Willkommen in unserem wunderbaren, gerade aktualisierten Bethany Beach mit drei Schlafzimmern / 2. 5 Badezimmer Reihenhaus nur etwa 1/2 Meile vom Strand und der Promenade entfernt. Gehen Sie zu Fuß, fahren Sie mit dem Fahrrad oder nehmen Sie den Bethany Beach Trolley, der Sie direkt in der Straße abholen wird. Dieses Stadthaus befindet sich in der ruhigen Wohnanlage von Villas in Bethany West, zentral in Bethany Beach, in der Nähe von Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Dieses Haus ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigen. Die aktualisierte Küche umfasst neue Edelstahlgeräte, Waschmaschine / Trockner, Mikrowelle und Kaffeekanne. Der Wohnbereich umfasst einen 55-Zoll-TV, einen elektrischen Kamin, ein Audiosystem, WLAN und komfortable Sitzgelegenheiten. Der Essbereich bietet bequem Platz für 8 Personen, darunter einen Esstisch und Barhocker.

Ein großartiges 3-Jahreszeiten-Zimmer war Teil des Updates 2019, das über eine Couch, 2 Drehstühle und einen 4-Sitzer-Pub-Tisch verfügt. Außerhalb der 3 Saison ist das Zimmer ein Gasgrill!

Die ruhige Wohnanlage verfügt über einen riesigen Swimmingpool mit Kinderbecken, Tennisplätze, Basketballkorb und einen kleinen Spielplatz. Für die Nutzung des Gemeinschaftspools und der Tennisplätze wird keine zusätzliche Gebühr erhoben. Es gibt auch einen Gemeinschafts-Teich, einen Salzteich, mit einem Dock zum Starten Ihres Kajaks oder Kanus.

Dieses Stadthaus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer und 2. 5 Bäder. Es schläft 8 Leute. Schlafzimmer Nr. 1 (Master) verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad. Schlafzimmer Nr. 2 verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett mit einem Trundle-Twin darunter, und Schlafzimmer Nr. 3 verfügt über 2 Doppelstockbetten. Bettwäsche ist nicht im Preis enthalten. Bitte bringen Sie Ihre eigene Bettwäsche und Handtücher mit.

Dieses Stadthaus ist nur wenige Gehminuten oder eine einfache Radtour zum Strand, Restaurants, Café, Promenade usw. entfernt. Wawa, Rita, Grotto Pizza und viele Restaurants sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt!

Great spot for our young family!

Everything about this property was great for our young family (4&6yos). The pool being free was a great plus for us & having 2 tiny kiddos, it was the PERFECT size (had a large 3' & 4' areas before going to 6' at the deep end)! A short walk (helped us work off those dinner/ice cream calories!) to the clubhouse, defebos (our FAVORITE PLACE to eat even before this stay), beer store, trolley that comes right at the end of the driveway! (The kids LOVED the trolley but it's an even match for walking from the Boardwalk back home vs trolley - we did a race! LOL). I actually loved the walk so much, I think I would choose this property over the other comparable one. It really was a nice little walk! Any concerns were handled timely by Dave & I was very happy with all conversation, even when booking. Things were clean & they have super cute coordinating decor down to the kitchen items! The kids loved the bunk beds& we slept like a dream as well! The AC does work really well here, which I've found was an issue in past rentals but this place must be very well insulated because it stayed cold! We will be eagerly awaiting to come back next summer & hopefully more to come!!

Wonderful Spot

The place was fantastic. The location was perfect for us since it was less than a mile from the beach...which meant avoiding the crowds. Surprisingly, the restaurants near the house (walking distance) were great. The house was amazing and had everything we needed. The 3-season porch was perfect. The ease of getting into the property was also quick and easy. I strongly suggest staying at this location. You won't regret it.

Wonderful!

