Diese Wohnung in der 3. Etage mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 4 Bädern befindet sich am wunderschönen Strand von Navarra und bietet eine herrliche Aussicht auf den Golf und den Santa Rosa Sound! Schlafmöglichkeiten für 10 Personen mit King-Size-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer, Queen-Size-Bett im 2. Schlafzimmer, Queen-Size-Bett im 3. Schlafzimmer und einem Etagenbett mit zwei Einzelbetten und einem Einzelbett mit zwei Einzelbetten im 4. Schlafzimmer. Zugang zum Balkon und Aussicht von jedem Schlafzimmer! Das Gerät wurde frisch gestrichen und mit einem neuen Kingsize-Bett, anderen neuen Möbeln und Dekor sowie einem neuen Balkon Essbereich aktualisiert. Diese Wohnung bietet einen großzügigen und offenen Grundriss, so dass es viel Platz gibt, um sich auszubreiten, aber immer noch zusammen zu sein. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes, individuell gestaltetes Badezimmer und einen Fernseher. Im Wohnzimmer ist jedoch genügend Platz, um nach einem langen Tag am Strand gemeinsam einen Film oder ein Spiel zu genießen. Sie können sogar eine Verbindung zur Soundbar des Wohnzimmers herstellen, um Ihre Musik abzuspielen.

Perfect location with a beautiful view of the pier. Well appointed, updated kitchen made it easy to cook for our group. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. It was almost perfection! The only suggestion for improvement would be to somehow make the bunk beds (especially the top) a little more stable. Otherwise, no complaints. We enjoyed our stay!

This was a great place to stay; however, one of the beds was listed as a queen and it was in fact a full size bed. We made it work for a trip but just something to be mindful of! Other than that, awesome trip!

Beach Vacation 2023

This condo was the perfect size for our family of 10, Our adult children and their spouses, a 10yo grandchild and a mother-in-law spent 6mights/5days over Christmas in the condo. The kitchen came fully equipped with everything we needed to cook a huge Christmas dinner. Everyone having their own bathrooms was wonderful. The view was beautiful. The beds were comfortable, especially the king size bed. Our Christmas beach vacation was the best!

Beautiful Condo Could be Deep Cleaned

This was a beautiful condo with a wonderful location. The pool did not get heat until the end of the week. The condo just needs a mega clean, the floors, bathrooms, baseboards, etc. The fourth bedroom has unique doors that are tricky. Also, the bed in that room is VERY uncomfortable. The other rooms were fine. The beach was beautiful and the views were awesome!

The pool was small and cold and we wished for tables with umbrellas at the pool so we could have lunch there but there weren’t any. Fixed it!

The fridge ice maker, other ice maker & Internet did not work when we arrived. The handle on the microwave was missing - it had been order and was fixed Monday morning. The fridge was under warranty so it would take time….the rental agency brought us ice every day. The maintenance man got Internet back on. The agency was wonderful and we had a great stay!

My only complaint is that the bed in the bedroom by the dining room was awful. My husband and I rolled towards each other all night and you could almost feel the springs. Otherwise, our stay was perfect. The condo is located in very close proximity to the beach and pool. We also loved that each bedroom had its own private bathroom. The check in process was smooth and very friendly. My sister even left her wedding rings in the condo after checkout and we were quickly alerted by staff. So thankful that the cleaning lady is trustworthy!

Great Stay

The location was great being close to Publix across the bridge and a few restaurants in Navarre Beach. The Belle Mar property is well maintained including their pool and hot tub. The Condo was great to accomodate 2 couples, 2 adults and two children. There was plenty of space. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed to cook a meal in when we wanted to. Having access to beach chairs, toys and floaties was wonderful and in a convenient location in the garage. The king bed in the codo was comfortable, and the feedback from the others in my party was the same. I did however feel the living room furniture was a little tired and had some stains, but it did not bother me. My only wish is that there be beach towels available to use in the condo. They take up a lot of room in the suitcase if you have to fly!

Nice place for family gathering!

There were 10 of us staying here, 6 adults and 4 children. This condo was large enough to accommodate our family. It was nice not having to worry about stairs with the young children. Easy access to the beach. Nice pool. The kitchen is well equipped but could use some non-breakable cups for kids to use. It could also use a decent set of knives. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels for showers and such. The reason for the 3 star rating as far as cleanliness was for items that were found in the couch by one of the children that suggested that the cleaning crew is not checking and vacuuming under the cushions. Some of the furnishings are a bit worn out and it could use some updating. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would rent this condo again for a future vacation to Navarre Beach!

The beach is extremely close to the building, so walks were short. Elevators were pretty fast. We did not like the gate leading out to the beach and back in as it didn't work properly all week. I've notified the company.. The tennis and basketball courts were a big hit with our kids. Pool isn't that big so it was often crowded. The Navarre beach was filled with seashells! Thank you for a memorable vacation!
