We enjoyed the condo and the area it was in. Very clean and well kept up and quiet.

This is a great place to stay and there are many things to do in the area. Close to everything you need and the owner was very kind and caring. People in the condo area were also very friendly.

Great place

The property was exactly as described in the listing. Everything was so detailed as far as where things are and where to find things . Don the owner was always making sure we were doing ok and making sure we had everything we needed . I have rented from VRBO at least a dozen times never had a more responsive owner and accessible owner as far as communication. The place was perfect . We will always use this place if available any time we are in the area. Absolutely a joy to stay there. Thank you , Don

Spring Training Fun

Rented this lovely home and very much enjoyed our stay. The home is very clean and ready for the incoming guest to immediately settle in and enjoy! Don is excellent with his communications and quickly available if needed. My wife and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this home in the future!

Best VRBO I have experienced

Everything about this VRBO was fantastic. It was extremely clean, updated and stocked with everything (including paper towels, dishwasher soap, pool towels, and everything else). Don was a pleasure to deal with. He checked in with us regularly to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again, but unfortunately it is already booked! Hoping for the future. The development was quiet and well maintained. Location is central to the greater Scottsdale area making shopping, hiking, pickle ball, and tourist activities easily accessible.

Perfect!

Located in wonderful area with amazing food choices nearby. Impeccably clean accommodations with everything one could possibly need. Central location made getting to destinations quick and easy. Great hiking and walking trails are very close including Mayo Clinic trail, Lost Dog and Fountain Hills. Highly recommend Frank Loyd Wright Taliesin West tour about 10 minute drive away. Communication from host was amazing! Highly recommend, would definitely come again!

Absolutely amazing

This property was absolutely amazing! It had everything we needed and was close to places to eat and walking trails. Don was so accommodating and was amazing to deal with. I would rent from him again in a heartbeat. We had no issues here and can’t wait to come back. I wish I could give more stars we are so happy. We will definitely be returning to this property if we return here in the future, and highly recommend this renter and area. Thank you Don!

Great stay in Scottsdale

Don is easy to communicate with and a great host. We had no issues with anything in the unit so we didn't need to contact Don or the management company with any issues. My wife and the other couple that joined us are already looking forward to renting Ed's unit again.

Fantastic townhouse and location

Don's home is absolutely fantastic - we couldn't find a better place in Scottsdale! The neighborhood is great with selection of supermarkets and cafes, close to everything but also very quiet and safe. The property is very well maintained. The townhome has everything that may be needed for a vacation of a long-term stay, everything is very well organized, new and super clean. Don is a wonderful host - super responsive and goes above and beyond to help the guests get the most of their experience. I'd not look any further, and hope we will be back soon!

fantastic accommodation in wonderful scottsdale

Nicely furnished, comfortable, clean, spacious and well organized rental. Fantastic owner that was responsive and considerate. Pool and hot tub were heated in the cooler temps in the evening taking out all the strain from long hikes in the surrounding area. Excellent access to so many wonderful attractions, we'll have to go back since we couldn't do them all.

Comfortable Townhouse

Reasonably priced very nice two bedroom townhouse conveniently located in a gated community with a pool near shopping and an expressway interchange in Central Scottsdale. Both bedrooms are on the second floor with the master having a comfortable king with a bathroom with both a tub and shower stall. Clean, well ordered and recommended.

Great Condo In Scottsdale

This was the perfect condo for our family of 4 to come watch some spring training baseball at Salt River Fields. The place looked just like the pictures showed. It was very clean and in great shape! The owner Don is amazing. He was very helpful from the start of the booking process to the day we left his condo. Instructions were very clear as to how to enter the property. I would absolutely recommend this property and we are planning on possibly looking at making this an annual visit. There are many restaurants, golf courses, and shops within blocks of the condo. Perfect vacation!

Escaping the Canadian Cold!

We had the pleasure of staying in this excellent townhouse for 10 days over the Christmas break. The accommodation is in a great location, has easy access to major roads and freeways, and is immaculately maintained. We have stayed in many other VRBO places, and none has been as clean and organized as this one! We enjoyed the break from our very cold December weather and took advantage of the the excellent paved walking/running/bike path that is about a 5 minute walk away. We even saw a small bobcat one morning who was obviously enjoying the sunny weather! We appreciated all the helpful notes and instructions left by Don and Jan and we are already planning our next trip south to visit this lovely place again.

Wonderful home away from home

My wife and I, two passionate golferes, stayed at this beautiful home in december – and having a wonderful house back home, we’ve certainly enjoyed the stay in this townhouse. First the location in Scottsdale – in a beautiful quiet gated community and yet only a short drive away from all the nice restaurants and shops downtown Scottsdale. And for the golfers right in the center of all the great golf courses in the south, north and west of Scottsdale/Phoenix. Second the house – everything is very new , clean and well maintained, comfortably furnished, and equipped with everything you possibly need. And third but not least the owner – Don goes out of his way to make your stay as comfortable and wonderful as possible. We absolutely enjoyed our stay, thank you Don for having us.

Home Like Condo, with an excellent location

Don' s condo is well kept, comfortable and updated. There are three new T.V.'s; a large screen TV in the living area downstairs, and a TV for each bedroom. The one in the Master Suite is bigger than the one in the twin-bed room. Excellent, handy directions for using the TV, and finding the stations you like, as well as information about the remote control entry to the garage, the keys, and where to leave them when you depart, information about the day for placing the recycle container outside by the curb, as well as when to place the garbage container outside. There is also a binder as a community directory for restaurants, movies, and historical places. Don sends the client the entry codes for the gate as well as for the garage, and tells you where to find the remote control for the garage and the gate, as well as the keys. He has a notice as to where to leave these items. Don is a detailed owner who makes life easy when you rent his condo. The kitchen is complete with dishwasher, stove, oven and refrigerator. The condo association has an outdoor heated pool, as well as a jacuzzi. It is a gated area with nice landscaping. We had beautiful weather and a pleasant stay at this condo.
