses were super clean, easy check-in & check-out process. Plenty of places to sit, enjoy each other & look at great scenery. We didn't turn on the TV once. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking large meals, when we didn't eat at restaurants. Highly recommend!

Amazing

Absolutely incredible place to stay, the house was super clean and massive. The views were amazing and there is a lot to do not far from the house at all. Paradise grill right across the street is a cool place. And the property manager is wonderful, easy to get in touch with and took care of a couple minor problems right away. We would definitely stay there again. Only complaint I had which has nothing to do with the property was the weather was a little cold (end of May). I’d go back in June sometime when it’s warmer. 11/10 recommend.

Great Vacation and great staff!!

Great view and accommodations loved being able to travel around on the golf cart, the pools and even the baseball field. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances. A few recommendations bring your own bath towels and wash clothes, they do supply them but they are not the greatest and they shed. Also, the place really needs a cleaning, cabinets and drawers with food and dust, dog food and dog hair on the floor. We didn’t have a dog but we had toddlers. Sliding doors beautiful to look out but don’t look down the tracks were filthy black and the toddlers had black on their feet constantly. Now Debbie was great and offered to have someone come clean it and we appreciated her response but we had already vacuumed and just decided we would let them know and move on. We had one of the best vacations and have already booked for next year.
