Princeville Stadt ist nur 2 Meilen lang vom Eingang bis zum Ende (St. Regis Hotel) und ist durch einen wunderschönen Wander- / Joggingpfad einzigartig miteinander verbunden.

Das Hale Moi 112 ist ein abschließbares Gerät, wobei die Geräte A und B jeweils über einen eigenen abschließbaren Raum verfügen, der jedoch durch einen gemeinsamen Flur verbunden ist, um die Bedienung zwischen beiden Seiten zu vereinfachen, wenn alle Türen geöffnet sind. Als 2-Bett-Zimmer mit 2 Bädern wird jede Seite als Hotelzimmer eingerichtet, mit Bett, Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer, die alle in einem Raum geöffnet sind.

Decent place, great communication with host.

I would describe this place as functional and in a good location. Nothing great about it other than the forest view from the balcony and the kitchen was good. Feels like it could use a little updating on the whole. There are pictures of the ocean in the post but you don't have an ocean view here. You need to walk 5 minutes down the road to see. Martie was amazing with communication.

Wonderful Stay

The location is close to golf and plenty of places to eat and shop both in Princeville and Hanalei. The condo was roomy and nice. Everything we needed for a fun stay was provided. I would book it again when I’m back to Kauai.

Perfect for family and alone time

Finding this listing was very easy and the drive and location is beautiful. Lots of equipment in the kitchen, and all the supplies we needed for beach activities. Loved having enough space for all of us to be together, while also having the 2 separate spaces for personal/alone time if needed. Lots of walking paths and beautiful views. Looking forward to coming again.

Fantastic stay, exceeded expectations

Would not hesitate to recommend this terrific property. It's nicer than the pictures, and the two sides together felt very spacious, even coming from a v large rental on the other side of the island. Super convenient to the north shore sights, Hale Moi is a really great base and so lovely to come back to for breaks and dinner. The units had everything we could possibly need, which was much appreciated (dish soap, sponge, hand soap, paper towels, and so much more!) - makes a vacation so much better when you don't have to immediately run to the store! We also loved the mountain view: we had just come from an ocean view unit, which was of course lovely, but the mountains in Kauai have their own special thing going, and seeing the giant waterfalls from the balcony was pretty cool. Would definitely return. Thanks for a great stay!

Adorable

This place feels like someones beloved get away home. Opening the screen door to the lanai to listen to the rain, birds, roosters, and wind through the trees is extremely relaxing. Well stocked kitchen, small washer and dryer available. Easy access through door codes. Has a very modern feels with the tile wood style floors. Friendly local cats are around. Bath and beach towels provided. Also had a hairdryer. Having the two separate apartments was great. My husband and I stayed in the Plumeria suite and my parents stayed in Nene. Allowed us to be together but comfortable in our own separate spaces.

Stay here to get the most out of HAWAII!

I cannot say enough good things about staying at the Treetop Suites at Hale Moi! First off the location amazing and the beach is so close! I loved that we had a reserved parking spot that was so close to the unit. Inside there was everything you could need and more- snorkel gear, beach towels and even coolers! It was so nice to have a full kitchen that was stocked with all the basics and more. We spent most of our time outside but at night it was nice to cozy up and watch a little TV and they had every channel. We loved traveling to Hanalei which is so close to grab some shaved ice and check out the sunsets! I hope to come back and stay here again. It was an amazing value especially for Hawaii! We will be back!

Pefection!

What an amazing place! The location is fabulous, the lanais overlook the jungle area and it is so quiet and serene. We spend a lot of time on the lanai just enjoying the sounds of the birds, and the beautiful scenery, even during the rainy times. The 2 units for our family of 4 (with 2 teenagers) was perfect, very spacious, super clean, fast wi-fi and great Hawaiian decor. They owners literally thought of everything you may need...there was snorkel equipment, booggie boards, and every appliance and kitchen item you would need for your stay. We loved having a washer/dryer after the sandy beach days. We just can't say enough great things about this condo and our experience. Also, after a 13 hour travel day we arrived at the condo at 11pm at night (which was 2am our time at home), so we were all extremely tired. My husband self admittedly was so tired he couldn't get the lock to work (again he admits his fault), and the emergency contact Martie was amazing when he connected with her at the late hour. He felt so silly when he figured it out, and so he sent her an apology text the next day and her response was so kind. We have shared this perfect little find with all our friends/family and someday when we return to Kauai we will definitely be staying here again!

The Tree House was a lovely place to base our activities from while we were in Princeville. They have every thing we needed from beach towels, washer/drier, snorkel equipment and an amazing view. Having a bicycle would be a smart means of transport while there.

Amazing views

A dream!

We stayed there for a week and it was magical. Never heard any noise except for birds and roosters. The view is so calming and the unit is complete with everything you need and more. We had some issues with the washer but they were adresses right away and even compensated. I would literally move to Kauai and live in this unit! Thank you Martie

Great Find!

We rented this condo for my Mom and her Caregiver for 6 nights. The plan is decorated beautifully, clean and very comfortable. Great location. Martie was very helpful! Would definitely rent again.

Lovely place!

We had a very happy, comfortable stay in Hale Moi. The view from the balconies is beautiful, over the treetops to the Napali. It is very quiet and private, yet located close to everything... great restaurants, beaches, and Kilauea Point National Wildlife Refuge (where seabirds nest!) All our needs were provided for. Thanks for a great place to stay in Kaua'i! We live on a nearby island, and hope to return to the "Tree house" soon!

Wonderful and great view!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was very comfy and welcoming. Great location, amazing views, and friendly neighbors made our vacation wonderful. Only suggestions would be having the blinds fixed as there were some missing and the sun shone in as we slept very early in the morning, and to have a dust pan so guests (at least for us) can help tidy a bit during our stay. None of those things had a negative impact on our stay at all. Other than that we look forward to staying here again and again!!!

