Great experience

Had a great stay! Whatever issues we had the staff were quick to respond, which is all you can ask for. Great communication, great location. Parking spaces are TIGHT in the parking garage so if you're driving a large vehicle then just park outside. Would definitely stay again!

Great place was construction which was active but probably over by now.

Once the outside updates are completed this is a great spot. Nice pool but could not use it due to construction. The unit itself was great and in great order had everything we needed. I would recommend it post construction.

Great location!

Check-in was a little sketchy since our code didn’t initially work and we couldn’t check in until right after 4pm. Other than that it’s a great location, super nice condo/facility, amenities; The only issue we had was the elevator being super slow for everyone.

Family Vacay

We had a lovely time and the Seawind resort is a favorite. There were 7 of us. Plenty of kitchen supplies available. No salt pepper or condiments were in so plan to pick some up somewhere. There was a blender that was not on the appliance list so that was a pleasant surprise. Thermostat does not set lower than 68 degrees which was ok for us. If you prefer it cooler you may not like it.

The only problem we had was the coffee pot didn’t work and the couch was lumpy and uncomfortable. The decorative pillows leaked feathers everywhere in the living room.

Great place to stay!

Check in was a little late. Elevators was slow the first day but that’s to be expected anywhere on check in day. The room had everything we needed, huge balcony. Beds were comfy. Would stay again.

Wonderful Experience

2nd experience with SeaWind Condo. This Unit was on target with cleanliness and comfort! We were hesitant about returning for this vacation as the 1st unit we rented was below par but we were very very pleased with this unit! The elevator situation is a hot mess but we understand there is a plan for more elevators coming this fall. Will definitely return without hesitation once the elevator situation is corrected.

Great Condo

The condo was beautiful. Night 1 our HVAC went out, but the property management maintenance guy was FABULOUS! He was so nice and knowledgeable. They had to call the HOA approved company to technically fix it, which was unfortunate since he wasn’t the most professional. However, the air was fixed and the trip was great! Wish the pool was bigger, but the walk to Sea N Suds was worth it.

Great place and great location

The location was walking distance to many restaurants and a market across the street. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The blender was not working during our stay and we texted Liquid life rentals and we had a new blender the next morning. The ac never got below 73, but they checked it and said it was fine. They did supply us with 2 fans to make it more comfortable. The biggest downfall is the elevators. They need more! The waits were 10-15 minutes during peak times. Overall I would stay here again! Location is perfect and had plenty of beds for our big group. Gym and pools were all nice! We rented beach chairs and they took great care of us! Parasailing and other rental are right next door to the condo. All of our needs were taken care of!

Great place

Very nice and clean property. This property is conveniently located in Gulf Shores. This was my first time staying here and I enjoyed it. There are places to eat with in walking distance. Also there is a little market across the street if you need some grocery. The view from my room was amazing. You are rite on top of the beach.

Great Condo - Not so great Property

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was very nice. It was clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. However, there was no wifi for our room. The main problem was the elevators. There are TWO for TWENTY floors. At times there were up to 50 people in line for elevators, and one of the two elevators stopped working during our stay. The property manager, Randy, was unhelpful when called about this issue. Also - the two pools are TINY. The online pics make them appear large and lovely but they are small and cloudy. The pool with the mushroom sprinklers is essentially a kiddie pool. The gym facility was actually nicely outfitted, though. Overall, for the price, this property is NOT a good value. I would not rent here again.

Nice place , good location.

Reviewer Comments: The only complaints I have is the washer and dryer may need to be replaced , super loud and the dryer vent is broken and left lent all over the clothes. Also the pool and splash pad were closed for a full day and the chlorine in the splash pad was so strong it bleached my sons bathing suit. The elevator did break during our stay and the lines were very long. Also , it must have public beach access and we rented chairs with other people all on top of us in front of the chairs we rented. But the condo it’s self is very nice.
