Unser schönes Stadthaus ist ein unglaubliches zweistöckiges Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 1/2 Bädern auf einer riesigen Wiese in der Nähe von Tahoe City und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang durch den Wald zu den Sandstränden von Lake Tahoe entfernt. Der Lake Forest Glen-Komplex umfasst 2 Pools, 4 Tennisplätze sowie einen kürzlich renovierten Whirlpool und eine Sauna. Die Gründe sind unglaublich schön mit vielen Kiefern, Espen und einjährigen Blumen. Wir befinden uns direkt neben dem Radweg, der Sie nach Tahoe City und entlang der Westküste oder entlang des Truckee River führt. Wir sind nah am Skifahren in Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley und Homewood. Eislaufen im Squaw Valley und viele Möglichkeiten zum Langlaufen, Schneeschuhwandern, Rodeln und Schneeballschlachten!

Unsere ist eine zweistöckige Endeinheit mit viel Licht und Privatsphäre! Die Master-Suite verfügt über ein eigenes Bad, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und Blick auf die Wiese. Unsere Möbel sind komfortabel und repräsentieren das wahre Bergambiente, das Sie sich für Ihr zweites Zuhause wünschen! Es gibt astige Kiefernböden und -verkleidungen, einen Steinkamin, eine kürzlich renovierte Küche mit Granitzählern, Hickory-Schränke und alle neuen Geräte (Gasherd, rostfreier Kühlschrank nebeneinander mit Eismaschine und Wasser in der Tür, Geschirrspüler, Entsorgung usw.) komplett separat Waschküche ... alles mit Blick auf die fabelhafte Aussicht!

Wir haben einen HD-Flachbildfernseher, einen DVD-Player, Highspeed-WLAN und eine großartige Stereoanlage. Unser Deck mit Blick auf die Wiese verfügt über einen Allwetter-Wicker-Tisch und Stühle sowie einen Propangrill. Das Deck ist nach Süden und Westen ausgerichtet, so dass Sie hier wunderbar sonnen, unterhalten und tolle Sonnenuntergänge beobachten können. Wir haben einen abschließbaren Skiraum für Ihre gesamte Ausrüstung direkt vor dem Eingang, um den Weg von und zur Piste zu erleichtern!

Tahoe Getaway

This was the perfect place for our group of two couples and one kid. Super cozy and warm and a great location. The kitchen was well stocked. The field in the back was great for playing and also just to have a nice view. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a ski vacation.

This condo was the perfect location for heading to Palisades Tahoe to ski for the day. It was a 10 minute walk to the shore of the lake. Restaurants and the grocery store were a short drive away. We enjoyed the community hot tub after spending a day on the slopes.

Sweet little townhouse

This townhouse is very functional with its layout and proximity to the pool and lake. It’s a great location in North Lake Tahoe with easy access to the town, Truckee River, city of Truckee, hikes, etc. The townhouse is clean but is older. It had everything we needed for our trip. One tip - if it’s a hot week in the summer, bring fans for each room. It usually cools off at night but our week was really warm so the house didn’t cool off as much. A fan would’ve been helpful.Great stay!!

Perfect North Tahoe location

this rental is fantastic! the pictures don't do it justice. it's perfect for a large family or two small families with kids. the beds are comfy, the mountain decor cute, and the kitchen/dining room perfect for eating in. it backs onto an open meadow which was fun for playing in the snow. the reverse commute to alpine/palisdaes makes it easier than truckee. there's a safeway and CVS just 5 minutes drive away.

Perfect getaway condo

The place was so easy to find and clean inside. It was very equipped with what I needed. Grocery store was close by and convenient. The lake was near by also but bring water shoes. The pool was just outside the door and neighbors were very nice . I would love to stay again.

Excellent support by owner, great location

Came out from UT for a ski vacation and had epic snow—so much we couldn’t ski! Patty was so wonderful and responsive. We loved the location, and the fact that the HOA was super attentive to snow clearing. Our favorite “extra” was the peanuts left to feed the jays, who knew every morning they could come fight for some and I could take pictures. Comfortable bed and well stocked kitchen. Highly recommend!

Great place, Great city!

Patty was great at communicating in a timely manner regarding access to the townhouse. Upon arrival it was obvious that the home is well maintained and kept up. With more than enough supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms to get you through the stay. Access to everything was easy. I cannot say enough how great it was to take a short 8 minute walk to Lake forest beach. Breathtaking view of the lake and beautiful wildflowers. I would definitely recommend this townhouse to all!

