Dieses einstöckige Haus verfügt über einen großen Wohn- / Essbereich mit einem schönen Shell-Gaskamin, einem großen HD-Fernseher, klassischem High-End-Stranddekor und einem großen Bauerntisch mit Platz für 10 Personen. Die Gourmetküche mit Thermador- und Viking-Geräten, Marmoroberflächen, Weinkühler und separater Bar oder Kaffeestation mit Keurig ist ein Traum des Küchenchefs. Die Küche umfasst eine große Marmorinsel mit einer Bar für 3 Personen und jedem erdenklichen Küchenwerkzeug, um unvergessliche Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten.

Der private (beheizte) Pool und die Feuerschale, die von Adirondack-Stühlen umgeben sind, sind das Highlight des eingezäunten Wohnbereichs im Freien. I was afraid it would be too small but it was perfect. We enjoyed the fire pit as well. Highly recommend! Best to rent a golf cart to access beach! Had a few small issues and royal destinations was very quick to address those quickly!

Beautiful home
The house was beautiful and well equipped with a nice layout. Close to restaurants - The Perfect Pig was great. Short walk to the beach. Easy walk to Seaside (2 miles), short drive to Rosemary beach. Don’t expect anything extra from the management company. After they reached out and asked if we wanted to come a day early or stay an extra night because the house wasn’t rented, they asked for $250 just to check in 3hrs early and $250 to be able to leave 3hrs late. (Definitely note that check in isn’t until 5pm!!!) I’ve never had anywhere ask for that amount of money for an early/late check in! That was a little disappointing considering the amount of money we paid for the week.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was a wonderful place to stay. Comfy beds, great location, and almost every tool you could need in the kitchen. If there are any complaints there would only be two things. First, the grill was extremely rusted to the point of unusable. Second, it was somewhat frustrating that there were absolutely zero spices available upon arrival for cooking. There was plenty of cookware but not even so much as some simple salt and pepper. Aside from that - the house was simply wonderful. Big TVs, working A/C, comfy pool. This place would be perfect for two families with kids to get together. Would definitely stay here again.

The perfect place to come home too after being at the beach all day. It’s equipped with everything you need. Though you do have to walk to the beach, coming home to that house makes it worth it. Not to mention the boardwalks thru the woods to explore gives you a different experience. We loved being outside at dusk or morning, listening to the frogs and other animals. It was like being in a different world. And yes, it is managed by a company, but they were great. Responsive to my initial questions, super easy to work with. They were just a text away.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience with Hidden Cyprus and the Royal Destination’s staff was wonderful as advertised! The home is very private and elegant. It’s completely in the middle of everything in Seagrove and yet very privately tucked away at the end of the road. We had six adults and two young children. The home was well taken care of and offered plenty of room even though it’s a single story. We particularly enjoyed the close proximity to 30A an and the beaches. We also thought the pool set up was wonderful. The pool security features in place made us all feel much more comfortable with the young children along! We we thought the security alarm battery for the pool was low. We called the Royal Destination’s staff and they very quickly sent a nice technician out to replace the battery within a matter of 10 minutes. Royal Destination’s provided exceptional support for our trip and were very easy to deal with. My wife and I have been traveling to the Seaside area for about 30 years and this was probably our best trip so far. I would highly recommend Hidden Cypress for a relaxing beach vacation! We definitely look forward to coming back again!!!

While we did not have any guests with us, the house would be suitable for 6-10 people.The house was clean and up to date. We enjoyed the heated pool and gas-powered fire pit. We also used the gas grill and huge range to cook meals. The house is a short walk to public beach access, as well as eateries, coffee, and shops. We also used the bikes to venture out.If you are looking for a private nook along 30-A in the Seagrove Beach area to get away, this is an excellent choice. You are close to everything you need and want, but also feel out of the way given this property's location. We highly recommend Hidden Cypress.

The home is impeccably clean and the furnishings are comfortable and high end. The layout is spacious and functional, with a massive island and dining room table which seats 10. The amenities blew us away, between the sparkling pool, massive hot tub, fire pit or two deep patios, there are various places to gather together or steal away for a quiet cup of coffee. Our favorite room is the hidden bunk room which is perfect for kids or 4 adults. Right behind the home are private wooden walking paths that go through a lush green space which gives the feeling of walking through the forest. You would never know it’s just a 5 minute walk from the beach. The home is tucked away down a secluded path right off 30A. The listing also comes with bikes. Seasides city center is a short 15 minute bike ride away, or about 5 minutes in a car. Highly recommend renting this home for your seaside vacation, our family will definitely be back!

The house is beautiful and provides us with plenty of room for the whole family. The inside is nicely decorated, and equipped with the amenities that our family needs to enjoy our vacation. This time around, the inside was nice and tidy, but we didn't have any started materials (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). The backyard, however, was a little messy. The grill was uncovered and dirty, the pool needed to be skimmed, the chairs were in disarray. All was noted to the Royal Destinations staff.

