Celebrating our 53rd wedding anniversary

Outstanding view of the ocean and palm trees. A pleasure to watch the surfers from the incredible balcony which had plenty of seating and a table for meals and such. The condo was well stocked with the basics in the kitchen, and lots of towels. Best of all Holly was available whenever we needed her which was rarely. Neither of us wanted to leave. We'll definitely come back

Beautiful modern condo with amazing views

This was a beautiful unit. While most of the units in Hawaii are dated, this condo is the opposite- beautiful, updated, modern and clean. It was full of everything you needed- plenty of dishes (including wine glasses), beach towels, bath towels and extra linens. The kitchen has the extras you don’t want to purchase- (Like seasoning), and there is laundry detergent and dishwasher tabs stocked.The only negative for this condo is it is located outside of walking distance to town (probably about 3 miles). As long as you have a car (and parking is easy), there are no complaints.We would stay here again, without a doubt.

Great view and comfortable to relax on the deck overlooking the ocean

Very well equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable place to hang out, only thing I would say is the bed is on the hard side, everything is newer and well maintained.

Best sunset view in Kona!

3rd time in this building but first time in this unit. Wonderfully upgraded, central location to the elevator, best view of the beach and surfers. It was the best stocked kitchen I’ve encountered with everything you can think of, including a full spice rack. So amazing !

Adorable condo with great views

The condo was wonderful. It is decorated so cute and fully stocked with everything you will need. Seriously all you need is your clothes and food. The balcony has two recliner chairs, table and chairs and an amazing view of the ocean. Condo was very clean and beds super comfy. Holly was great to work with and would not hesitate to stay here again. There are many great restaurants and shopping just up the street. Thank you Holly for making such a beautiful place for us to come and experience Hawaii.

Amazing Sunset Views

This property is just like the description says and pictures show. The place is updated throughout and everything matches down to the towels provided and dishes. We enjoyed having the full size door screens open all night to listen to the waves to go to sleep to, but was also able to cool off the place when it was hot with the air conditioning during the day. The views of the sunsets were amazing and even saw one of the first whales of the season riight from the balcony. It was absolutely a great place to stay. I highly recommend it and Holy was great host to work with getting the arrangements through the VRBO app. She was very prompt at answering my questions. Thanks for the great memories we got to have from Hawaii.

An Absolutely Gorgeous Condo with Stunning Sunsets!

The property was very clean and exceptionally well appointed with everything we could possibly need (from paper towels and cleaning products, to sunscreen, beach chairs and binoculars)!! The lanai is so lovely, and we spent every evening enjoying the gorgeous sunset. Holly, the host, responded quickly and was great to work with.

Magnificense by the ocean

We stayed in a two bedroom penthouse condo overlooking the ocean….waling up to the dancing of the waves….pitching two chairs in the beach with a cool bevy in hand watching the most beautiful sunsets. Chatting into the evening the dawning of the stars scattered all across the black night. The mornings we met by a coffee relaxing to the sounds of the waves and entertained by the adventurous surfers. The unit itself is fantastic! Nautical theme presents airy, luxurious and comfortable…mostly everything you need to enjoy your stay was provided. C

All we hoped for and more

Absolutely perfect condo and location for our honeymoon. Amazing sunsets and falling asleep/waking up to the sounds of the beach will be memorable for years to come. The condo had everything we needed and was at a great location; not too close but not too far to all the accommodations on Ali'i drive. What a beautiful property. Spent most of my mornings hanging out on the lanai. Watched the surfers & the boats. My son ate @ the da poke shack & loved it. We went to volcano national park. A must do. Stopped @ the punalu’u bakery on our way there. Didn’t disappoint. So ono Also stop @ the black sand beach to check out the turtles. We did the historical dinner cruise & had a great time. Lots of interesting history of the big island. Plus we did the night snorkel w/ the manta rays. Holly was an amazing host! We will mostly definitely be back & would love to stay here again 😍😍 Mahalo for the best memories

Unit was spectacular. Holly was a great host. She provided all the relevant information the day before we arrived. Upon arrival, she had opened the glass doors to let in the evening sea breeze and had Hawaiian music playing. Appliances were high end; cookware was plentiful as were all of the utensils. Holly left a welcome give of snacks and coffee. There were spices for cooking and ice in the freezer. As great as the unit was, the view was even better. Thanks for a great stay.

Awesome vacation

This place was amazing. Perfectly located to see all of island. The kitchen had everything you would want for an extended stay. The spare room is a bit cramped and warm at night. But overall a great place to stay. The number of sea turtles we saw just in front of the porch was crazy, must have seen at least 7 or 8.

Paradise Found

Island of Hawaii is awesome! So diverse and beautiful! We had a wonderful time waking up to the sound of waves hitting the shore every morning! Condo is very nice!! Complex is a little dated, but it works. Kona is low key with plenty of things to see and do. We enjoyed the view and proximity to the ocean immensely!!!

The Best!

The location is as close as you can get to the ocean! Our unit was impeccable. It was very clean and updated to perfection with all supplies one could need. Turtles, surfers, and ships in clear view daily. The host is perfect. Very nice and quick to assist. It's comforting to know she was there and so responsive if we needed anything. The exterior of the resort could use some updating, but we would stay here again for the location and the comfort that this unit provided.

Sipping Kona Coffee on the Lanai

Beautiful well equipped 2 bedroom condo in a perfect location on the ocean with Da Poke Shop in the complex. Nothing like spending the mornings on the Lanai, sipping Kona coffee and watching the whales frolic in ocean. Our host was super responsive. When our TV died, it was replaced the next day. Although it is wonderful families, two couples may find it a bit snug--still both of our couples enjoyed our week stay.

Lived up to its reviews

All I can say is WOW! The condo absolutely lived up to it's 5-star reviews; and so did our host, Holly. It is fully equipped, and then some. The star of the show though is the Lanai. We spent every morning there drinking our coffee and every evening cooking our meals and watching the sunset. You can't get any closer to the water if you tried. If you need anything or have any questions, Holly is extremely responsive. I highly recommend staying here if you are ever in Kona.

Stunning View!

My family and I had the trip of a lifetime in Hawaii! We absolutely loved our condo sweet condo. Best view in the building, incredibly comfortable beds, and everything you could possibly need for a perfect vacation stay. Loved the location, just far enough from town to be away from the busyness, but a close drive or free trolley ride in. Took so many sunset pics, having a few blown up and printed! Holly was super quick to respond to any needs. Would come back here in a heartbeat.

Wonderful Unit

This unit was exceptionally clean & I have very high standards. The kitchen was well furnished with all the necessities & bathrooms had many towels available. We loved the spacious lanai & spent most of our time there. We would definitely stay here when visiting Kona next time. Our only complaint is the pool area was very small and shaded from 1:30 pm on in January. But the beautiful unit made up for it! ☺️

Fabulous. Exceeded Expectations

Property was wonderful. Perfect location. Modern decore. Incredible watching the surfers and whales each day. Property manager (Holly) was very responsive and answered all of our questions. Would rent again next year but it’s already booked.
