Mit massiven Holztüren ist diese schicke, helle und luftige Wohnung sehr komfortabel und entspannend. Sie werden von dem Meerblick fasziniert sein und entspannt die Geräusche der friedlichen Wellen, die nur wenige Schritte entfernt am seidigen Ufer liegen.

Dieses schöne Haus verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 1/2 Bäder und bietet Platz für 6 Personen. Es verfügt über einen 65-Zoll-HD-Fernseher im Wohnzimmer, einen DVD-Player für Filme von zu Hause aus sowie Brettspiele zum Genießen.

Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie für ein tolles Familienessen benötigen. Der Essbereich bietet Platz für sechs.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über einen an der Wand befestigten HD-TV sowie über ein Kingsize-Bett mit Kissen, das Sie nach einem Tag voller Aktivitäten und Spaß am Strand oder nach einem Besuch in St. Augustinus. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Massivholz-Twin-Betten mit Matratzen mit Kissen und es gibt ein brandneues Queen-Size-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer.

Für entspannende Tage stehen Bücher zur Auswahl und ein Schreibtisch für Ihren Laptop.

Der Sommerhauskomplex verfügt über vier beheizte Pools, Tennisplätze, Pickleballplätze, Racquetballplätze und Fahrradständer. Es gibt Grills mit Cabanas, neue Spielplätze für Kinder und Hufeisen und Shuffleboard.

In der Nähe können Sie auch Fahrräder mieten. Spaziergänge zum Strand haben Sitzbereiche, wo Sie die Aussicht genießen, lesen oder einfach mit Freunden entspannen können. Crescent Beach, wo sich die Summerhouse-Einheit 112 befindet, ist als einer der schönsten Strände im Nordosten Floridas bekannt. Es ist ein ausgedehnter weißer Pulverstrand! Sie werden Fischer, Biker finden, wenn die Flut zurückgeht, Spaziergänger, Surfer, Kite-Boarder, Muschelsammler und natürlich Sonnenbäder! Weiter nördlich sind Fahrzeuge mit Allradantrieb zugelassen. St. Augustines Stadtzentrum, nur 10 Meilen nördlich, ist die älteste und prächtigste Stadt in Florida ... und Amerika für diese Angelegenheit! Es beherbergt Restaurants, atemberaubende historische Kirchen, einige der besten Kunstgalerien und eine Vielzahl an schicken Boutiquen. Am ersten Freitag eines jeden Monats findet ein Art Walk statt, auf dem einige Galerien Erfrischungen anbieten und abends geöffnet bleiben. Wenn Sie durch Kopfsteinpflasterstraßen laufen, haben Sie die Möglichkeit, die Geschichte um Sie herum zu erkunden, oft hören Sie Kirchenglocken. Great Experience

This unit is nearly perfect---location, cleanliness, decor, well stocked kitchen. The management group was unbelievably responsive. I never waited more than a couple of minutes for a response to a question or an issue. I stayed for 4 weeks and the service never waivered. I had a problem with the washing machine and within 24 hours had a new washing machine installed!In additional, this unit may be the cleanest property I have ever rented. It was spotless!The location goes without saying--awesome--beautiful sunrises over the water. I will be back!

You are steps away from the pool and can see the ocean from the condo. Not a long walk to the private beach access and private. Perfect for the 3 of us for a long weekend and can’t beat the price!

We’ve stayed at Summerhouse many times and this condo was the most updated and nicely decorated. We liked the location within the complex as well. Great pool, easy access to the beach, and nice pickle ball and tennis courts.

Wonderful Beach Condo

Our stay at the beach condo was wonderful. It has everything we needed and was clean and cute! Perfect ocean view from the balcony and I was able to watch the kids swimming in the pool right from the balcony. Summerhouse is in a great location and the beach is pristine. We will be back!

Beautiful location on the beach

We had a wonderful stay and the condo and exceeded our expectations! There was a slight musty smell when we first arrived but as soon as we turned on the A/C and aired out the place it disappeared. The condo had everything we needed for our stay including beach towels and chairs. The only thing that I would recommend would be a deep clean for the dust as it didn’t seem to have been dusted In a while so someone allergic to dust might have a hard time.

