Willkommen im Lucky Leaf, ein kleines Stück vom Himmel - hier können Sie sich entspannen, den Netzstecker ziehen, den Stress abbauen und sich entspannen, alles zu den Geräuschen des Ozeans !!!

Unser Zuhause befindet sich auf der Topsail Island, in der Nähe von U. S. Autobahn 17 zwischen Jacksonville und Wilmington, N. C.

Jeder sollte die Möglichkeit haben, lustige und entspannende Familienerinnerungen zu schaffen! Unser Haus liegt direkt an den makellos schönen Sandstränden von Topsail Island in North Carolina, einem der unberührtesten, unbewegtesten Strände der Ostküste mit Blick auf die 20 Meilen lange Insel.

Das Haus verfügt über 3 Ebenen und verfügt über einen AUFZUG, so dass Sie beim Transport von Gepäck oder Lebensmitteln keine Treppen sorgen müssen.

Oberste Ebene: Die Hauptebene besteht aus der Küche, dem Ess- und Familienzimmer, einem Badezimmer mit Dusche und dem King Master-Bad. Von allen Zimmern auf der obersten Ebene genießen Sie einen Blick auf den Strand / das Meer!

Das mit King Master geflieste Badezimmer ist mit einer ebenerdigen Dusche und einer separaten Dusche / Whirlpool-Badewanne ausgestattet.

Die Küche verfügt über ZWEI Geschirrspülmaschinen, ein elektrisches Kochfeld von Jenn Air und alle Utensilien und Töpfe und Pfannen, die Sie benötigen, um großartige Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten!

Das Family / Great-Zimmer verfügt über einen großen Esstisch. neu sehr komfortabel; SEHR kuschelige LOVESAC-Couches und Clubsessel und einen neuen Fensterplatz, um Ihre "Strandlesung" zu genießen (Bilder folgen in Kürze)!

Mittlere Ebene: Die mittlere Etage verfügt über eine zentrale Waschküche, 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 große Badezimmer. und großes überdachtes Deck. Zugang zum Strand / Deck von 2 der Schlafzimmer.

Das Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett verfügt über einen großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und eine herrliche Aussicht sowie Zugang zum Strand / Deck. Das Queen-Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen großen Schrank und bietet meistens Blick auf den Sound und ein wenig auf den Ozean. Diese zwei (König und Königin) Schlafzimmer teilen sich ein großes gefliestes Bad mit einer Jacuzzi-Duschwanne.

Das 3. Schlafzimmer auf dieser Etage ist groß und perfekt für die Kinder. Es verfügt über 2 Etagenbetten (zwei über voll). Das Zimmer hat auch einen großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und ein sehr großes gefliestes Badezimmer mit einer neu gefliesten begehbaren Dusche (vor kurzem aktualisiert - Bilder werden kommen) und einem separaten Whirlpool, herrlichem Blick auf den Strand und Zugang.

Unteres Niveau: Die Garage und der Keller dienen als Schlupfraum für Sandfuß und Carport / Abstellraum für Strandspielzeug. Überdachte Parkplätze für zwei Personen und zusätzliche Parkplätze für 6 weitere.

Es gibt 2 Decks zum Entspannen.
Das Deck auf der obersten Ebene verfügt über 2 Adirondack-Holzstühle, einen hohen Tisch und 4 Stühle sowie 4 Liegestühle.
Das mittlere Deck verfügt über viele Adirondack - Stühle aus Kunststoff und eine HAMMOCK.

Ausstattung: AUFZUG, 2 Geschirrspüler, Zugang zum privaten Strand, 2 Außenduschen mit Warmwasser, 2 Decks mit Möbeln, Bettwäsche und Handtücher (ohne Aufpreis), Whirlpool-Badewanne, WLAN, Kabel-TV, Grill, 5 HD-Flachbildfernseher , Waschmaschine / Trockner usw. Perfect Girls Getaway

I brought my mom and granddaughter to Topsail, NC for a "Girls Trip" and this place was AMAZING. We absolutely loved the house which had everything we needed. We cooked our meals at home and spent the day on the deck or at the beach. The host was amazing and was quick to respond. Their house is BEAUTIFUL and we hope to book another vacation here again!

Excellent stay in a good location on Topsail Island

We very much enjoyed our stay, and the house comfortably accommodated our group of six adults and two children. The location was excellent, both in terms of proximity to the ocean and its exact area on Topsail Island (old Ocean City area). The kitchen is well appointed and multiple outdoor shower locations made it easy to keep things clean when coming back and forth from the sand.

Beautiful Oceanfront Home

We had two families with adult children on vacation for the week. The location is amazing. Although there is a neighborhood access point one house down, there is no public access close enough to create large crowds on the beach. The kitchen is well stocked, including baking bans! The stove was a bit of a challenge, but I expect the owner will be addressing that soon. And, while the table is big enough for 10, we had to get creative with seating to make it happen. If we'd had small children we might have had an easier time. The living area accommodated us well and the top, oceanside deck offered expansive views of the beach. Bonus: it's shaded in the afternoon! Bonus #2: the beds were made when we arrived. That allowed us to settle in quickly and get straight to enjoying the beach. Host was quick to respond to questions before and during the trip. We'd highly recommend Lucky Leaf.

