Wir sind mit der Umgestaltung fertig, so dass bald weitere Fotos kommen!

Dieses Haus befindet sich am Rande von Three Rivers auf einer Anhöhe, die eine herrliche Aussicht bietet und ideal für mehrere Familienmitglieder ist, die zusammen reisen. Das Haus ist ca. 15 Minuten vom Eingang des Sequoia National Park entfernt. Wir sind mit dem Auto von allen Geschäften in der Stadt entfernt, obwohl es ein schöner Spaziergang durch die Einfahrt und in die Nachbarschaft ist. Seien Sie nur bereit, die lange steile Auffahrt hochzugehen!

2 große Schlafzimmer machen dies zu einem idealen Ort für zwei Familien, die zusammen reisen. Das dritte Schlafzimmer bietet 3 Betten für alle Kinder, und das vierte Schlafzimmer gibt Oma und Opa auch ihre eigene Privatsphäre!

Beide Master-Schlafzimmer verfügen über ein eigenes Bad, ein Kingsize-Bett, zusätzliche Sitzbereiche und eine großartige Aussicht von beiden Standorten aus. Ein Hauptschlafzimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und das andere Hauptschlafzimmer befindet sich im Obergeschoss.

Das 3. Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten und ein Queensize-Bett mit Stauraum für Koffer. Das 4. Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein großes Bett mit einem großen Schrank. Beide Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Obergeschoss.

Wohnzimmer, Küche, Waschküche, Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder befinden sich alle auf der unteren Ebene. Die obere Ebene bietet 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder.

Das Deck ist weiträumig und erstreckt sich entlang der Rückseite des Hauses mit Ein- und Ausstiegspunkten im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer. Es gibt Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien, Propan-Grill und eine kleine Feuerstelle. Für die Feuerschutzgrube gelten saisonale Einschränkungen. Sie müssen Ihr eigenes Brennholz mitbringen.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass sich an dieser Stelle jederzeit maximal 3 Autos befinden. Dadurch wird der Verkehr, der an unserem Nachbarhaus vorbeigeht, reduziert. Wir möchten nicht, dass sie sich wie eine Autobahn neben ihnen fühlen. Bitte beachten Sie auch, dass die Einfahrt asphaltiert ist, aber steil, kurvig und eng ist.

Das Beste daran? .........Ihr bester Familienfreund ist erlaubt, weil wir haustierfreundlich sind! Es gibt viel Spielraum, aber bitte beachten Sie die Grundstücksgrenzen, betreten Sie nicht! Vielen Dank!

Peaceful rental

The home was great for our family reunion. Ample space, nice kitchen. It was a relief to find a rental with food storage like tinfoil and Tupperware. The view was spectacular and the deck was very nice. I would recommend the property to anyone visiting the area.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at Hope’s vista. The house had such wonderful energy. Rooms spacey, bathroom (walk-in shower) was perfect, mobility around the house great for my handicapped husband. We would definitely recommend this property for a quiet, peaceful vacation spot.

Nice getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was really clean.Maybe some updates on the fixtures would be good. The water pressure in the lower bedroom was a bit low. Overall, I would recommend and we would come again

Great Place

The views are spectacular. What a fantastic property. My son works for the Park Service and everyone who didn't have a place to go for Thanksgiving was invited.We had quite a crowd for Thanksgiving dinner. It was great. So many new friends. Introduced them all to Allice’s Restaurant by Arlo Guthrie.There were four of us who stayed there, plus a dog. The place was clean and quiet.Sheila, the host, is a rock star. Always answered her calls and texts if we had questions.We have no complaints. Almost everything needed was there already. We did need more coffee filters, and Sheila offered to bring us more, but we were going to the store anyway.Everyone had a great time in this beautiful location.

Great HQ for the National Parks

Sure it was 108 degrees every day, but right across the street was Slick Rock river where the kids had a ball cooling off in the water. The house was huge and immaculate, great A/C for the heat wave, kitchen was well supplied. No complaints.

