LAGE - Dieses Haus befindet sich im begehrten Warrior's Mark-Viertel am südlichen Ende von Breckenridge in der Nähe von Peaks 9 & 10. Die Main Street Breckenridge ist weniger als 3 km entfernt. Dort können Sie einkaufen, essen gehen, Nachtleben genießen und alles, was Breckenridge zu bieten hat.

Amazing property

The property was beautiful. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. The bed in one guest room was extremely high and needed a step stool to get in. The hot tub was clean and hot and easy to access. Ski racks in the garage were perfect! The property management company was amazing - they helped us fully enjoy our vacation by answering a million questions during our stay about things to do. Shuttle access was very easy and close. You could also ski out down the hill by the “no outlet” sign to get directly to the lift! It’s a tight run though so you need to be comfortable on your skis. Overall loved the property and would definitely stay again!

Ski Trip

The house was perfect for our group. The views were unbelievable! Great kitchen and living room space, and great hot tub area. The kitchen had what we needed to make meals at the house. Quick drive down the mountain into town. TV was very old, not a new smart TV. We wanted to watch football games after skiing in the evenings, but had to go to a restaurant to watch. For the price, we did expect a little better TV for down time. Overall great stay, great communication with management staff.

The house was well equipped, location was perfect, and Visit Breck management company was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. The one suggestion we would have is for the router to be moved. Because it is behind the tv that is above the fireplace, the setup got too hot if the fireplace was on and the internet stopped working. We needed internet as one of us was working remotely., so the sacrifice we made was to not use the fireplace, that was a disappointment.

Beautiful view and property, but lacking attention to details

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location, view and property. Details that were lacking: funky mold smell on the bottom level bed/bath, a total of 4 rolls of toilet paper and 8 washcloths for 6 ppl for an 8 day stay, all the kleenex boxes but one had about five tissues jammed in from the top - into otherwise empty boxes, etc. A bit ridiculous for the price. The mechanism on right blind on the living room window was broken so blind had to remain down all week (no view from inside). Didn't want to call maintenance to intrude and fix it - shouldn't have to do that when paying this kind of money for lodging. Kids were excited as advertised a play station, but didn't provide the requisite cords for the system to work. Loved the location and property, but the maintenance was lacking.

Great place!

This house was very accommodating for my family. It was my husband, our 2 children, my brother in law, and myself. Plenty of space for all of us. The house was clean and well taken care of. The kitchen was fully stocked which was very convenient! The only thing I wish the house had was a high chair. We brought our portable one but would have been nice to have one there. I would definitely recommend this place! Beautiful Mountain View’s from the living room and the master bedroom. And very conveniently located to Main Street and all attractions in the area. Will definitely be staying here again if I am in the area!

Great condo, great location - only issues were with management company

My family and I stayed at this condo for five nights. The location was excellent - the free shuttle picked us up right outside the house and it was a <5 min ride + 5 min walk (with skis) to the base of the Quicksilver lift. We also discovered, on the last day, that you can walk up the hill on White Cloud and ski down to the base of peak 9, which is even more convenient. As others have noted, the space was cozy for 5 adults and 4 children but doable. Our main complaint was that the dishwasher wasn't working when we arrived at the condo and despite reaching out the management company every day (sometimes multiple times), nothing was ever done to remedy this. It also became clear that the management company knew the dishwasher wasn't working before we arrived at the condo but failed to notify us. This was extremely frustrating as we hadn't expected to hand wash dishes for this long (and likely would have bought more disposable plates/utensils had we known this in advance).

Great ski access and the condo was perfect!

We had quick access to the slopes and the condo was fantastic. The shuttle service to the nearby slope was very very quick. The only con is that the kitchen was not stocked with seasoning and kitchenware. Overall, the condo was fantastic and I would highly recommend.

Great experience!

My friends and I stayed at this property for 4 nights while we enjoyed all Breck has to offer! The home was perfect! It was plenty of room for all 6 of us. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, cookware, dishware, and basic cooking supplies. The hot tub was great! We spent almost every evening out there after a long day of snowboarding. The bedrooms were nice, I mean really we loved everything about this property. Thanks for hosting us!

A little disappointed

It is a really nice place to stay, but the pictures made it look more open and bigger than it is. For 8 of us, it felt too small, especially in the living area and kitchen. The bedrooms (except for the master) did not have anywhere to store your belongings. There were no dressers or drawers, and the only place to store anything was in the closets. It was difficult to put our clothes up and we had to live out of our suitcases, except for what we could hang up in the closets. There was no propane in our tanks for us to grill out, and unfortunately, we found this out while we were cooking. The manager I spoke to did take care of this, but it was only after I stated this was unacceptable and requested to speak with her. Also, there were no blow dryers in 2 of the 3 bathrooms. Had we know this, we would have brought our own. Again, they were responsive and it was taken care of. Overall, it just seemed that no one was checking out the place between people staying there to make sure it was ready for the next group. I had higher expectations for the price we paid.

Fantastic Breck ski trip

This nice property was perfect for our family ski trip and we would definitely come back. The kitchen was very well stocked. The nearby Shuttle stop made getting to and from the slopes a breeze. And the hot tub was reliably hot and made for some great post ski relaxing. The master bed mattress was the only disappointment.
