Unser gemütliches, gemütliches Zuhause ist der perfekte Ort für eine vierköpfige Familie, zwei Paare oder einen Kurzurlaub mit Freunden. Es liegt in einer privaten Straße in einer üppigen grünen / blühenden Landschaft, umgeben von Bäumen auf einem 1 ½ Hektar großen Grundstück.

Entspannen Sie im warmen und einladenden Wohn- / Essbereich, der mit einer übergroßen, tiefen Sitzcouch und einem Sofa mit Stühlen sowie einem 42-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher mit ROKU und einem Esstisch für sechs Personen ausgestattet ist.

Die Küche mit einem Tisch für vier Personen ist für die Zubereitung einer Mahlzeit zu Hause bestückt. Es ist mit einem Kühlschrank, einem Gasherd, einem Geschirrspüler, einer Mikrowelle, einem Toaster, einer Kaffeemaschine, einem Mixer und natürlich einer Hummertopf ausgestattet.

Die beiden Schlafzimmer mit Tageslicht verfügen über ein Queensize-Bett, eine Kommode, Nachttische und einen Deckenventilator.

Das Bad verfügt über eine Badewanne mit Dusche, einen Waschtisch, eine Kommode und einen zusätzlichen Schrank, der mit Strandtüchern, Waschlappen, zusätzlicher Bettwäsche und einem Haartrockner ausgestattet ist.

Der gesamte Wohnbereich (Küche, Wohn- / Essbereich, Schlafzimmer und Bad) befindet sich im ersten Stock.

Genießen Sie drei Wohnräume im Freien. Eine überdachte Veranda mit LoveSeat und Doppel-Adirondack-Stuhl .... eine 24x24-Terrasse, die mit Stein, Ziegelstein, Kopfsteinpflaster und Granitbänken hart gestaltet ist. Grillen Sie am großen Weber-Wasserkocher und genießen Sie Ihre Mahlzeiten an einem Glastisch mit Platz für sechs Personen. Der Schwerpunkt des Patios liegt in der vertieften Feuerstelle. Am Ende des Tages können Sie sich entspannen und abschalten. Angrenzend an diesen Bereich finden Sie eine geräumige Außendusche. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Hauses befindet sich eine Außenterrasse mit einem zusätzlichen Tisch und Stühlen.

Beautiful Little Hideaway

Our family of four stayed in Ken and Kris’ home for two weeks. It was incredibly comfortable, quiet, and we felt completely at home. House had every amenity we needed and easily accommodated our whole family. The outdoor areas including the patios, decks, and of course the outdoor shower were a huge bonus as well. Highly recommend this property for a Cape Cod stay.

We love staying here. It was our second year, and didn't dissapoint. It has a great outside area to sit and relax, or entertain. The inside is beautiful, and clean. We're already talking about scheduling it for next year!

Memories in the woods

The Experience was wonderful. I have rented this property before and knew I’d be back. Very quiet and lovely home. Set in a wonderful location and well appointed with everything you need. Was great to have family over for a fun barbecue. Plenty of outside tables and chairs . Lots of space for grandkids to run around. Ken and Kris were available to answer questions and were also there to greet us upon arrival. Hope to return next summer. Rose Mazzola

Our Stay in Falmouth

We had a wonderful time. This home is clean and beautiful, with everything you could possibly need. If you like privacy, this is your place. We enjoyed nights outside at the fire pit, as well as days going to the local beaches. Downtown Falmouth is close by car and easy to walk about once you get there with lots of shops to see.

Fantastic home in a great Falmouth location.

We just returned from our wonderful week at this house in E. Falmouth. The home is exactly as pictured and in fact it is more impressive in person. We were greeted by Ken & Kris upon arrival to walk us around the property. The property is beautifully landscaped further adding to the charm of the house. You feel welcome from the moment you walk onto the cozy front porch, though the front door and their warm and beautiful home. We have found our new favorite location for upcoming Cape Cod vacations.

