Claudia was an extremely responsive host and always willing to assist with our queries. Her responses were instant. The apartment is exceptionally clean and modern. It was very comfortable and made a perfect home away from home for 10 days for us. For two of us, it was perfectly spacious. We are not that tech savvy and had problems using the TV and connecting to the internet (we mainly used our own data) but Claudia was also very responsive trying to assist us. We stayed in October so experienced some warm and cool days. The apartment stayed nicely warm and the cooling was effective. The building was very quiet, laundry room was easy to access and very clean. There are bus stops right outside. Learning the bus timetable was an experience but buses to Manhattan come frequently and we used them daily with no issues. Also felt safe in buses. The supermarket is less than a 5 minute walk down the street.if we weren’t planning on commuting to Manhattan so much we would definitely want to stay again. The place was perfectly lovely, homely, safe and very well looked after.