Hidden Cypress Beach House Review - SeaGrove Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time together at this beach house. The home was clean, had extremely comfortable bedding/mattresses on every bed. Even though we had to walk to the beach, which we knew and chose, it was a short walk. There was plenty of space to park our trucks. Royal Destinations addressed my texts immediately. The "hot tub" is more of a spa, not a typical hot tub - I assumed it would be "hot." I was informed by one of the spa maintenance staff that I would need to pay for heat. This was not a problem in that during the summer there really is no need for that even at night time. We did not have use of the jets the first 2 days. But, the Royal Destinations sent 3 people to address the issue and one scheduled the spa to turn on/off for us late at night, which was very nice, since the connection between the remote and the system was not working properly. I think the property could use more than 1 outside trash can. The Monday/Thursday trash pick up days are great. But, when you check out there is so much more trash with having to clean out the food that there is a need for more than one trash can. Again, this home was so nice. The showers in the two master bedrooms were nice with great water pressure. The temperature was maintained well throughout the home. All of the bedrooms including the bunkroom above the queen bedroom were perfect for all of the kids! The kids LOVED the bicycles and rode them every night. They LOVED walking through the woods along the decking. The kitchen had every appliance, pot/pan, kitchen utensil we needed. I do recommend getting ice in that we used ice quicker than the ice maker could make it. The beach was beautiful! The area has plenty of restaurants and a Publix within 1.5 miles from the beach house. Thank you Hidden Cypress & Royal Destinations for a great vacation!

Wonderful family vacation

We actually loved the peaceful setting and the fantastic backyard with a pool for the kids. In addition, we really enjoyed the fire pit and bbq grill as a couple of nights we just enjoyed the backyard for more family time. The house was really enjoyable with a great layout fir everyone to be comfortable. If a couple of upgrades could be made such as ensuring tge closet shelving is clean, replacing and cleaning the BBQ grill and updating the door from the screen porch it would receive all 5’s

Only negative would be the crowded public beach, but it was only crowded for a couple of the days. The check in process (5pm) was not met. The 5 pm check in is later than normal, but the cleaning crew did not finish until 5:30. That was frustrating considering the drive/traffic and then waiting more for the house to be ready. House was wonderful, app was very helpful, but there needs to be more efficient check in measures made by Royal Destinations. Also we had a pool cleaning company, pest control and yard maintenance all come while we were at the house which was not ideal.

Lovely Home in 30A
We had An amazing stay - the home has a wonderful layout, which easily fit our group and a great kitchen, large table for dinners at night that fit everyone, and excellent open layout. Loved the pool and spa, and location. Having beach chairs and an umbrella setup daily was such a bonus. The location is great, Bike to seaside or walk to beach. Would absolutely stay here again.

Secluded getaway
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house and location. No traffic in cul de sac. Lots of room. Kitchen well equipped and supplied. Heat was definitely needed for pool this spring break and was not overpriced at $300. Someone from our group stayed in the loft, and it would have been helpful to know that bedding was in drawers rather than just what was on the bed (everything else was labeled throughout the house). King bed in front bedroom was really firm.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our visit. The house was great! The kitchen lacked potholders, spices, dish towels, coffee filters, coffee and a working lighter stick. Fireplace didn't work. Cameras were also a little creepy. I would rent it again but come better prepared.

Great location and beautiful home!
This property was perfect for our group of 6 adults. The kitchen is very well stocked with all of the cooking and baking equipment and tools you could ever need! It was so nice to have a private pool of our own for a quick dip after days at the beach. We did have to clean a good bit of glitter, sparkles, and confetti out of the pool from the previous renters - but I guess that means they had a lot of fun there! The house is so nicely set back off of the road, but there is a good bit of construction going on at the front of the street. We couldn’t always use our vehicles when we wanted because construction crews had us blocked in multiple times. Glad that we had bikes! All in all, this is a great property and I’d love to rent it again!!

Great for Multi-Family Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything from trip preparation, arrival, stay, and checkout were exceptional. Lots of communication, help requests were met with an immediate reply, and just an enjoyable property all around. There were three families that included with small children that stayed here and we all felt that we had enough space. Will return!

Beautiful Home
Very nice home on a quiet street with nice private patio/pool. Great spot for mornings and late afternoon/evenings to get away from heat and crowds at the beach. House is well appointed and clean with plenty of linens and towels. Great location too—nice bike ride to Seaside, walk to Perfect Pig for bfast or dinner., and short ride to beach access. My only complaint is nearest beach access is shared with only high rise in immediate area which made for a very crowded beach area. House came with bikes and one beach service setup which was very accommodating.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house could not have been more perfect. My son got married on the beach and our entire family stayed here. The house was large enough to accommodate meals for 10-12 people easily. The privacy provided by this home is amazing. The beach is about a 2-3 walk. The beds were very comfortable and the house had all the amenities we needed. Check in/out was seem less and rental company was very responsive to questions. Definitely a five star experience!!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hidden Cypress is a fantastic house. It is comfortable and a great location for beach access. The pool is not large but was great for cooling off. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans and utensils, but be prepared to bring everything you need to cook - even salt and pepper. More importantly, the Royal Destinations team was incredibly responsive. The first house we booked — the pool heater was broken. They gave us an option of a different house which we gladly accepted. They were also very responsive via text for small questions.