Relaxing at its best

Always a great stay

This is our third time staying at this condo. It is wonderful and we love the place, location, and the facilities. We mainly hang out on the beach and swim in the pool. Matanzas inlet is pretty much across the street, so this provides another area to explore and swim. Great restaurants our within a 10-15 minute drive and there is plenty of cooking ware to use to stay in. We love this place and highly recommend it!

Pure Enjoyment

We stayed in a very nicely decorated and supplied 2 bdrm condo. The king size bed gave us very comfortable nights of sleep. The view of the ocean and grounds was great. All of this gave us a very enjoyable week and a half of relaxation.

Nice 2 story condo on Oceanside

We were happy with the location and layout. On the down side, electric went out on bedroom level several times and we had to flip breaker switch. The cleaning crew didn’t vacuum under anything so lots of dust and dirt under furniture. Glasses and utensils were not clean. Need better cleaner! Aside from those few things, we liked the condo and the fast access to beach and very nice pool.

Wonderful Property

This was our first time staying at this property. We always stay in crescent beach. We would recommend this property. It was very well maintained. It was convenient to have the washer and dryer upstairs. We wished it would have had a iron and ironing board, we looked in every closet but could not find any. The beach re-nourishment looks great and has new stairs leading to the beach. Our family had a nice time and would stay at this property again, thank you!

Absolutely a little piece of Heaven!

We felt so blessed to share in this little piece of heaven for our nearly 2 week trip. Perfectly decorated, all the things you could possible need for cooking, just steps from the pool and beach, perfect coffee view of the ocean, an easy drive into St Augustine. All in all, the perfect spot to get away.

1 star because we were moved to Quail Hollow not this unit

I am sure this unit is very nice, made of concrete, ocean front and quite. We were a day early so wanted to see if we could get an extra day and pay. Was not available but the owner had there Quail Hollow unit next store. They suggested we move the whole week there, so we did, what would be the difference. Quail Hollow is 2 story and wood frame building. So the person up stair when walking around makes floors squeak. Not running or being excessive, just normal walk. Makes the ceiling fan rattle as well. We woke up every few hours at night as we could here the person upstairs pacing ect. Tried head phones, they fall out and your awake again, by third day we asked other owners in complex about this and they all said we have second floor, some had had first but sold and moved up. It’s a problem. Now the owner will tell you he could have helped by stopping the person walking? How do you do that? We walk the same room to room. Maybe the person has insomnia or something. We payed for a hotel and got rest. We knew the risk leaving early loosing well over 375$ but we had not had a vacation and worked very hard for the last 14 months. A we are sorry would have gone along way, but was just excuses. We are now handling this with a small claims filing. Moral of story, don’t switch! Don’t go on the assumption the owners are putting you into the same type of place.

Beautiful House and Beautiful Beaches

The unit was very nicely decorated (not the cheesy outdated beach décor that you can often find at beach rentals). It had a surprisingly well equipped kitchen - everything you need to make a full meal easily. All the furniture was great quality and comfy. The afternoon we arrived, a large storm had came and lightening took out the internet. David the manager came that afternoon to take the equipment to Xfinity to try to get it resolved. Unfortunately it was a much larger issue that was impacting the entire building and required Xfintity to come out and repair wires in the building. That said, we did not have internet nor TV the entire week while waiting for the repairs. Not at all the fault of the manager but it was very frustrating when you have kids that want to watch tv in the evening. Overall, we had an incredible experience and would rent this unit again in a heartbeat.

We are a local St. Augustine family that loves the beach and hosting other families that want to visit our beautiful city.

The history of St. Augustine is incomparable with almost any other on our coast. Founded in 1565 it is chock full of amazing places to visit, from the oldest house to the first schoolroom, to the impenetrable fort built by the Spanish. Lincolnville, just south of downtown St. Augustine, takes you on a walking tour of the history of the civil rights movement noting where Martin Luther King stayed on numerous occasions. Needless to say, there’s also so many unique shops, and the restaurants are so varied and truly have an international flavor! There are things to do no matter the weather! You can take a free boat ride to Fort Matanzas and learn the history about the battles fought. Further south is Marineland where you can swim with dolphins!

The St. Augustine and St Johns County area have a great variety of golf courses for players of every level and skill. There are always concerts at St. Augustine Amphitheatre and events at Francis Field as well. You will never run out of things to do here in St. Augustine. It is probably one of the most beautiful places in all of Florida, and for sure one of the most photographed! Come and see for yourself!
