Willkommen im Clubhaus im Trestle Building! Ein historisches Gebäude mit herrlichem Blick auf den Lower Harbour in der Innenstadt von Marquette. Sie erreichen alles, was die Innenstadt von Marquette zu bieten hat, einschließlich Ellwood Mattson Park, Restaurants, Bars, Radwege, Strand, Breakwall usw. Diese Wohnung ist eine Treppe über den Rosewood Walkway und öffnet sich zu einem großzügigen Wohnraum mit vier Schlafzimmern, zwei Badezimmern, einer Gästetoilette und einer erstklassigen Kochküche. Neun Personen können hier bequem übernachten, mit einem King-Zimmer, zwei Queen-Zimmern, einem vollen Bett und einem Schlafraum, in dem bequem drei Personen schlafen können (volle Matratze im unteren Bett, zwei im oberen Stock). Wir haben natürlich WLAN, Kabel, einen Gasherd mit sechs Brennern zum Kochen und eine Terrasse, um draußen zu sitzen und die Aussicht zu genießen. Es gibt keine Parkplätze vor Ort (Sie könnten einen Platz auf der Straße finden und wir bieten zwei Parkausweise im Baraga Lot nur einen Block von der Wohnung entfernt!). Best rental in Marquette

I don’t want to lose this hidden gem but it’s truly the best rental in Marquette. Its absolutely stunning and the host was amazing. No notes. Would highly recommend. It’s right downtown right above the wine shop. I’m telling you if you’re browsing thinking about it just do it. I will only ever rent this place from now on.

Great find.

We love Marquette and decided that for this trip, we would try to find someplace in town to stay. The Clubhouse was the perfect location. Downtown with the view of the harbor and ore dock from a nice sized deck. And Oredock Brewing and the Vierling just steps away! Beautiful condo with a large family space due to the open concept. It’s just as represented in the photos, clean and bright. Very comfortable beds and nice sized baths. The kitchen is very well equipped, my sister needed an electric mixer for a dip, and she found one! Melissa, Ryan and Leanne were on top of everything, they are superb hosts. We have already reserved again for a family trip next summer.

Another AMAZING stay!

We have stayed at this property three times now, and it is still in the most perfect, impeccable condition as the first time we stayed five years ago! Phenomenal Location

This was a wonderful place to stay when traveling to Marquette with a large group of people. The price is steep, but you do not feel cheated. The bedrooms were nice, the kitchen was well-appointed, and the living area was a great place to spend time together or watch a football game. Plus the location is about as good as you can find in Marquette--just blocks from basically anything. As for small things to be aware, the process of finding and getting to the rental can be annoying. It's difficult to unload when there are cars parked on the street. The road noise can be loud in the front bedrooms. Heating and cooling was somewhat uneven between the bedrooms (perhaps expected in an old building). And asking guests to take shoes off to prevent Covid-19 is no longer believable in 2023 (when snow, slush, and ice are all the reason anyone should need). Overall, these are small niggles that should not deter anyone, especially those with a larger group, from renting this place. It has to be one of the better places to rent in Marquette!

Beyond Expectations!!

This condo couldn't have been more perfect for our recent family vacation in Marquette. View of the water! Spacious bedrooms & baths. Great open kitchen & living area. The extra touches like the welcome bowl of goodies, umbrellas at the entry door, coffee and basic supplies were perfect. The location puts you in the heart of downtown and Lakeshore Drive so walking everywhere was fun & convenient. Loved the MQT decor and how beautiful every single room was. Can't wait to make another trip back in the future.

The ultimate VRBO experience!

We were in Marquette for a large family reunion. My husband and I invited my son and family to join us. Our grandchildren range from 8 to 14 and we all loved the freshness and well appointed space. Add the view and location and we all were in heaven!

We had a nice experience at the Clubhouse. It was exactly as shown in the pictures. It fit 2 families easily. LocAtion in town was perfect, walking distance to everything we needed and of courese a quick drive to Marquette Mountain!

A fabulous way to turn fifty

The Clubhouse was a beautiful property with the best location in Marquette. We walked to local breweries, coffee houses, and restaurants. The weather was unseasonably warm for a Marquette November, so we were able to sit on the patio and look over the Ore Dock and Lake Superior. Lots of memories made in a very special place.

Born and raised in Marquette, MI, I am an original Yooper Girl. I met my husband Ryan in Anchorage, Alaska where we currently work and reside. He too is from the great midwest, a Minnesota boy! Being that we love the midwest, the Upper Peninsula and Marquette specifically, we decided to get married overlooking Lake Superior. During our wedding planning trip we were introduced to this space through our wedding photographers assistant Monica. From the moment we entered the space we fell in love with The Clubhouse, so much so, we booked it immediately for our wedding in July 2017. We since spend each Fourth of July enjoying Marquette with our families in this fantastic space. So when we came for our trip and noticed the clubhouse was up for sale it peeked our interest and we knew then we would love to own it. This in turn fostered a truly wonderful relationship with Katy (the previous owner) and the incredible flipper of this wonderful building. We feel very lucky to have made this dream come true and we are so very thankful to Katy for all her hard work and care in getting this space to where it now stands. As the new owners, The Clubhouse gives us the perfect excuse to make trips back to the quaint City of Marquette. We love this place as much as Katy did and we hope you enjoy it too.

While visiting our hometown one year, my sisters and I found this historic building that needed lots of attention. We refurbished it lovingly and hence, The Trestle Building! In 2014, the previous owner Katy and her two sisters went to Marquette to watch the dog sled races - the UP 200. They happened upon this building that had been neglected. Although it was in need a lot of work, it was love at first sight: they couldn't get the view out of our minds! This is Marquette, the view of the ore dock says it all. The Trestle Building is a very special property. They called their refurbished building 'The Trestle Building' because a railroad trestle that connected to the ore dock use to pass right by it. But the trestle was torn down in the 1990's and left behind the walkway that gains you access to the apartment. It's a display of our community's history and what made this town so wonderful to live in, the economy is built through mining, but most importantly the people and community it brought. Whether you come to Marquette often or have never been, we promise you will enjoy all that Marquette has to offer from this wonderful centrally located property with views you cannot beat!
