Unser Stadthaus mit drei Schlafzimmern und dreieinhalb Bädern ist ein Neubau und professionell eingerichtet. Diese Endeinheit überblickt einen Gemeinschaftspool und Sie haben einen Blick auf das Meer von der zweiten und dritten Ebene Master en suite Decks. Voll ausgestattete Küche inklusive Mr. Kaffee, Toaster, Ninja-Mixer und vieles mehr, einschließlich Holzkohlegrill zum Kochen auf der Terrasse. Alle Bettwäsche inklusive Badetücher sind vorhanden. Fernseher in den beiden Master-Suiten und einem im offenen Wohnzimmer; alle mit Apple TV. Jeder Master en Suite hat eine private Terrasse für Ihren Genuss. Der Zugang zum Strand ist nur über die Straße mit einem Fußgängerüberweg. Zahlreiche Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Dies ist eine neue Community und der Bau ist noch nicht abgeschlossen, aber nicht direkt neben dieser Einheit. Einige der Einheiten, die direkt zwischen unserer Einheit und dem Strand liegen, sind abgeschlossen und der Bau wird von unserer Einheit entfernt. Am Ende des Tages ist dieses Gerät neu und gut ausgestattet als Ihr Zuhause bei der Ankunft.

Girls beach trip

This condo is perfectly located across the street from beach and literally steps to the pool. This was our second trip to this property, and we return because we love the comfort and convenience of it. It is clean, quiet, and has plenty of seating for the four of us (adults). The hosts are responsive and have provided everything we need for a fun, relaxing vacation.

Amazing Location

We had never been to Atlantic Beach and were looking for somewhere different! We loved it there! So peaceful, calm, great location, amazing pool and everyone was super friendly everywhere we went! We will stay again!

Best Location and Condo

Property is convenient to everything we wanted to get to. The pool is wonderful and just a few steps away. The unit itself had all we needed and was comfortable, clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. This was our 3rd visit and we will be right back here next year hopefully.

Perfect beach townhouse

This property was better in person than the pics! Clean, new and in the best spot. Great perks like beach chairs, wagon, games, towels. We had 3 kids ages 5 to 8 and they had a great time too. Property is a 5 min walk to the beach and right across the pool.

Awesome Vacation Rental

This vacation rental was everything we hoped for. It was very clean and comfortable and is furnished with everything we needed. The pool was right outside the patio door and the ocean is just across the street. Steve was a great host. We hope to stay again next year. I highly recommend.

This is our fifth time staying at this property and it is perfect every time. The home is clean, has everything you need to have a fabulous stay, and the owners are super helpful and responsive. We left a pair of glasses at their property and they notified us, then shipped them to us.

Great location and accommodations

2nd time renting here and likely not the last! 2-3 min walk to beach access directly across the street with walkway for crossing. Has everything we need inside the home for a great week. Beach cart wa a high plus! We love the pool and spent much time there mingling with other vacationers. Even hooked back up with some visitors from our other stays. Nice and quite with numerous restaurants close by if u choose to eat out. Food lion 5 mins away and Publix about 2ins at Emerald Isle. Thanks for hosting us!

Relaxing comfortable stay!

Relaxing, beautiful, clean home. We loved how convenient the the home was to the pool and beach access. We appreciated that paper products and basic supplies were already there so we could check in before running to the grocery. The bedrooms were comfortable and space was great for family members to spread out. We have stayed in this complex several times and loved this unit best!!!

Perfect vacation

The condo was perfect! So clean and perfect for our needs with teenagers. Everyone had their own room and bathroom which made everyone happy. The walk to the beach was easy and just a few steps away. The pool right out the back door was so nice and convenient. Communication with the owner and his willingness to make sure everything was perfect for our stay was top notch. We were all so happy with our stay and hope to return again!

Great stay!

Weather was a bit uncooperative but we had no complaints about the property. Was very nice, clean and we felt right at home. Bedrooms are fantastic, our daughter wanted to bring her room home with us! Will definitely be back when our travels bring us back to NC.

Beautifully Blue With a Bonus

From the periwinkle blue town home to the aqua blue seashore, this vacation spot is great! The house was tastefully decorated while guests’ needs were thoughtfully considered. Poolside views and quick beach access were a bonus!

A Wonderful Clean Home

We will echo some of the previous comments about this property. One of the first things you'll notice is how clean and immaculate the place is. It is well stocked compared to other houses we've rented at the beach in the past. It is about a 5 minute walk to the beach. If you have kids, it's worth nothing it's a safe walk even with the crosswalk. The easy access to the pool is also fantastic. There are so many small thoughtful things about the house. We had no issues booking this place for a weekend at the last minute with barely a days' notice. The owners were fantastic to deal with. We definitely plan to stay here again for years to come.

Perfect family vacation

Wife’s Birthday Weekend

We had a weekend at this place! Awesome location, clean house, thoughtful things for families with young kids. The pool access is easy and right off the back porch. We would definitely book this place again.