This was our 3 summer staying at Lucky Leaf. It is a gorgeous 4 BR home on the beach. Beach is comfortable and not crowded so that our group could play games like Corn Hole, etc on the beach, we have so much fun spending our days on the beach! The home is far superior to any beach property that I have ever rented and for 1-2 weeks each summer, it is my favorite summer retreat. The home is spacious and well equipped with most everything you need. Kitchen is great and dining easily accommodates a large group. The manager and owners are accessible within minutes to answer your questions and/or to resolve problems.

Fantastic beach house; amazing location

This is a an absolutely wonderful beach house that is well taken care of. The location is amazing because it’s in a section of N. Topsail where there is no public beach access—which meant the beach was less crowded—but it’s close enough to Surf City that you can easily get to restaurants and stores without driving far at all. We’ve visited N. Topsail and Surf City many times, and everyone in our group agreed that this was our favorite place to stay.

More fun on the beach

This was our second summer staying at this wonderful beach home. The accommodations are adult and child friendly. The kitchen is well-equipped with cooking utensils and cookware! The living area is spacious and comfortable, dining easily accommodates 8-10 people. The beach is clean and spacious; the setup of the neighborhood affords for great space for all people on the beach and can use tents and shabomi without fear of being told to pack it up. The frozen ice cart comes 1-2 times most every day which is so refreshing on a really hot day and a treat for the children every day. We love this home, the beach, and all that it offers! An extra plus for arrival and departure is the elevator which makes the process much less stressful and decreases strain on the body! Will be coming back next year for sure.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home that had everything we needed! My parents are elderly and the elevator was so helpful! Having the beach directly in the back yard made everything so much easier, especially since we were having family beach pictures taken. It was lovely to fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean. Well-stocked kitchen! We ate at the home each night around the large table that was big enough for our group of 9. This is something my husband appreciated: even with multiple people showering at the same time, there was no loss of water pressure and plenty of hot water! Would love to stay here again.

2 weeks at LUCKY LEAF

Our 2 weeks stay at Lucky Leaf was wonderful, relaxing, and so much fun. My family and I were there which included two young couples, one with 2 children (8 and 18 months) and another young married couple and 4 older adults ranging from 48 to 75. The home was spacious and equipped for children as well as adults. High chair, pack and play, and plastic dishes were unexpected delights!!! The kitchen was well equipped with nice appliances such as toaster, keurig, utensils including a very nice knife set that worked great for our meal prepping needs. The outdoor grill was very nice and cooked varied seafood wonderfully. If your group is large, the dining table comfortably seats 9-10 people. This trip was the first time that we have been able to all sit at the table and enjoy our meal as a family. The beach was great, and like the house was spacious. The homes around this home are single dwells so the beach was not overcrowded at any time during our stay. The beach area was larger than any other home that we have stayed in previously and this is our tenth year coming to Topsail Beach. There was great storage space for our chairs, etc that was out of the weather and safe. We loved staying in this home so much that we have already booked it again for next summer.

Stop looking! This is your next beach house!!

Exceptional experience at Lucky Leaf. The pictures of this home do not do it justice We found this home to be so much more than pictured. Couches, beds and seating were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked all appliances work well The views from either deck were beautiful and times breathtaking. We could not have been closer to the beach unless we were on the dunes. Communication with the owner is wonderful, any questions we had were answered quickly. Do not miss your chance to rent this beautiful beach home. We will return to Lucky Leaf!

Wonderfully equipped beach house in great location

This is a truly lovely home. The property is just as listed. All of the bedrooms are large and comfortable and the bathrooms are all upgraded and spacious. The outdoor shower was perfect and was used more than any other shower on the property. The main living space is open and has wonderful views of the beach. The upper deck was perfect for catching spectacular sunrises as well as nightly cocktails. The house location is on a strip of the island that has only a few rows of houses so the beaches were empty. We happened to be there during a hurricane and the owners were great at communicating with us everything we needed to know to keep our family safe and informed. Definitely a great choice for a nice stay on Topsail.

My husband and I purchased Lucky Leaf in May 2018 from a very lovely family. We really wanted to buy a place that our family could grow with and have a place where our Family and Friends could all come relax and unwind with us. We unfortunately bought the same year Hurricane Flo came to town, but our beautiful Lucky Leaf weathered the storm quite well and we're ready to share our home for another AWESOME Topsail Summer!!

Our family is fairly new to the North Carolina area, moving down only 2 years ago from "Up North." We were vacationing on the Carolina coast and happened upon Topsail Island out of luck! Lucky Leaf and Topsail, pronounced "Topsul," were both LOVE at first sight! We enjoyed the tranquility of the (more private) beach, the laid back vibe of the island and Lucky Leaf was the perfect size for our growing family <3

Lucky Leaf stood out among other homes that we were looking at because of the enormous common space and large dining table on the upper level. It was essential to us that our "sand castle" would be able to accommodate both of our families or multiple groups of friends at the same time. The panoramic view of the Crystal Coast waters, when we first got to the top of the stairs (or walked out of the elevator) was incredibly breathtaking as well; but don't take our word for it, BOOK WITH US and experience it for yourself!!!
