Diese atemberaubende neue Ferienwohnung wurde sorgfältig entworfen und verfügt über luxuriöse Annehmlichkeiten mit dem Komfort eines Inselhauses. Ein erstaunlicher Platz mit verfügbaren Hauptwochen!

In unmittelbarer Nähe der Stadt, Steps Beach und Cliff Road Radweg.

Der Raum

Neu renoviertes Haus mit sechs Schlafzimmern, viereinhalb Bädern in begehrter Cliff-Lage direkt an der Cliff Road. Dieses Haus ist sehr durchdacht in Details und Design und verfügt über drei Etagen Wohnfläche. Einrichtungsupdate 2019 von Nantucket Looms.

Erste Stock:
Offenes Wohn- und Esszimmer mit voll ausgestatteter Küche mit Frühstückstheke und hochwertigen Geräten aus rostfreiem Stahl. Zugang über die Toilette oder den Essbereich zur Außenterrasse und zum privaten Garten. Puderraum. Erster Stock Queen Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Marmorbad. Veranda mit Schaukelstühlen.

Zweiter Stock:
Geräumige King-Master-Suite mit eigenem Master-Marmorbad mit Badewanne, Doppelwaschtisch, Regendusche und separatem WC. Zwei weitere Schlafzimmer (King, 2 Doppelzimmer) teilen sich ein Doppelwaschbecken mit separatem WC.

Dritte Etage:
Offenes Schlafzimmer mit zwei Queensize-Betten.

Fertiger Keller mit Strahlungswärme, zentraler Luft und 9 ½ Fuß hohen Decken. Großer Fernseher im Kinostil mit Surround-Sound in einem geräumigen Familienzimmer, einem Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, einem Marmorbad und einer Waschküche.

Hinterhof:
Der 12 mal 24 Fuß große beheizte Pool wird im Frühjahr 2020 fertiggestellt sein, zusammen mit einer Außenküche und einem Sitzbereich. Perfekt für Unterhaltung und Entspannung.

Wonderfully suited for 2 families with a total of 6 kids. Great outdoor areas to spend time and enjoy the island weather. Location is not too far from town and an easy walk or bike ride. Would recommend this great home.

Enjoyed the stay and the house was perfect. Highly recommend this property. Nice pool with an automatic cover for safety. The house was clean and well prepared for guests. Excellent communication with the owner. Convenient location that is walkable to town, near many paths / trails for running, and has parking.

Beautiful House, Perfect Location

We loved this house! A short walk to town or the beach and everything in the house was clean and new. We can't wait to come back and stay longer next time! Our only issue was that the gas fire pit never worked.

Family and Friends Vacation

This property was spectacular! The house was immaculate and very nicely decorated. We really enjoyed the multiple levels of bedrooms as this allowed privacy for each family. The pool was very nice and convenient. We also enjoyed the automatic pool safety cover, which made us feel very safe with little ones running around. The kitchen was amazing and had every cooking item we could have possibly needed. The outdoor fire pit was perfect for roasting s'mores and staying warm on cool nights. We truly had a wonderful experience and would certainly book with Damian again in the future.

Terrific Stay & Beautiful Home!

We just spent 5 lovely days at Damian's home and it was simply put, wonderful! Below is a brief summary of our experience with this home as it was truly a perfect option for our multigenerational family group. Location: Easy walk (10 mins) to Jettie's or Steps Beaches. Great walk into town (18-20 mins). We walked nearly everywhere and it was a perfect jumping off point for everything House: Truly exceeded our expectations and everyone was very comfortable, kids included! We rented a crib for our 1 year old via Nantucket Baby and it worked out seamlessly with the house dropoff/pickup. The beds were very comfortable, furnishings were lovely and clearly there was alot of thought put into the renovation of this home. The storage and space has been maximized in every room! The bathrooms are beautiful and we appreciated the products that were supplied. The house is very well stocked from spices/coffee filters/cookware to hairdryers to towels for the beach and other items that may be challenging to bring with you via plane. We had one minor issue with the AC and the owners were beyond accommodating and were on the issue immediately. The responsiveness from Damian and his team is top notch and was much appreciated by our group. We had a wonderful time and we cannot wait to come back and visit again!

High School Reunion

Spectacular! House was amazing and Damian was the perfect host! He was easy to communicate and house had everything! Kitchen was outfitted for all our meals and everyone had comfortable beds to lay our heads at night! Outdoor space was lovely...privacy hedging provided a cozy space and plenty of room for 9 of us to do yoga in the mornings. The location was perfect....close to town so one could bike or walk and easy access to main streets so we could head to other parts of the island Highly recommend and can't wait to get back!!

Perfect!!!!!

The house was even better than we thought it was going to be! The pool was perfect size for three little ones, two 2 1/2 year olds and one 13 month old. The six adults loved it too! The house is fully equipped and there was nothing that we wanted that wasn't there....ie..pool toys, children's plates and utensils etc. Having two washing machines was definitely a bonus since we washed MANY towels while we were there as everyone was in and out of the pool ! My adult children are already plotting a return for next year. Thank you so much...we had a wonderful five days on the beautiful island of Nanatucket!

A Wonderful Property Close to Town

Damian is responsive, easy to work with, and is an excellent communicator. The house is very large, and although we were only two couples, it is clear that it would live well with a large group. There are plenty of places to escape. The house was clean on arrival, and every detail in the house is exceptional. The beds are comfortable. The indoor kitchen is huge, high end, and extremely well stocked. The outdoor kitchen has a very nice grill that was a pleasure to use. There is a comfortable sitting/dining area in the backyard and, of course the heated pool - that we were even able to enjoy in early May! We walked from the Steamship dock and into Town with no problem. A nice quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend this property. Thank you, Damian, for sharing it with our family and friends.

Amazing long weekend getaway

I stayed at this property with a group of 30somethings and it was absolutely amazing! The house was so spacious and everyone had their own space along with the comfortable common areas! Damian was very responsive and answered any and all questions I had along the way! We also took him up on the offer of renting the car and that made quick trips to the grocery store and to pick people up from the ferry so simple. We all said we would definitely stay at the property again!
