Santa Fe Stay

Great location - easy to walk into town, to restaurants, galleries and shopping. Also easy to access routes out of town when exploring the nearby sites. Good layout of the home with bedroom, bathroom and sitting area upstairs and another bedroom, bathroom and living area downstairs.

Very Nice Small Condo

Nice small 2 bedroom. Clean, fairly well stocked. Nice gas fireplace. Two comfortable beds with good linens/blankets/pillows. The driveway was awkward and narrow with other units sharing the space. The garage was very small and a bit messy and dirty. Our midsize SUV was 10 inches too long so we parked on the nearby street. This close enough and not a problem and perfectly safe, but on the last day our rental SUV got egged. Perhaps it was because it had CO license plates? Or because a neighbor didn't like renters? Also, a note to the owner, the upstairs sinks and shower/tub were a bit slow to drain; recommend unclogging before next guests arrive. The snacks were fine, but the two packages of microwave popcorn were terrible - probably very old? The front door lock was tricky. Maybe a locksmith should take a look at it. All in all, a nice visit.

Great location and comfortable stay

The place is lovely, better than the photos. Beds comfortable, kitchen well equipped, plenty of space for the three of us, and best of all is the location. It was a short walk to the plaza. We never had to deal with the hassle of parking! Santa Fe is a wonderful to visit. So much to see and do. We will be back and plan to stay here again.

Wonderful property and a wonderful trip

We had a great time in Santa Fe. This property is in a wonderful location and is very comfortable. The indoor and outdoor spaces are well-appointed, the kitchen is well furnished with cookware and tableware (though we didn't cook because we wanted to experience the great restaurants). Denise was very responsive and is a wonderful host. Thanks for a terrific visit.

Oct stay

While the hot air balloon festival in Albuquerque wasn’t possible because of the weather, we always enjoy visiting Danta Fe. The property owner was very approachable and responsive. The property is a little worn and the housekeeper apparently doesn’t dust under the bed and other furniture, the condo is adorable and the location is amazing. Overall, a great stay.

Nice location, clean, convenient

My sisters, mother, and I stayed here while my sister painted a mural in Santa Fe. I am a journalist, and our family of artists had an art exhibition opening downtown. We were all very busy, and this was a nice, convenient place to stay. We had an AC problem our first night, and the owner was easy to contact and responded quickly. I would recommend this condo for business or vacation purposes.

Perfect Santa Fe home away from home

My husband and I spent three weeks in Santa Fe to have a change of scenery from Boston winter. Working remotely from this Santa Fe home was the perfect getaway. We loved the decor and the Southwest design. The home is located an easy, safe and pleasant 10 minute walk to the heart of Santa Fe. The pictures do not do justice to this unit. It is spacious and very comfortable. There are two levels with a living room, kitchen, bedroom and full bath on the first level. The second level was where we spent most of our time. Bedroom is beautiful and spacious with great light during the day and a slider to a large deck. Very comfortable beds and nice quality and clean linens and towels. The open area on the second floor has a gas fireplace that we enjoyed most nights while watching tv or hanging out in the comfortable leather chairs. Three different outdoor private areas...two upper level deck areas and a private enclosed outdoor entry area. The home is perfectly set up and well equipped for all the basic needs. Kitchen well equipped although we ended up dining out most every night to take advantage of the great options for dining in the area. We had no issues at all with our three week stay, but the few times that we had a question we had a quick response from the owner. I loved our stay, and I look forward to returning someday. Another bonus...a beautiful park to see the sunset was a ten minute walk up the road. Also, a recreation facililty and a park across the street offered use of the workout facility and pool for $3 per day! (that may have been the over 62 rate....). Our stay in this lovely home was a great experience!!!

Quite, Convenient and Charming

We had a wonderful stay in this property, which had all the needed amenities, amazing bedding, southwestern charm, and multiple options for parking (cleared space literally in front along bishop's lodge frontage, in the back on a shared parking spot which was always available, and the garage). Our favorite feature was curling up with a book next to the gas switch fireplace in the evenings after a long day in town, or just to watch TV on that upper landing/loft outside of the master. Our biggest surprise was the quietness; I thought we would hear road traffic, but never heard a sound over three days. The host was easy to reach, kind, and always available. I would book here again.

Great location for exploring Santa Fe

Cozy and comfortable 2BR condo in a quiet residential area but only 10 minutes on foot to the main square in Santa Fe and 5 minutes drive to grocery shopping. Well equipped and maintained kitchen, solid Internet connectivity. The host could be a little more helpful in explaining how the elaborate light switches work; it took us two days to figure it out.

Quick Snow Trip

My teen son had still not seen snow and we wanted a quick trip in an area that wasn’t over crowded (Covid). The property was perfect with a full kitchen to stay in and cook and two comfortable bedrooms, one on each floor, which also afforded us privacy. There is plenty to shop in the area and restaurants and bars for when that time comes again. The upstairs bed was like a cloud. Amazing. 😊

Nice home

While we were there the radiant heat was acting up and the indoor temperature downstairs exceeded 74° many times and was quite uncomfortable it appears they had a valve stuck open and it was difficult to sleep at night with the extra heat. Would’ve preferred someone to come and repair while we were there other than that our stay was nice.

Perfect!

My family of 4 visited Santa Fe in December 2019 for a much needed vacation. We planned to ski, but wanted to stay in town and close to restaurants and shops. This was the perfect location. We had a car rental, but could have walked, as it is quite close to the center. Also very convenient is how close it is to the road that goes up to Ski Santa Fe. It is just around the corner from the condo, then 15 miles up the mountain and you're there! The condo itself was even better than the beautiful pictures. It is cozy, charming, artistic and comfortable, with lots of special touches. It was completely stocked above my expectations and very clean. Denise, the owner was very responsive to questions I had and great to work with. We have stayed in many VRBOs, and this was one of the best. We enjoyed our trip so much, and our wonderful accommodations were a big factor in that. We hope to visit again and would definitely want to stay here again. Thank you Denise!

Santa Fe in style!

This was an amazing place.! Very clean, easy instructions and the amenities were incredible! 3 different patios, and upstairs is an electric fireplace and sitting area by the master bedroom! Easy walking to the Square. We had a tremendous visit. Two things: I could not locate any sauce pans, otherwise the kitchen was very well stocked. Also, the key sticks sometimes in the front door. Very happy with our experience, and if the opportunity to stay again arises, we certainly will!

Great place in a great location!!

We have stayed in Santa Fe a couple of times a year for the last 25 years and this is one of our favorites. Everything we needed was there and the place was immaculate! Location was wonderful and we loved the layout. Check-in and check-out was so easy. We will be staying here again for sure!!

Everything exceeded expectations

We had opportunity to stay in this great home for two weeks. Everything about our experience exceeded expectations. Check in was super easy. House and furnishings even nicer than pictured. Upstairs space and outdoor deck is so relaxing. Location was walking distance to sites and shopping plus access to the major roads made it easy to get around town. And host went above and beyond to help me after leaving important item behind. Thank you for helping make our trip a success!

My husband and I eloped in Santa Fe and have loved it ever since. As an artist we love the art scene as well as the great outdoors. My husband enjoys skiing in the winter and brisk hike the rest of the year. We enjoy trying our hand at gourmet cooking and experiencing the different flavours of New Mexico. It is our fabulous romantic getaway!

After looking for the right place for a couple of years, we knew this was the one the moment we saw it. Close to the plaza but still private. We love the two fireplaces and the ease of the gas fireplace upstairs was perfect for us. The master bedroom with the all the light and private balcony is suited us. My husband likes to drink his morning outside in the spring and summer.
