Willkommen in Unit 121 im Beach Club on St. Simons Island bietet Gästen und Eigentümern eine bemerkenswerte Liste an Annehmlichkeiten und alles, was Sie für einen erholsamen oder erholsamen Urlaub benötigen. Der Beach Club verfügt über eine eigene Strandpromenade, an der Sie Ihre Zehen in den Sand stechen oder einfach am Strand entlang spazieren können. Einheit 121 ist eine Eckeinheit mit 3 großzügigen Schlafzimmern und 3 Badezimmern. Alles ist eine Ebene mit Aufzug Zugang zu jeder Etage.

Die Master-Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, Zugang zum Balkon, TV und ein Master-Bad mit zwei Waschtischen und separater Dusche und Badewanne im Garten.

Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett und ein eigenes Bad.

Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten und ein eigenes Bad.

Das Wohnzimmer hat auch ein Schlafsofa.

Schön und sauber, aber nicht aktualisiert. Preis entsprechend nach den Updates und die Bequemlichkeit zum Strand.

Perfect family beach trip!

My family had a wonderful and comfortable stay at this condo! The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen had all the gadgets we needed. This was the perfect space for my family to stay, especially our young children (ages 1.5 and 4). The location of Beach Club is unmatched--the walk to the pool and the beach can't be beat. My husband and I also enjoyed an easy walk to dinner at Fiddlers while the grandparents babysat our two girls one night. We would definitely stay here again!

Nina and family had a great time

We had a problem with the AC when we got there but they had it fixed within about and 1 1/2 hrs. There was plenty of room for us all. Our daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren (3) came in on Thursday night and left Sunday. We appreciate the owners for sharing their place with us.

We loved our stay at your property. It was exactly what we needed for my family of 5. Our only complaint/ suggestion is to get black out curtains for the twin bedroom and the queen bedroom. The lights from the hallway are very bright during the night.

Nice and convenient.

Thank you. The twin beds have some sort of plastic that makes a lot of noise. The floors were a little sticky and could use a little cleaning. We knew it needed a face lift so found that as expected. Enjoyed our stay.

Great family vacation-Year 2

This was our 2nd year in this condo and even better than the Ist! Love having 3 bathrooms with showers/tubs, so that each bedroom has their own. Love having smart TVs in each room for down time. Love being able to walk to the pool and beach. Love having an elevator so close and buggies to help bring up luggage. The only issue is the parking-beware the parking garage, and get a spot in the open if at all possible! Overall another fantastic family vacay!

We had a great time. The property was very clean, but it really needs to be updated. Tile was broken in the bathroom, and it is apparent that work has not been done in a long time. There is no real view, but the pool is nice and the access to the beach is awesome.

Beach Club 121

We came down to St.Simons with family and friends to celebrate a retirement. The condo was very comfortable and check in was easy. We did have a problem with the toilet plumbing and it clogged- so water overflowed on the floor. I contacted the host and a plumber was sent that day to fix it. Unfortunately, that toilet did not continue working even after the fix. So there must be bigger plumbing issues going on. However, the pool was nice and it was convenient to the beach.

Wonderful time in a 3 bedroom.

Unit 121 was very clean and loved the way it was decorated. They had new furniture and the mattresses seemed new. We've stayed in many units and the mattresses in this unit were wonderful. It's so hard to get a mattress that feels like yours at home. We would highly recommend this unit for a great trip. The lights in the kitchen were not working but they were going to be installing new lighting in there after we left. They did prvide lamps for us.

Very nice

We loved the Community but I was told there was a tv in one of the bedrooms and yes tv but no cable. We called and asked for help but he came and told us it was on dvd tv, but we had no DVD’s. And some of the tile in master bath came off. Shower door wouldn’t close.

Love St Simons

While the location and property was wonderful the unit does require not only updating but attention. We had difficulty with the lock but management responded quickly. The master bathroom doorknob is very loose and the towel rack over the tub is pulling away from the wall. The bathroom ceiling and tiles around the shower door need attention. The shower door doesn’t close. One slider in the family room doesn’t lock The guest bedroom with twin beds has poor lighting. We loved the proximity to the beach as well as the pool and hot tub.

Great Stay once we finally got IN

We have stayed at Beach Club for several years. It is in a great location and the pools and facilities are top notch. We have never had an issue until this year. The gate code we were given did not work. We later found out that the wrong code was given to several others. Then we get to our unit and the door code did not work. I checked my emails and we were given 2 different codes....neither worked. I called several times before I finally got a person on the line who was rude....it was 100 degrees and we were standing outside for 20 minutes or more trying to get in. After that, everything was great.

St Simmons Beach Club Condo #121

Liked the size of the unit and having 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. Several items were below standard for maintenance/replacement; 1. Nearly all doors squeaked loudly when opening (WD 40 them) 2. Queen bedroom door had 1 of the hinges off the door frame, so not squared up. Had to loudly slam door to close it. Why did no one fix this obvious problem? 3. Sliding door and screen out to balcony were extremely hard to open. 4. No knifes in kitchen and only 1 kitchen towel 5. Replace all toilet seats - old, warped, paint coming off 6. Replace both twin mattresses, old and very worn out 7. Replace 2 couches, cushions sink down into the frames. Extremely uncomfortable