Treehouse in Paradise

We spent 6 wonderful nights and days on Kauai. The treehouse was our home away from home. It was comfortable, nicely furnished and equipped with everything we needed. Perfect! We would highly recommend this beautiful condo with its proximity to beaches and view of the mountains. ( only suggestion - the numbers on the parking spots are very faded and hard to see. We arrived late at night and had a very hard time finding our spot, which, it turned out was occupied by someone else. Got it straightened out in the morning)

Perfect for our family, plenty of beds, very clean.

Me and my three teenage sons stayed here at the end of August, 2017. It was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed at hand, including some toiletries, kitchen items and boogie boards. The air conditioning worked well. There is a king, a queen, and a queen futon couch/sleeper. There is another couch, but it is not a sleeper sofa. There are basically two kitchens, but we used the main one only. Two full baths. It was quiet, never heard neighbors or road noise. The views out all the windows and from the lanais are of the jungle and mountains, which we loved. Not really interested in seeing a golf course. We loved being on Kauai. We do recommend the helicopter ride over the island, and the chocolate farm tour down the road near Princeville.

Perfect location. Better than described.

This was our second trip to beautiful Kauai, and first time staying in Hale Moi. The location of the unit was perfect for us. It is less than a 10 minute drive to Hanalei (a beautiful drive), where we enjoyed the beach and the town! We recommend the Hanalei Bread Company, Postcards Cafe, The Dolphin Restaurant, and of course, the beach and pier! Hideaways Pizza is also right across the street from the unit, and they have fantastic pizza. Foodland was right up the road and had some of the best prices for groceries that we saw. Everyone is so nice, too! I like to run in the mornings, and to my pleasant surprise, there was a beautiful walking/jogging trail that weaved its way past beautiful scenery all the way up to the main road. When we arrived at the unit for the first time, we happened to catch one of the neighbors outside and he got us fresh coconuts as our "mahalo" for coming! The unit itself was absolutely perfect. When we stayed in Kauai last time, we stayed in an older home with no A/C. I didn't mind so much, but my wife wasn't all too pleased about our little gecko friends that made their way into the house occasionally through the louvers. Well, we didn't have to worry about them or any other pests in this unit! It was absolutely spotless, the A/C worked like a charm, and I could tell that the unit had very recently been updated. We loved the tile floors and the beautiful framed pictures! Flatscreen TV with DVD was perfect for watching a Redbox DVD from Foodland one night. The lanai was spacious and had an incredible view of the mountains and even a waterfall off in the distance. Didn't hear the neighbors AT ALL our entire stay in the unit. Really can't say enough good things about the unit and the manager, Martie. Everything was as described, if not better, and we will absolutely be staying in this unit again if we are lucky enough to come back! Other recommendations: Rented a Harley in Lihue and drove all the way to the Kalalau Lookout (West side), then drove back around the island to the North side. Fantastic way to see the island! Tidepools is our favorite restaurant (South side). Best hike by far was the Kalalau Trail (bring more water than you think you may need). Also enjoyed the Botanical Garden on the North Shore, Tunnels Beach (great snorkeling), Anini Beach (great place to hang a hammock), The Smith Family Luau, Poipu beach, the Kilauea lighthouse and village, to name only a few! There's so much more!

Jungle Views

We loved the condo at Hale Moi. The view of the jungle, mountains and waterfalls was one we hadn't appreciated before. Watching the birds, the mist and clouds, the rainbows from the lanai...was all a delight. And the double suite configuration was a perfect set-up for us and our adult daughter. We hope to return! Loved it!

Hale Moi vacation rental Kauai

Really enjoyed our stay in the condo. Both A and B sides were open which made for nice space between the three of us. The location is very convenient being just a 5 minute drive from the grocery store, 10 minutes drive from Hanalei, 10 minute walk to Hideaways beach which is great for snorkelling and a 15 minute walk to Queen's Bath. The kitchen was nicely stocked with the dishwasher and washing machine being great conveniences. The lanai has a gorgeous view of the mountains and has a private setting with tropical trees and plants on the slope below. We enjoyed many a morning coffee and evening dinner and wine on that lanai taking in the views and the stars at night. Golfing (if you're into that) is a walk away. In the mornings, there's a cacophony of bird sound. Our only advice would be to have a recycling option. We're not sure what type of recycling options Kauai has but at minimum bottles and aluminum cans would be great as it's just so difficult to just toss those. Other than that, just gorgeous and highly recommended

Great Kuaui vacation rental

We loved our stay in at the Hale Moi "tree house". There was plenty of room for the two of us. The place was clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Walking to the secret beach was loads of fun, as was the pizza place right across the street.

Nice and clean.. Not really functional for more than two

The unit was nice and clean. The only TV is right in front of the bed. There wasn't a TV in the main living area. On the third day our entryway, bedroom and bath was infested with ants. I called our contact person and didn't hear back from two days. We had to go to store and buy spray then spent an hour sucking ants off the walls and carpetwuth a vacuum. I had a DVD player on the floor and it was infested! We left for dinner and came back and all traces of lives ants were gone!! The balcony had great views and the kitchen was well equipped. We had to park somewhere other than our assigned place more than once because someone else was in the spot. Overall minor issues with house. I will stay more centrally located next time as it's a bit of drive to everything...

Clean, safe, and close to everything on the North Shore

The house was a nice play to stay on North Shore. The deck overlooks the jungle. The house is close to Queen's bath (walkable), St. Regis (beach access), and walkable to Hideaway Beach best spot to snorkel.
