Etage empfangen Sie mit einem offenen Konzept. Die Eingangstür führt zu einem der vielen Strandpromenaden, von denen aus Sie bequem zu den Geschäften und Restaurants von Rosemary Beach, aber vor allem zum Strand gelangen!

In den oberen Etagen des Carlin Ward Cottage erwarten Sie 3 Schlafzimmer mit organischen Texturen und Kunstwerken. Die Master Suite und das Gästezimmer befinden sich beide auf der 2. Ebene des Hauses. Die Master-Suite bietet ein Kingsize-Bett sowie einen großen privaten Balkon! Das Gästezimmer ist gemütlich mit einem kleinen privaten Balkon und einem eigenen Bad. Wenn Sie der Wendeltreppe bis zur 3. Etage folgen, gelangen Sie auf ein offenes Loft mit 2 Einzelbetten, Blick auf die Baumkrone und einem Flachbildfernseher. Perfect location

This was a perfect location walking and biking distance to everything. Would definitely recommend this location for your family vacation. Only thing we could have used was beach chairs and umbrella's otherwise the house was perfect.

Beautiful place, great location!

I hosted a group of 8 girls for a friend’s bachelorette party at this location. We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and exactly as the listing depicted. The check-in process wasn’t the easiest I’ve ever done, but the host was extremely responsive both with calls and messaging. The best part was the location!!! We were a 2-3 minute walk from the main downtown area! Overall, we had a great stay!

Great house

The house was great. Checked out on Sunday, I wish I had known that you cannot access beach on after checking out . I had chairs and umbrellas rented for the entire day and didn’t have a way to access beach. Rental company and chair company should let out of town guests know that ahead of time.

You can walk to restaurants and shopping and do not even need to use your car. This house does have a lot of steps so that was a little hard when you are older. The house was clean, and the bed was comfortable (we only used master bedroom). The Management Company is professional and always answered the phone if you ever need anything.

We felt like we were at home the moment we walked in the door, tasteful decor without being sterile, steps from the main square/shops/farmer's market, and we made good use of the back deck, bikes, and dedicated parking, which were all nice pluses. Property management was also communicative, responsive, and very helpful leading up to and through the duration of our stay. Highly recommended.

Great fall visit to Rosemary Beach!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Carlin Ward Cottage. Our little dogs also had a great time. The house was so comfortable and the downstairs spacious for our little pups to play. The house was so cozy on the cool nights. It is so conivenient to the shops and restaurants of Rosemary Beach- less than 5 minute walk. We hardly used our car. We even walked to Alys Beach for a nice longer walk several times. The management company even called to be sure everything was fine. We enjoyed and stay and will definitely look to stay at Carlin Ward Cottage again. Thank you.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived and the home was clean and was decorated very nicely. All amenities that were promised were there. The beds were very comfy and the pillows as well. The location to the town center couldn’t be beat! The beach was a quick 6 minute walk down a boardwalk which was nice. The beach service that was a separate purchase was great as well. The main bedroom bathroom sinks were stopped up and slow draining but rental company offered to send someone right away to fix but it wasn’t bad enough to warrant that. I’m sure they resolved after our departure. We would rent this property again and you can’t beat the service and quick responses from 30A Luxery Rentals.

Management company is outstanding, on top of everything and checks in to make sure your enjoying the house. Kitchen has everything you need and a large fridge makes it even easier. The 4 bikes were great for our teenage children, and the location is ideal for walking. Simple and short walk to the private Rosemary beach, along with easy access to the many restaurants and shops of Rosemary and Seacrest. Would definitely stay here again.