The townhouse was perfect for our week in Bethany. We usually stay ocean side but figured we’d do something different this year and it ended up being a nice change of pace. We enjoyed having access to the pool and courts and the handful of restaurants that are within a few minutes walk. Getting to the main area of Bethany can be done easily; it’s a short drive, 15-20 min walk or a trolley ride away. The house itself was perfect! Check-in was simple, the house was very clean and nicely decorated. It still looks just like the pictures in the listing. It had everything we needed and then some (fully stocked kitchen, plenty of clothes hangers, wall hooks etc). The extra touches made for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful charming house. Our little grandsons love the sun room to eat their breakfast and play games in the evening. Cozy and comfortable

We loved our stay in the Villas of Bethany West. David was a gracious and communicative host. The property had just the right amenities for us and it’s located central to both beach activity (parking pass was clutch!) and trail hiking/biking along the canal and Salt Pond. We’re an active family and this property perfectly suited us, giving comfortable accommodations to relax/recharge before we headed out an another adventure. A long weekend made comfortable and easy by a fun place to stay.

Bethany Beach Summer Vacation

The booking online was very easy and the property was exactly what was pictured. It was VERY CLEAN and ORGANIZED! And there were many additional touches that enhanced our 1 week stay. The owner was EXCELLENT at communicating to me, made the check in seamless, and quickly responded to any questions I had. And the location is a great proximity to downtown Bethany Beach and the Beaches. And the parking pass was extremely helpful. Lastly, we didn't utilize the pool or tennis courts, but that was a nice option to have as well. Overall is was a 5 Star + for us!

Great stay

The house is lovely and newly updated and has absolutely everything one could need. The bikes were so nice and great beach accessories were provided too. Easy 5 minute bike ride to beach and community is within walking distance to several dining options My young teens loved the sense of independence in the community. They could ride bikes, swim, play tennis and catch the trolley. Only thing that I wished for was an optional sheet and towel service so you wouldn’t have to make the beds. I’d happily pay more for the house if that service was included!

Looks can be deceiving!

When we pulled up it looked plain but Wow! When we got inside it was amazing. Almost Brand New. Every detail is covered. It has everything. All we needed was ourselves, food and clothing. David and Erin have a beautiful house. We had two couples and an infant. Plenty of space and the layout worked perfectly for us. It was winter so we could not take advantage of the screened in porch or the bicycles. Nice walking in the area and only 15 minutes to downtown on foot.

Gorgeous property

The house is amazing. It was clean and beautifully decorated. We were amazed by the small details that made our stay perfect. The distance to the beach was easy to manage. We walked, biked, drove, and took the trolly. The kids loved the bunk room and the adults were happy in each of the bedrooms. The owner was responsive to our emails. As advertised and more

The response time of Dave during our stay was amazing. When we got there, we had a little issue with the code we were given to enter the property. I was able to get in touch with Dave and stayed on the phone with me to get it working. We had issue with the Bikes not holding air and reported this to Dave, on his next reply he refunded us some money back which was totally unexpected. The house is extremely clean, great location and will definitely look to stay at the house again. If you're looking for a place to stay in Bethany with family, look no further than Dave's property. The home entertainment speakers is a nice touch for both the living room and sun room. Great family time staying there.

Perfect Getaway

I stayed with my husband and 3 young children at this perfect property. The home was very clean and well organized. My kids loved the beautiful bunk room and even found some books and arts & crafts tucked away in the living room. We rode our bikes in the quiet and friendly neighborhood, every day! We drove a very short ride to Bethany beach and boardwalk- it is definitely walkable but not with 3 kids under 9 in the heat :) We also made several car trips to Rehobeth Beach and nearby attractions, 15-20 minutes away. I would definitely stay here again!

We live in Pittsburgh, PA, with our two beach-loving boys. We have been vacationing at the Villas of Bethany Beach for the past twenty years and just love it!

We chose to buy this townhouse for two reasons. First, we love Bethany Beach. We love the fact that it is family- oriented, quiet and relaxing. Secondly, we love the Villas of Bethany Beach due to the location. We love riding our bikes to the beach, walking to WaWa for coffee, using the community pool, crabbing in the nearby salt pond, playing tennis, riding the trolley (for only a quarter!)and walking to our favorite (and Bethany's top restaurant), Off the Hook.

We enjoy our townhouse because of the comfort. We know that you will feel right at home! The built-in bunk beds in the kid's bedroom allow 4 children to sleep comfortably. The 3 season room provides a nice place to relax while looking out onto a well-manicured yard.
