Wenn Sie einen Familienurlaub am Strand planen, dann sind Sie hier genau richtig! Privater Zugang zum Strand, separater Pool, Terrasse mit Grill, Außendusche, Blick auf Strand und Bucht! Wir haben sogar einen Bootsstart, wenn Sie Ihr Boot mitbringen möchten! Fühlen Sie sich wie zu Hause, beide Schlafzimmer befinden sich auf derselben Etage und es gibt sogar ein Loft mit zusätzlichem Platz. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über ein komplettes Badezimmer und auf der Hauptebene gibt es auch eine Badewanne. Vollständig möbliert, alles was Sie mitbringen müssen, sind Badeanzüge, Essen und Familie.

Ein Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Etagenbett, das über eine Königin verfügt, und das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett. Der Dachboden kann abgesperrt sein oder zwei weitere schlafen. Offener Grundriss mit großer Kücheninsel. Der Wohnzimmer hat ein Sofagarnitur und öffnet sich zu einer privaten Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pool. Die Nachbarschaft ist bei Nachbarn, die ganzjährig in Perdido leben, sehr sicher.

Tolle Privatsphäre, aber immer noch mittendrin ohne die lauten Nachbarn. Lebensmittelgeschäft und Restaurants sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt.

Perdido Key vacation

Great location; lots of amenities; pool was awesome. Loved our stay. Very easy check in process. Close to everything but isolated enough to feel exclusive. It was as good as advertised.

Great Place Close to the Beach

Our family with two small children had a great stay here! The beach is a short walk away and the we almost always had the pool to ourselves during our stay. The property is a little dated, but was just fine for our family. We had one issue during our stay that the owner addressed quickly and fully. We would stay here again!

amazing!

This was absolutely one of the best experiences! Right in the middle of most everything you need, turn right out of the drive and you could go into Alabama for quick things, turn left and you could go further into Perdido and use grocery stores, gas, etc etc. Restaurants on both ends close and the beach is just right across the road!!! Will be using this location again if we get the chance!

Overall, we had a great time on our trip! The house is a bit more run down than the images show, but it met our needs and the beach was perfect. Our host was responsive to messages and easy going.

Sharp Reef is the place to stay!

What a great location! Easy beach access, quiet complex, wonderful pool! Fit all our needs and was a nice place to stay for a vacation with some friends! Easy walk to the beach and a short drive to the busier side of perdido and a short drive to orange beach/gulf shores. Would definitely stay again.

Great for the price

I stayed here for a girls trip. It is about 2 blocks from the ocean. The pool in the back is nice. It is a quiet area with a short drive to nearby shops and restaurants. Owner was quick to respond to messages. I do wish they supplied more toilet paper and towels. The loft is a little scary to climb into. Lots of stairs in and out of the home so be prepared if you have trouble climbing steps. Overall a fun stay.

Return trip

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We are a family of 7. There was plenty of space for all of us. The loft for the older 2 and then bunk beds for my 3 youngest. The beach is just a short walk. We went each morning and practically had the beach to ourselves. Even in the afternoon the beach isn't crowded. You do have to cross the highway getting to the beach, but there is a crossing light. In the afternoon we used the pool which was nice. It wasn't ever crowed either. We saw the blue angles and went on a dolphin cruise. It was a great vacation !

Great place

My family loved the location of this property. You have access to a pool and can be at the beach in just a few minutes. Beach is quiet with very few people. Pool was great for evenings after sun set. Pool is also a fun way to meet others staying in the complex. House was just as shown kids loved the loft! We will definitely book again.

Awesome Vacation!!

We had the greatest experience staying at Alex’s place. She was very accommodating! Best part was the location. Had beach access very close and also close to intercoastal waters which we thought was pretty neat. Her place was clean and comfortable. Pool and garage were awesome to have. Will definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area. Thanks Alex!!

Great location

We were a group of four moms and four kids. The property was great. The beach was only a minute walk away, there were plenty of beach things to borrow, and the view from the deck gave us lovely sunsets. Alex was great to communicate with. We had a small issue on check in, and Alex took excellent care of us. I would absolutely stay here again or at any properties Alex manages!

