Dieses fantastische Haus im Charlestonian-Stil befindet sich in einer der jüngsten Küstengemeinden von Hilton Head Islands und ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang (ca. 700 m) vom Strand entfernt. Neben dem Strand können Sie den nur 100 Meter entfernten Chaplin Oceanside Park genießen. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt finden Sie Tennisplätze, Basketballplätze, Radwege, Baseball-Diamanten, Fußballplätze, einen Spielplatz, Parkplätze am Strand und Toiletten. Wenn Sie mit dem Gebiet von Singleton Beach nicht vertraut sind, finden Sie es in der Mitte der Insel zwischen Palmetto Dunes und dem Marriott Surf Watch Resort (beide sehr beliebte Resorts auf der Insel). Great place close to beach

My family and sig others stayed here for a wedding over the weekend. The house was huge and a great location to be near a ton of stuff. Having a bathroom for each room was a huge advantage when everyone had to get ready at the same time. We should have heated the pool as it would have been perfect to just relax after our festivities but we didn't really think we would have time to enjoy it and did not plan ahead. Next time we come back to Hilton Head we would definitely try to book this house again! We had a small group compared to what this house could hold but it would be perfect for a couple families vacationing together. The rooms were very spacious. Overall a great house!

Amazing home very close to beach!

We had a wonderful stay! Loved how spacious the house was and we were all very comfortable in our beds. Very close to the beach and in beautiful neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!

Great location and Home

Stayed here with friends for a golf trip. There’s a mini mart and breakfast spot near by and the beach is walking distance. Restaurants and night life is a uber ride away. Would def recommend!

Thanksgiving Family Holiday

We truly enjoyed our time in Hilton Head. The house was beautiful and was as depicted in the photos. Yes, there is some wear & tear, but nothing that took away from our experience. There was more than enough room for the 12 of my family members. We really appreciated each room having it's own bathroom. The house was in a great location within walking distance of the beach. And all of the amenities included in our stay made it all the more comfortable. Would definitely rent this property again!

Girls weekend away

The house was really perfect for our group. We had room to be together and room to spread out in a neighborhood where we felt safe to go walking any time of the day. We had one issue with a bathroom and they came right over and fixed it. The beach is pretty nearby and parking there was easy this time of year.

The house is beautiful with comfortable furniture. Plenty of room for us to sit comfortably and play games in the living room. The table and island were nice for meals. Beds were very comfortable. I wish there would have been directions or a better explanation of how to access the beach. I put a 5 star on the property manager but didn’t have any communication with them. Didn’t want to hurt the review.

Loved it

The house was really nice, the rooms are huge, the bunk beds were all big enough for adults to sleep in, we had a group of 12 adults there to golf and it really didn't feel crowded at all. It's also such a short walk to the beach, I didn't realize how fast it would be to get there. The beach itself was great, and there's a little tiki bar very close by as well. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here in the future, thanks again.

Amazing week!!

The house is beautiful & we slept 9 comfortably! Close to the beach. Great location!!! Had issues with the AC & it was resolved VERY quickly! A few suggestions would be to have some more kitchen items, blankets, actual beach chairs instead of camp chairs & an umbrella would be great! Would definitely rent this house again!

State Championships

We competed in the 65 and older tennis State Championships. Five members of the team (along with their wives) stayed in the home. It was the perfect location for us. We’re an elderly group (all in our late 60’s and early 70’s) so it was nice to have nice comfortable rooms, beds and private washrooms. The sitting area was also very roomy and comfortable. We opted to eat out for all of our meals and spent most of the day on tennis courts; however, it was nice to have a comfortable house to come home to at the end of a very active and tiring day. Would definitely rent this home again.

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood. There were plenty of bedrooms and bath rooms for our family of 15 people. The swimming pool area was all shaded, would have enjoyed if sun during the day. The beach was about .7 of a mile away. I would have preferred to be closer. There was a golf cart service provided by a young high school student who did an outstanding job getting us to and from the beach. Great location for groceries and restaurants.

Nice Place but Needs a good Cleaning

The place is nice but definitely needs some cleaning and upkeep. We couldn't even put clothes in closet because of a musty smell. Tried another one and had to wash the shelves before using them. The dresser drawers were also not used because of how much sand and crumbs were in them. The rugs, couches' chairs and carpet are filthy. The kitchen faucet was very loose, which one of the guys fixed while there. Door to the pool would not close and he adjusted that also. We could have called on that I’m sure but he fixed it. I personally liked the place but it isnt very well kept up. Also the room where garbage is kept was disgusting, stinky and just gross. I would not go back to that particular property.

Hilton Head Wedding

My nephew and his fiancee were married in an afternoon ceremony on HHI. This location was a perfect fit for our a large family because each of the bedrooms had it's own bath. Everyone had their own space which was very nice.

Plenty of room for all

We were booked the weekend that Ian was coming ashore, the property manager responded quickly to my many safety questions so we ended up having a beautiful weekend when Hilton Head was not very crowded. The house had plenty of room, plenty of dishes and utensils. The pool was cleaned of leaves and debris from the storm, so we were able to use it also. There are quite a few doors on the lower level which made for some challenging moments but once again the property manager came through. The only thing I would recommend is giving each bathroom a “litte love”; sink and tub stoppers were missing or not functioning, towel bars and hooks need added or replaced, toilet paper holders need replaced/repaired, and handles on main floor bathroom cabinet need replaced. Thank you for working with us.

Couldn't have asked for better!

The house exceeded our expectations as soon as we walked in! It was beautiful and the beds were extremely comfy. Each bed had a set of towels bundled together and each bathroom had a small bag a toiletries which was a very nice surprise! The walk to the beach is about 10 minutes on a low traffic road but you get access to a beach that is not nearly as crowded as others. We did have an issue with the door lock for the downstairs however the host sent someone the next morning to fix it and was very quick with his communication! Plenty of plates/utensils and cooking supplies as well as beach chairs/supplies. If we go to HH again I would absolutely stay here!

Spacious & Comfortable

We were six adults and grandchildren ages 2, 4, 6, 8 there for spring break. The property was just right. The grandchildren had room to spread out their arts and crafts in the first floor family room and master suite and they had their private rooms upstairs. We paid to have the pool heated since it was early April and this turned out to be the best decision as everyone enjoyed the pool every day. An added bonus for the kids was that the playground was a very short walk from the property. The property manager responded to our requests promptly (smoke alarm was beeping when we arrived). We did replace the can opener and buy some additional dish towels. There were plenty of dishes and silverware, however, pots and pans were old and cooking utensils were sparse. We would definitely book this property again!