Beautiful Stay

The stay was fantastic! The house had a vintage cabin feel, and it was really comfortable. The outside deck is where we spent most of our time, enjoying nature and relaxing. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. Also, the hosts were great. We had trouble figuring out the AC in one room (user error), and we eventually figured it out right as our hosts were coming to check on the issue. 5/5 stars for sure on hospitality, cleanliness, location, and ambiance!

Better than expected

The house is large and perfect for our group of six adults. We had two small issues that we noticed when we arrived and contacted the property management and it was corrected almost immediately. To say they were great is an understatement - they were awesome. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/etc. We all said we would stay there again.

Great house and location but poorly maintained!

Great house and location but poorly maintained! No hot water in bathrooms absolutely, toilets clogging, and AC is very inconsistent. The kitchen is equipped with utensils and dinnerware but not with basic condiments such as salt and sugar. Be prepared for this and it is good find.

Great house and location

Our group of nine, consisting of children ages 8-18 and five adults and our pups, really enjoyed our stay here! It was our base camp for exploring Sequoia National Park- the home was located close to the park, as well as yummy restaurants in town. If you enjoy Greek food, Tony’s Taverna was fantastic. The yogurt shop downtown was really, really good, too! As for the property, the rooms were comfortable although the room with a queen bed and two twins is probably best for kids as the mattress is a little older and probably not as comfortable for adults. Everything you need for cooking and preparing meals at home is provided at the house and Sheila was super responsive when we needed additional coffee filters. We brought our dogs with us and the house is really pet friendly. The yard is not fenced, though this was not an issue for our pups. We’re pretty sure there was a rattlesnake under the deck and we saw and heard coyotes in the area so you’ll just want to go out with your pups to make sure they’re safe. That’s to be expected in the terrain around the house so we knew to be watchful. It’s a beautiful area and a fun place to explore. Thanks for sharing your home with us and our family!

Great family vacation property

Better than expected! The property is a gorgeous big house located on a hill. I will say the picture did not do a justice for the property, it looks much better in person. As a part-time location photographer, I will say there's great room for improvement. Let's talk about the property. The Good: * Big rooms with good setup. Including living room, kitchen, patio deck. * Independent location, no distraction from others. * Good scenery, views. * Close to local attraction and business in three river. e.g. about 3min to Slide Rock recreation area. * 30min to Sequoia National Park. The bad (or some fact) * The property is though well maintained, is definitely aged. Furnitures, appliance are not new. Some of the furnitures, including one of the bed are a little shaky. * The network reception is not good, including the Wifi on-site. (We tried ATT is okay, Verizon is okay, Tmobile is no go, Wifi, probably ADSL? the speed is less than 1M) * Sequoia and King Canyon are large park, if one plan to stay here and goto King Canyon, a single trip will take 2 hours, will probably better stay at cabin inside the park if plan to go further.

Great place to enjoy nature

Gorgeous cabin with beautiful views. Just needs a little love in the inside; otherwise beautiful! We really enjoyed our stayed. We had no issues at all. The cabin had everything we needed. They even had complementary monsters and Pedialyte beverages on the fridge. The cabin was very clean from top to bottom and was very spacious. One family member proposed on the back yard and it was perfect for the occasion. We also could not ask for a better location since there were gas stations and places to eat within a mile away. I wish I could submit pictures of the set up when my family member proposed so everyone can see. We look forward to stay at this cabin again.

Beautiful family friendly property with gorgeous views

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this very cozy home. The house was beautiful and we loved that it was only 20 minutes away from Sequoia! We enjoyed eating breakfast while looking out at the calming view of Three Rivers and the fall foliage. We also loved the great collection of books, games and classical records that were provided. We were quite busy exploring the park and would love to book this stay again and spend more time enjoying the home!

Good weekend

The property and house was nice. All the rooms were nice and looked like the picture advertised. It was nice getting away with my friends and spending time outdoors instead all day in the house, it was quiet and you got to enjoy the nice fresh air. The only problem was that the internet was slow when we try to get on and couldn’t watch anything on the television. But overall it was a good stay and good couple days.

Great location and views.

Interesting and challenging driveway, that lead to great views/scenery. Lots of hummingbirds - tons of room - overall a great stay. Very close to the South entrance of Sequoia NP. Quiet/tranquil location. Really enjoyed cocktails and dinner out on the deck.
