Warum überall hinfahren, wenn Sie unsere Kaufhäuser und gehen können ?! Beste Lage in Palm Springs! Versteckt der Nähe des Berges für weniger windigen Tagen auch!

Genießen Sie den Zauber von Palm Springs selbst in dieser idealen Lage im Herzen des historischen Hotelviertel. In den späten 60er Jahren (obwohl dieses Gerät wurde vollständig renoviert) erbaut, ist diese kleine Anlage mit nur 10 Einheiten nur einen kurzen flachen Fuß von der Innenstadt von Palm Spring, wo Sie einkaufen, wunderbare Restaurants und dem berühmten Dorf Fest am Donnerstagabend zu genießen.

Der Pool und das Spa befinden sich direkt vor der Haustür und sind jeden Tag und Nacht gepflegt und schön.

Dieses Gerät wurde im Sommer 2016 mit allen modernen Annehmlichkeiten, die es ursprünglich nicht gebaut mit in den 60er Jahren vor kurzem renoviert. Herrliche Mitte des Jahrhunderts moderne Dekoration!

FANTASTIC!!!
The condo is in an intimate gated square of only 10 residences that surround a pool and spa with no obtrusive fence. Lisa has the condo decor absolutely perfect. What you see is almost as good as what you get! I want to live there.

Super location and accommodations !
We have been guests since 2009. Lisa and Gord have been fantastic owners. This was a fabulous space and location before the renovations. It is over the top now. Desert Paradise
We spent a wonderful month in this comfortable, modern, spacious condo with a well supplied kitchen, new appliances and all the patio furniture we needed. We were joined by another couple for a few weeks but the condo is so spacious we never felt crowded. Lots of restaurants a few blocks away, but so is Peninsula Pastries with the best French bread ever! The condo’s location is perfect for many activities, including superb hiking. The Indian Canyons is a short drive and once there, rangers can pretty much answer any question you have about the desert. If you are a more ambitious hiker, the Lykken and Museum trails are a short walk from your door. Lounging under the sun umbrella after a swim in the complex’s pool gives you a view of the mountains so breathtaking you wonder if its fake. And if you like to cycle, the wide, interesting cycle paths had us a long way down the Coachella Valley before we even realized how far we had gone. Thanks for a great vacation!

Palm Springs! Location location location
We have been loving this property for a number of years. Three blocks from all the action. Close to golf. All the amenities and twice the serenity than other places we have stayed. Lisa and Gord have thought of everything! We love it and can't wait for our next opportunity to visit. November 2016 is too long to wait!

Great Mountain Views and Location.
We stayed for a week over Halloween 2014.The location with this complex is perfect. A very short walk to the many restaurants and bars. Looking out at the mountains in the morning was our favourite time of the day. The unit was stocked with all the necessities of life except a "corkscrew" Problem resolved by a quick trip to the corner store!!! The condo was very clean and did not disappoint The pool and hot tub were wonderful to relax in after our days of golf and shopping. Will stay there again on our next trip.

Perfect location in Palm Springs
Our stay started on Oct 10, 2014 and we were there for five nights. This was the best location of any of the condos we have stayed at in Palm Springs. It's up against the mountains and only a five minute walk to the middle of downtown Palm Springs. Four of the five nights we walked to dinner. The unit is well appointed and very modern and the kitchen had all sorts of condiments, etc. It was well set up for two couples, each bedroom has a complete bath within the suite. The complex is small with only 10 condos and a very nice pool and hot tub and off street parking.

Great Condo, Great Location
Awesome property. Lovely views of palms and mountains. Condo very urban and funky. 5 minutes from main street. Loved the pool, we were the only to use it the entire week and felt as if we had our own private hide away. Will always stay here when going to Palm Springs.

Great Location, Well Appointed Condo
My wife and I have been traveling to Palm Springs for 25 years and this was one of the best locations and one of the best equiepped condo's we have stayed at. The kitchen had everything needed for preparing gourmet meals! The pool was clean and cool and everything we needed was easy to find. Dining and dancing in town was only a short walk. Great place to stay
The unit is very nicely equipped, the complex is well maintained, the view of the mountians is great, and the location is awesome. It is a very short walk to downtown and all of the stores and restaurants. We loved it and will hopefully get a chance to visit again.

Great Getaway
A great location! The condo was even better than the pictures showed. A quiet get away for us four women to shop and sit by the pool. The condo was spacious which allowed for plenty of room for four people. Everything was in good running order and the outside is well maintained as well. We did rent a car as we wanted to shop but Palm Springs is very easy to get around as well as the surrounding cities. Lisa answered all of our questions and no concerns!! It was a great spot and will definately recommend to others.

Wonderful Condo
Just returned from my stay at this beautiful condo. I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable and conveniently located "home". Short walk to downtown (which was great with the hot temps!), the small complex was so quiet and the condo has everything you need to feel at home. Lisa is absolutely the best to work with--so helpful and accommodating--thank you, Lisa! If I'm ever in Palm Springs again, this would be the first place I'd want to stay.

Great Location and Comfortable
3 lady friends and I rented Lisa's PS condo. I did a good deal of research on line to locate a place from which we could walk to the funky/cool downtown area. This place fit that requirement very well. The complex and neighborhood were peaceful and relaxing. The condo itself was very comfortable, with a well appointed kitchen and great memory foam king beds. Lisa was very accomodating. We intend to return!

Fabulous condo in downtown Palm Springs
This is a great spot. It is walking distance to downtown and all the great restaurants, minutes away from the Palm Springs Museum and five minutes away from the Museum trail hike. The condo is lovely it has a 60's vibe but totally modern. My husband and I stayed there for the month of May and loved it. We rented bikes and rode everywhere it really is perfect. It also has the best view in Palm Springs.

Lovely Home Away From Home R & R Getaway
We stayed at Lisa and Gord's 2bedroom condo the week of 4/1/11 and the photos do not do this place justice! It's a lovely and very stylish modern condo with lots of light (skylights are amazing) and amenities galore! We relaxed on the outdoor patios (both ground level and balcony) enjoying the peace and quiet frequent close encounter visits with the resident hummingbirds and breathtaking mountain views.The locale was perfect and allowed us walking access to downtown and quick arrival via auto or bicycle to any destination in Palm Springs. The DVD movie selection had something for everyone...Looking forward to my next stay at this little oasis in the desert! Thanks for everything, Lisa :)

Amazing Condo! Amazing Views! Amazing Location!
I love this condo and the location. Spectacular views of the mountain, you can lay in bed and watch the changing colors of the sunrise on the mountain. Amazing! The location is perfect for the full Palm Springs village experience. You really can walk to everything – escape the auto and enjoy the village!! I stayed 2 months and wished I could have stayed longer. Very clean! Very comfortable beds, fully furnished condo with everything you need for luxury. I was so excited I sent pictures to all my friends because this condo really IS everything promised and more!

Lisa and Gord purchased this vacation rental after 5 years of renting in the Tennis Club area of Palm Springs. They enjoyed the convenience and serenity of the location so much they purchased this unit plus one other in the same complex. In the historic hotel district, the location of 500 West is, in their opinion, the best in the valley. The love the 2 block walking distance to downtown Palm Springs, the 7 minute drive to the airport, plus the various hiking, biking and walking trails all in the close vicinity.

The benefits of this location are so numerous. The only place you need to drive to from this location is the golf course! But otherwise, you are close to everything. Also, being in a small, 10 unit complex, the quiet and serenity is second to none. They also love being steps from their front door to the pool and hot tub. The views from this unit's master bedroom is spectacular when the sun rises on the mountain - wow!!
