Wunderschönes brandneues Bauhaus in der Buchtfront in Broadkill Beach ist bereit für Ihren Urlaub! Durchdacht gestaltet, um die Aussicht auf das Wasser zu genießen, verfügt dieses Haus über einen großen, offenen Wohnbereich mit angrenzendem Ess- und Gourmetküche in der obersten Etage des Gebäudes. Diese Etage hat auch eine tolle Terrasse zum Sonnenbaden.

Mit vier Schlafzimmern und drei Bädern bietet dieses Haus bequem Platz für 10 Personen. Das Hauptschlafzimmer im 2. Stock verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad. Auf dieser Etage befinden sich zwei weitere Schlafzimmer. Eines verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, während das andere über ein Doppelbett und ein Einzelbett mit zwei Einzelbetten verfügt - perfekt für die Kinder! Die obere Etage verfügt über ein großes Schlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett und ein Badezimmer.

Broadkill Beach ist der perfekte Ort für einen entspannten Urlaub mit herrlichem Zugang zum Strand zum Schwimmen, Kajakfahren, Angeln und Sonnenbaden. Der Broadkill Store, gleich nebenan, bietet Sandwiches, Frühstücksgebäck und köstliche Milchshakes!

Der Besitzer lässt einige Liegestühle und Sandspielzeug für Sie bereit. Es gibt auch zwei Erwachsenenfahrräder (bringen Sie Ihre eigenen Helme mit) und ein Zwei-Personen-Kajak für Gäste auf eigene Gefahr.

The house had plenty of ammenities and the kitchen facilities were excellent. The use of the beach toys in the shed was very generous. The beach was great with just the right amount of people. Two family stay

We enjoyed our vacation! The house was exceptionally clean! Two families with five kids and had a great time. Easy path to the beach. Owners left access to chairs and beach toys for guests! Fully stocked kitchen for cooking and plenty of extras in the pantry for cooking, making frozen drinks, or whatever you would need. Great kids area with toys and family games! Bring bug spray for flies on the beach. Will come back here again to this beautiful home!

Property was clean and comfortable. Had everything needed in kitchen for meals plus a large table for a big family. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and quite a few decks for enjoying the water views and stars at night. Nice private beach to spend lazy days on away from the crowds. Close to the town of Lewes and Rehoboth Beach if you wanted to head out for restaurants and shopping.

Beautiful View

We were looking for a place to stay for my birthday weekend and wanted a house a short walk to the beach because we were with a 3 month old and a 2 year old. I was a bit worried about the first review saying there was construction going on so I asked the property manager and she said that it was probably already done. It wasn’t, but it’s a good thing that it was a weekend so no construction was going on. It was a bit pricey and we were only 5 adults and 2 babies, but it was the only one I found that was beach front. I am glad I booked though!! Lovely house! Very clean. Nice decorations and furniture. There are rules though…no shoes in the house and there are no amenities. Bring your own sheets and hand soap, etc. There is a house infront of it, but it does not block the view out of the balcony or the living room. I would have appreciated some curtains though, if we did want some privacy, but there are none. It’s completely open. I love how they have “leave a book, and you can take a book…” That was such a nice touch. All in all, we had great weather and awesome family time! I hope to be back someday! and next time I will bring a book, so I can take a book!

Misleading Beach Views

The house is great, but the listing was really quite misleading. The photos from the deck are all carefully framed so that you can’t tell there is a house being built directly between this property and the beach. The view is largely cut into, and the construction was ongoing, making noise even on the weekend. I don’t usually leave reviews, but we would not have stayed here if actually knew about the construction. That seemed pretty shady.

Amazing!

My family enjoyed this property soooo much! The house is even better than the pictures. It was very clean, spacious and the views were to die for. The location to the beach is unbeatable. And the beach itself was great as well - not overly crowded and plenty of room for fun! I couldn't recommend this place enough. The only thing I would change is next time, we are going to stay longer! We were so sad to leave. We are already to book this house again for our vacation in 2021!

Beautiful home, great views

This was our first trip to the beach in winter, but probably not the last. This home is very convenient to the beach, beautiful new construction and obviously lovingly furnished and cared for. The kitchen is very well appointed and does have empty cupboard space for guests to store groceries and cleaning products. The owners are extremely particular about house rules, which is understanding given the new construction, but it does make one a bit nervous to be there.
