Das Hotel liegt in einer abgelegenen ruhigen Sackgasse, mit Wanderwegen, etwa zehn bis fünfzehn Minuten vom eleganten und sicheren Viertel Augusta National Golf Club, in der Nähe von Einkaufszentren und nur wenige Minuten von der Autobahn entfernt. Es wurde vor etwa sieben Jahren mit offenem Grundriss und beheizter Fläche von 2000 Quadratmetern gebaut.

Ein formeller Essbereich, ein formeller Tagungsraum, eine große Küche mit modernen Geräten und separatem Frühstücksbereich, ein halbes Bad, Parkett, eine eingezäunte Veranda mit Gasgrill und eine Garage für zwei Autos. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über zwei große Sofas, einen Kamin, WLAN-Internetzugang, ein Surround-Sound-Unterhaltungssystem, High-Definition-Satellitenkurvenfernseher im Wohnzimmer und in der Küche.
Auf der oberen Ebene:
Hauptschlafzimmer mit großem Badezimmer, separater Dusche und Whirlpool sowie einem komfortablen Queensize-Bett. Die anderen beiden Schlafzimmer verfügen über Queen-Size-Betten und ein gemeinsames Bad mit Badewanne. Ein Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen an der Wand befestigten HD-Fernseher. Dazu gehört auch ein Bürobereich mit Internet- und Druckerausstattung.