Best Beach Access on the Coast

Condo was nice, but I don’t think the loft is usable in the summer due to heat rising. The garage had everything you or children need for the beach. The beach was nearly empty as it is a state park with no parking for quite some distance. There is a nice walkway from the highway to the beach.

Spring Break

Nice place in a nice location, maintenance of the place could’ve been better, some of the lights weren’t working, the garage door opener was broken, the clothes dryer sounded like it was about to explode, one of the door locks was broken, and the carpeted areas were stained. This place had plenty of kitchen utensils, towels, extra bed linens, and a nice pool and short walk to the beautiful beach. The negatives are by no means a deal breaker! I would stay there again. My family and I had a fantastic time!

Cannot say enough about this amazing property!!

This was the best happy accident ever! No one in our party had ever been to perdido key but we saw the property and decided to give it a try. We had the best time ever, so many amazing memories were made! The walk to the beach was so quick (5 minutes or less) and the private access is the best thing ever! The pool was perfect for the kids and all the furniture and beds were comfortable! The 2 car garage is so handy, we left all of our beach stuff in the garage and it was ready to go whenever we were! Alex was a perfect host and always kind and attentive. We will be rebooking for next summer for sure and maybe this fall also. This is our new favorite place on earth!!

Perfect!

Thank you for allowing us to stay. The property was wonderful. It was clean and well organized. Location was great. Just a short walk to the beach. Onsite pool was clean and easily accessible. Anyone needing a place to stay should check this out. EVERYTHING was there. Pots and pans. Utensils. Beach towels, umbrella, wagon chairs boards. Everything needed for a beach vacation. We just brought ourselves and some food and didn’t have to buy any Extra. Plenty of towels, blankets and pillows for us and the kids. AC worked extremely well in the Florida heat. Thank you so much for a relaxing vacation.

Great location but not a clean place

Love the location. We have stayed at 2 other townhouses in this building and this was not the nicest. The place was dirty. The stove looked as though it was wiped with an oily rag and the oven had burned food all in the bottom and on the inside of the door. The carpet needs replacing due to stains and coming apart on the top of the stairs. There was food pieces on the wall above the kitchen sink. Living room couch had large stains on the cushions. There is cobweb/dust buildup on the decoration above the bed in the pool-side bedroom, like it had not been cleaned in years. Not to mention the stains all over the mattress in this bedroom that was noticed when we stripped the beds upon leaving (because there was no mattress cover on the bed). All the towels in the closet were old and mismatched, and the kitchen dishes were just random sizes/shapes. There grill on the deck could not be used due to the empty tank sitting on top of the grill. We couldn't use the deck much anyway due to the guests next door apparently just came to the beach to smoke on their deck. Would have been nice to have an actual enclosed outdoor shower like 3 other places in the building with enough water pressure so you don't have to stand against the wall to get wet. There were many other cleanliness/maintenance issues and we did notify the owner of some things on the first day and they thanked us for letting them know. This place needs a lot of maintenance and updating.

Comfortable with plenty of space

We enjoyed this rental. It was spacious enough for our needs. It was very cool and comfortable with a short walk to the beach on a paved trail. The owner was gracious and responded to questions quickly. Not a complaint, but to make her aware, the carpet and carport could use a little refreshing. The carpet is very nice but needs a deep clean and the carport just needs old broken beach supplies sorted and disposed. Overall it was great and we would stay again.

Nice location, a bit dirty

Pros:The location is nice on a dead end culdesac. The layout is nice and the rooms were perfect for two couples. The various games and entertainment were a nice touch for our son. Cons: The water filter in the fridge was overdue to be changed and the fridge smelled a little weird. The floors were fairly dirty.

Amazing time

Renting this property was so easy. Everything you need is right there. The walk to the beach was so easy. The convenience of having a pool was a plus. It has everything you need to stay in and cook or many options to go out and eat. You can be in gulf shores in no time and the Tanger Outlet mall is a short drive. Alex was so awesome. He answered any questions I had quickly. This will be my family’s go to place for vacation. Thank you Alex for everything.
