Welcome to our coastal beach cottage. Be on the sugary white sand in under two minutes! The original "Sun Baby" is a recently updated, pet-friendly 2 bedroom, 1 bath free-standing cottage perfect for couples, small families, or a few friends. Feel at home in this cute, beach-themed cottage offering you the privacy of a single-family home with the amenities of a condo. Sit on your private deck with a peak-a-boo view of the gulf. Convenient to everything Gulf Shores. Gather your family and pets and come visit the laid back, friendly atmosphere of Gulf Shores. We have just about everything else you need.

The master bedroom features a Queen bed with a brand new gel memory foam mattress, high-end pillows, linens, and TV. The second bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed with new gel memory foam mattresses and high end linens and pillows. Comforters are washed after every stay! The bathroom has been newly remodeled with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower and glass doors. We provide bath towels, beach towels, body wash, shampoo/conditioner, lotion, and hand soap. 1 roll of toilet paper is including with your stay.

The Living Room offers a queen sleeper sofa, a love seat, along with a large TV offering satellite and a DVD player.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to cook a full meal or just a snack. Includes a stove, microwave, refrigerator, crock pot and coffee maker. Also has a stackable washer and dryer including dryer sheets and laundry detergent. Dish soap is including along with 1 roll of paper towels.

The deck is furnished with 2 chairs and a side table. For the little ones or your furry family, the deck offers a gate that is able to be shut so they can enjoy sitting on the deck with you. Giving you piece of mind so they don't escape down the stairs.

There is an association pool offering tables and lounge chairs, a picnic table, bike rack, and charcoal grill (towards the rear of the property). Also under the cottage are 2 private parking spots reserved just for your cottage. There is a closet under your unit with beach toys, beach chairs, and a umbrella.

As a local resident, I personally inspect and maintain the unit and continually upgrade to make your trip one of affordable luxury.

THIS UNIT IS ON STILTS. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR. Please make sure that you are able to climb a flight of stairs before booking.