Cozy Townhouse in the snow

This was our second stay in this cozy family oriented Townhouse for a trip to the snow. Lots of space in the house for our family of five. Kitchen is equipped with anything you need to make a hot breakfast or dinner. Big family room for a game night and a fire. The owner is very responsive to any questions or issues. The house is located very central to anything you need (safeway, pizza, bakery, etc) and close to lots of ski resorts and family oriented snow play areas (Granlibakken, North Lake Tahoe regional park for sledding). Kids loved to play in the big snow field right behind the house. We enjoyed our stay!

Nice townhouse, great location

Patty: Thanks for letting us rent your property. Very nice, well equipped townhouse. Had only a couple days in Tahoe before flying out of Reno. This worked out great. Much better than staying in Reno! Very convenient for our hiking in Alpine Meadows and the Tahoe Rim Trail. Close to Tahoe City so a beer or dinner in town was only a couple minutes away. The meadow view was a lot nicer than facing other units. Had breakfast and an evening bottle of wine on the deck. While we didn't take advantage of them, the Pools and hot tub were a very short walk away and looked great. The complex was quiet and very well maintained.

Amazing place to stay!

We were delighted with the decor. We were amazed that with a small footprint there was so much room for us (3 adult women). We loved the location in the complex - a meadow view from the kitchen table. We even saw two bears. The host had the place stocked with more than we expected- beach chairs, cooler, kids beach toys, games. etc We had a small issue with the shower and the host was very responsive. The location in the complex was perfect - loved the meadow, pool nearby (but we were too busy kayaking and hiking to use it - even though close by the noise was not bothersome) - very quiet at night. A wonderful stay. We . love. Tahoe

Lake Tahoe Summer Vacation

This property has an ideal location for the entire Lake Tahoe region. It is conveniently located to MANY great hikes, destination spots, sandy beaches, restaurants, shopping, etc. The townhouse community has a nice pool, hot tub, pickle ball courts, etc. Convenient grocery shopping at Safeway in Tahoe City. Lots of wildlife in the meadow... coyotes, foxes, ground squirrels, blue jays, and BEARS! Very exciting to see the bears (although they ultimately were headed to try to get a snack from the dumpsters). Whiile we were very pleased with the location, the property desparately needs a thorough deep cleaning and we were very disappointed in that regard. Hasn't seen fresh paint in 20 years. Carpeting is beyond filthy and needs replacement. Cobwebs on sad old draperies. Dryer vent was clogged and prevented proper/safe usage. Kitchen amenities were very good except for kitchen sink faucet (no water pressure). The hallway shower faucet did not function properly. The shower in the master bedroom was way too small and so dirty we did not want to use it. It got hot during our stay, July 20 - 27, and there are no box fans or ceiling fans. Fortunately, overnight temperatures got into the 50's, so sleeping with the windows open made it tolerable. Nearby Sugar Pine Bakery was outstanding. Za's Restaurant very good. Tahoe City Brewing Co. Restaurant very good. Rosie's Cafe excellent.

Nice location, great owner.

We enjoyed the location and the property is in a great location. As mentioned the internet was slow and only worked about 30% of the time. (So you won’t streaming anything). For the current cleaning fee cleaning fee the property isn’t nearly clean enough, for a third the price I wouldn’t mention it.

Our family lives in Santa Barbara, CA, but we've spent time in Tahoe every summer for the past 20 years. After so many years of renting vacation cabins, it's always been our dream to have our own place at Tahoe, and now that dream has finally become a reality! Now we can spend so much more time at the lake, and we love to have other people enjoy our place when we can't be there!

We've always loved Tahoe City because it's so charming and there's so much to do there - movies, restaurants, shopping, beaches, river rafting on the Truckee River, bike rides, skiing/snowboarding, riding the tram to Squaw Valley, hiking, etc. We fell in love with Lake Forest Glen when we stayed at a friend's place there, because it was so quiet, peaceful, and beautiful.

We love the fact that our townhouse sits right on the meadow. We take lots of walks down to the lake or Skylandia Park to watch the sunset or have a picnic. The kids love the pool, sauna and hot tub. Just sitting on the back deck looking at the meadow and smelling the pine trees feels like a fabulous vacation.
