Relaxing property

The house was well stocked. The communication with Brad was excellent! Grocery store nearby. Quiet culdesac. The pool was warm with relaxing pool lounges. My husband enjoyed the jacuzzi. We enjoyed the experience and would not hesitate to stay again.

Amazing stay

This property was even better than the description. Everything was clean and well appointed. Host checked in via email several times to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Check in and check out was super easy and the hose was amazing to accommodate our early check in request due to a very early flight. Our stay was very pleasant despite being in town for a not so pleasant situation. The only issue we had and it wasn’t a huge deal was the chemicals in the hot tub were so strong our lungs were burning and we were coughing and had to get out immediately. The house is in a very quiet private cul-de-sac. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Paradise in Scottsdale

We wanted to check out Scottsdale, as we have heard so many good things, and we found Brad's rental. It all was PERFECT! The king suite was perfect for the grandparents. The other side of the house was exactly perfect for my boys in one room, and my husband and I in the other. Great mattress, sheets and towels! The kitchen has everything you need (FYI - the meat thermometer uses kinetic energy!). The pool? A dream! We had morning coffee on the outdoor couch, smelling the orange tree, and lunch at the outside table. The BBQ allowed us several fun dinners, and when we used all of the propane, one quick message to Brad, and he pointed us to where the spare was located. We felt like we were staying at a family's place, rather than a rental. WHEN we go back to Scottsdale, I'm hoping this house is where we can stay.

Spring break in Scottsdale

House was very nice and beds were comfortable! Location of the house was perfect for all types of activities in Scottsdale/Phoenix area. Brad was amazing to work with and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. He was so helpful with suggestions on dining and activities. My whole family loved the pool and were thankful we could get it heated. Only minor drawbacks were hot tub was way too chlorinated to really enjoy and one of the bedroom doors didn’t close properly. But overall a great stay and nice house. We would definitely stay here again!

Superb Stay!

We had a tremendous time staying here! My two small kids LOVED the collection of toys and games available. I had to steer them away from a small bar with breakable glassware, but no real problems with that. The pantry was well stocked, and the kitchen/dining area was spacious and beautiful. This was all important for us since we dined in quite a bit, and we had access to cookware, a grill, plates, flatware, etc. There's also grocery store that's a 2 min drive/10min walk away, which was convenient. The beds were comfortable for my older parents, myself, and my kids. And the pool was perfect! There's not exactly a shallow end (more like deep and more deep from the perspective of my 4 year old) so I was glad I had brought their lifejackets. However, the property also had several floaties, which were great fun. The hot tub was maybe the only slight downside: it was older, and any time the it cycled, it kicked up chemicals that made us cough so bad we had to bail out. I would have reported it, but I couldn't imagine anything the managers could have done. When I did reach out, they were wonderful and responsive. Everything we wanted to do was a 15-45 minute drive away, but it seemed like that was just kind of the nature of the area. Overall, we were so pleased with our decision to stay here! My kids didn't want to go home. Thanks Brad for helping make our vacation a good one!

Fun Phoenix Getaway

This house was perfect for our week-long trip to Phoenix. Good location, pool and hot tub were great and the beds were so comfortable! Huge laundry room to keep our golf clubs in and Brad was fantastic to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

Scottsdale’s sojourn: for us…it’s all about the kitchen, pool, hot tub!

Delightful first time rental in Scottsdale area. My Family rented another vrbo nearby for thanksgiving weekend….but we stayed a month at Brad’s place. Being a gourmet cook, having well appointed kitchen is a must, esp during thanksgiving with family when I’m cooking to take dishes to their place. The owner, Brad, was stellar in ensuring we had everything needed to cook up holiday feast, stopping by to ‘refresh a few kitchen items during our stay…we appreciated his dedication to clientele satisfaction. Couple minor details could be improved on: better side chairs in living area. Maids cleaning patio furniture better. New outdoor lounge cushions. Maybe some flowers/plants in pots around pool would allow better ambiance. But didn’t deflect from our overall visit. The owner takes his clients satisfaction seriously and is quick to assist if needed. Thank you, we’ll be back.

Great location

Nice home, but a bit disappointed in a few things - Pool not heated as described and unable to use because H2O temp too cold: towels were still wet in the closet and we had to re-wash; TV not working initially, ice-maker not working: place was very dusty. Told not to park on the cul-de-sac, but two of the neighboring houses had cars parked in the street. Strange. That stated, the location was terrific, communications with owner was solid and he did bring us bagged ice to use and reset the TV, so I applaud him for doing that so quickly.

Father of 3 boys, married to my high school sweetheart, Stephanie for 25 years. We started our lives in this house with a few animals and lots of friends and over the last 10 years added our children, their friends and now we have 2 new black lab puppies.
I love photography - any kind of nature or scenery, travel both domestic and international, outdoor adventure, music festivals, entertaining with friends and being with my family.

We travel quite a bit whenever we get the chance and we love to stay in homes owned by others. It allows us to see the area through their eyes while also enjoying and experiencing our own adventure. We hope you enjoy our home. It has been filled with a lot of love, peace and laughter.
