Great stay

Clean, good location. Kitchen well equipped. Full sized washer and dryer. Main bedroom faces a busy road with some distance between, so recommend earplugs if you need absolute quiet. Lots of other sort term rentals in building. Parking was easy.

Nice quiet place to stat

Very clean and comfortable. Location was great, pretty close to everything we did during our stay. We didn’t realize the pools and kid attractions were off site so we didn’t end up getting to take advantage of that portion.

Enjoyed our stay

The property is clean and well appointed. It was conveniently located to our group events. The resort was quite nice. We enjoyed the pools, clubhouse/bar, and the resort overall. I recommend this resort and property.

A lovely condo

Overall the condo was lovely, it was perfect location for us and was very easy to find. It felt safe and secure. The only thing I would suggest are some updates to towels, sheets, and pillows, as they are clearly worn and in some cases are stained, even when after washing. I would also suggest to have some rough texture added to the walk in shower. The main reason we chose this place was for that shower as my mother has difficulty walking, when I took a shower in there, I almost fell three times due to how slippery it was.. and my mother took one step just to see and was not willing to even try.

Had a wonderful stay

We had a great stay. Close to the parks. Close to the clubhouse. Very cleanly and had enough space. Equipped with many of the items we needed for our stay. I would recommend bringing your own beach towels.

We really enjoyed our stay!

The only feedback I can give to the owner, is that this condo sleeps a family.. but the pots and pans are much much too small to feed a family. We had to buy pots and pans to cook. Besides that, everything was clean. We especially enjoyed the club pool.

Nice place for our family of 5

It was a very nice place. The only complaint we have is that there was hair in the master bathroom floor and hair ties in the master bedroom on the floor which made us wonder how well it was cleaned. Everything else was very clean looking. Also the kitchen was not well stocked. No cookie sheets for baking, not enough cooking utensils for cooking either. Honestly, we would stay here again despite the complaints we described. Plenty of room for the 5 of us and nice layout!

Excellent Space in a Remarkable Place!

Our family enjoyed our stay at the condo! The spacious kitchen was wonderful (we prepped breakfasts and lunches and did dinners out). The space is equipped with basic kitchen supplies (dishes, pots, and pans). There is a blender and some mixing bowls which were great to have. Plan on bring all spices, condiments, etc. The in condo laundry machine was a game changer. Detergent is provided for about 6 loads. Dishwasher is also great- pods are provided for about 6 loads. We stayed a week and grabbed additional paper towels, toilet paper, and dish pods. The beds are comfortable. Space is very clean. Vitor was an excellent host- very responsive and accommodating (provided a high chair, pack and play, and extra towels). The location is fantastic- close to everything Disney and so much more- we drove about 30 min to go Blueberry picking at a local farm, 60 min to Kennedy Space Center, and 60 minutes to Blue Springs state park. The resort onsite is so fun too! Great pools/slides/and splash pad for families. It’s only about a 7 minute walk from the condo. Do plan on bringing proof of your rental agreement with address with you for entry. They required that on the weekends. We’d definitely stay here again! Highly recommend! We loved visiting Orlando and this is a perfect place to stay!

Feels like home

This was my second stay here and it reallt felt like coming home. It's close to all the orlando hotspots. Arriving and the check in was super easy and nice people. Vitor is always available for questions and keeps you up to date. That is why we came back far from home and it feels like home!!

Our first family vacation

Overall we had a really great stay. The location is great as well as the cleanliness and presentation of the home. However the couch is not very comfortable and a bit small and the kitchen needed a few more items as well as more rags and towels. The amenities are amazing, the kids had a blast! We will visit again!

Beautiful appartment

A really clean apartment with an great communal pool. lazy river and Jacuzzi. Great location. Check in process really easy and host willing and quick to answer any queries. My only slight complaint would be lack of some kitchen equipment when trying to self-cater for a family of four. Overall though an excellent place to stay.