Best Cape Cod Rental Ever

This rental is a gem in the woods. Beautiful & nicely appointed cabin with everything you would ever need for a perfect stay in Cape Cod. Kris and Ken are wonderful hosts. So nice to be personally greeted at the home when we arrived, and to meet the designer and builder of this beautiful cabin. No detail is overlooked: well stocked kitchen items for at home meals and large patio and decks with tables and chairs for outdoor dining. While situated in a private wooded setting, it’s still so convenient to beaches, restaurants and shopping. The photos only begin to show off the features of this amazing property. Looking forward to our next stay.

Outstanding Stay

Let me start with Exceeded out expectations. The pictures do not do justice on just how beautiful this place is inside and out. The craftsmanship in the details can be seen throughout this place. If you stay you need to just look at all the fine details the owner put in while building this house.. No need to reiterate all the amenities as they are listed on the site, but we so enjoyed the nigh time fire pit and Ken has an amble wood stack that he his so gracious to let you use. Location. You are 10 o 15 minutes to everything you need, including the Falmouth beaches, yet this house is surrounded by a canopy of trees. So serene and quite you would not even know you were on the Cape. Neighbors, oh yes you have two, Mr. Donkey and Mr. Horse. They keep to themselves but love if you bring them a carrot. Also around 4 to 5 pm the Turkey family will stroll through the yard.. As for the owners, Ken and Kris, couldn't ask for any more in regards to hospitality. They are quick to respond, met us when we arrived , gave us a tour of the house and special things to do in Falmouth. There was even fresh bouquet of fresh cut flowers through out the house as a welcome.gesture I will finish with we would .absolutely go back to this rental property again if the opportunity arises.

Loved it!

Very peaceful and relaxing location away from the busier Falmouth areas - which we loved! Felt like we were secluded in the woods and the neighbors barn with horse and donkey next door were a plus visited daily by our 8-year-old. The house is just as described and we really enjoyed the patio and fire pit. Ken and Kris were great hosts and easily contacted for questions. The only small drawback for us was the absence of laundry facilities which would have been handy. Hope to stay here again!

Relaxing woodland retreat

We had the pleasure of spending a week in this beautifully built woodland home of Ken and Kris. Upon arrival, they met us and provided a tour of the home along with recommendations for restaurants and activities. There was a beautiful patio with fire pit to enjoy some s’mores, grills and great outdoor shower to use after the beach. We also enjoyed the deck on the other side of the house in the morning to have coffee and watch a sweet Turkey family (parents and babies) explore the yard. The entire home was well stocked from beach towels, bedding, bath towels and a great kitchen for cooking meals. It had everything you needed. Ken and Kris were great hosts and responsive to any questions/concerns. We were perfectly located from so many activities in Falmouth while being able to return to a peaceful location at night. There are beautiful beaches, a bike path, lighthouses and the quaint town of Falmouth all within about a 15 Min drive. So much to explore and enjoy. We would recommend staying here and would return in the future!

Great stay--but no W/D!!

Excellent place--close to Falmouth beaches, roomy, very well-stocked kitchen, many outdoor seating places--even in the rain, as part of the porch is covered. Friendly Horse, donkey next door, and a turkey family wandering around. ONE complaint: no washer-dryer!! Beach towels never quite dried out, esp. with rainy days--same with bath towels. Everything great --but needs at W-D!!

Fantastic

Me and a friend of mine came down to escape the city for a week during COVID and do some diving and this place was perfect. Quiet, clean, plenty of outdoor space, close to beaches and restaurants - just an all around great rental. Ken was super helpful and you couldn't ask for a better host!

Don't look any further....this is the place

Great property on the cape to rent. Private, beautiful, and spacious. Very cozy house. It had everything we needed. Not only was the house itself great, but the outside areas were fabulous as well. We would have coffee on the front covered porch, lunch out back, and then had dinner a couple of nights around the firepit that is on the outside patio. The house is tucked back in the woods and is very private. A short drive will get you to shopping or the beaches. Ken and Kris were great hosts. They were quick to respond to any questions we had and gave great recommendations for things to do and places to go. Thanks Ken and Kris. We hope to be back
