Unser Eigentum ist auf einem Eckgrundstück in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer, alle en-suite. Schlafzimmer 1 Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, begehbarem Kleiderschrank, TV, Computer mit WiFi-Anschluss und Schiebetüren auf Pool-Deck. Das Badezimmer hat seine, ihre Waschbecken und einen Jacuzzi mit Dusche. Schlafzimmer 2, Doppelbett, begehbaren Kleiderschrank und Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne mit Dusche. Schlafzimmer 3, Einzelbetten, großer Kleiderschrank, TV und Playstation2. Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne mit Dusche.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank / Gefrierfach und alles, was man brauchen könnte aus Töpfen, Geschirr im Corkscrew ausgestattet. Die Waschmaschine und Trockner sind in der Garage. Die Südlage abgeschirmten Pool hat absolute Privatsphäre. Es ist ein Sportbecken, die 3 Meter an jedem Ende und tiefer in der Mitte ist. Es gibt einen Kindersicherheitssperre und viel Pool Spielzeug. Alle Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Badetücher, Haartrockner sind vorhanden.
Es gibt einen Neun-Loch-Golfplatz mit vielen Golfplätze innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten Fahrt.

The home was perfect for my trip. Pool was very relaxing and enjoyed seeing the peacocks! Neighborhood was quiet, but closely located to plenty of restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely property in quiet area

The villa is a lovely property in a quiet area of Weeki Wachee and met the expectations presented in the listing. Closely located to local attractions and amenities so that only short drives are necessary, however tucked away nicely so that a quiet relaxing time can be enjoyed at the villa and outside in the pool. Local wildlife frequently wandering past the pool area provides much distraction for children. Would more than happily stay here again.

Place to stay.

We used the place for sleeping but spent most of our time elsewhere, It was a comfortable place to stay. If we would have had more time it would have been great as the place was equipped well for cooking ...but we did not do any while there.

Vacation Part I

This was the perfect way to start our vacation. We loved your home! The house was very clean and had everything we needed and then some! We absolutely loved all the peacocks, and the 5 babies were so cute. We could sit out by the pool and watch them play out back. We had lots of fun in the pool and enjoyed playing with all the different pool toys that were available. Very nice and relaxing stay.

Beautiful well maintained property perfect for familes

When we first arrived everything was clean and fresh. The house had 3 bedrooms and a huge kitchen and living area that lead out onto the pool area. The pool was heated and ready for our 3 boys to jump right in. There were several small touches that the property manager did for us that made us feel so welcomed. (It may not seem like much but I asked about an apple corer before our visit and Georgan went out and got one for us for our stay) It's the little things like that, that make a huge difference. The house was close to so many attractions but also offered a nice place to just relax and spend the day as a family in the pool. We had such a great time there and will absolutely be back to stay! Truly a rare gem.

Post Pandemic Southern Getaway

From Start to finish the booking process was quick and efficient. The home was everything we expected and more. The Heated Pool was amazing and we were in it every day several times. The neighborhood was quiet and had plenty of wildlife (Gopher Tortoise, and Peacocks). Inside the house we found everything we happen to look for👍 The area is filled with wonderful local restaurants as well as the normal chain type restaurants. Georgian was excellent and checked in by text insuring we had everything we needed. Over all it was a fantastic Vacation.

Overall great experience!

We had a great experience from beginning to end. Booking was easy and the house was exactly as advertised. We received a lovely introductory email from the owner outlining the check-in and what to do if we encountered any problems. (We had no problems). The house was clean and cozy. Perfect for our ladies trip. No complaints. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was very well equipped. Area is great - we had a day at the beach, went to Homosassa Springs Park, went down to Tampa for a ball game. House is close to shopping and restaurants. Great vacation!

Bargain Rental

We had a really nice time here and the house had all of the essentials you'd need. The beds were comfortable, which after the last VRBO, I appreciated more than anything. The house was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with whatever you needed to make a meal. The pool is heated (though you can't control the temp, which was pretty irritating). But we were just 3 people staying there. Somethings that would have been nice to see was that we could control the temp on the thermostat, a sofa instead of 2 loveseats, control for pool temp and lastly, the deadbolt on the front door has to be locked with a key from inside as well as out, which is a fire hazard. I recommend that be fixed. You should never need a key to get out of the house in a hurry. We enjoyed the screened in pool quite a bit though and they had lounges, towels and floats which was great.

Perfection

We arrived different times my nephew and his family arrived by driving, i arrived by late flight. The home was well maintained and appointed with everything we could need. On Friday we had the caretaker pop in i was still not dressed She can definitely talk haha. The only thing we had trouble with were the sliding glass doors to lock. Either we are dummy's or they just aren't user friendly. Second the pool guy came around 3pm on the hottest humid day. Couldn't use pool for 3 hours. Only 1 other small issue. I as the eldest took master bedroom. My nephew's 2 girls 4 and 5 love to watch the TV cartoons. I wish the master bedroom had it's own TV for escapism. Overall I'm already thinking of my next trip to visit my 80yr old Aunt. And renting this home it's above all outstanding and well maintained and worth every penny. Thank you to the owners. I hope you find this review helpful.
