Das Casa Blanca liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von den Restaurants und Geschäften des Crescent Beach Village entfernt. Das Siesta Key Village liegt nur eine kurze Autofahrt nördlich auf dem Key. Unsere Villen liegen zwischen dem Poolbereich und dem berühmten Crescent Beach. Jede Villa ist individuell eingerichtet, komplett ausgestattet und professionell gestaltet. Die meisten Villen verfügen über einen abgeschirmten Lanai mit Tisch und Stühlen zum Essen und Entspannen. Diejenigen ohne Lanai haben ein größeres Interieur. Die Villen verfügen über 1 oder 2 Schlafzimmer und 1 bis 2 Bäder. Wäschemöglichkeiten sind vor Ort in den öffentlichen Bereichen verfügbar. Einige Einheiten verfügen über Einrichtungen innerhalb der Einheit.

Extremely disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve stayed at Casa Blanca at least 10 times over the last 20 years and this was the first time I’ve been extremely disappointed. Condo D6 was disgusting. The carpets were filthy and smelled musty. Everything is extremely outdated and felt very dirty. Pillows didn’t have linens. Only 1 role of toilet paper for a family of 5 for an entire week. Office staff not helpful. While they weren’t unfriendly, they acted as if they could care less about our concerns and offered no assistance. I had two small children and we left early and stayed somewhere else the last night. I would not recommend this place to anyone and won’t stay at casa Blanca again.

Price of a Five Star Hotel without the Five Star Quality

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love Siesta Key Beach, but I might start looking for a different vacation destination. (After 30 years of staying at Casa Blanca) The unit I stayed in - D06 -is in need of an update. The carpet in the bedrooms is badly stained. The cloth covered dining room chairs and barstools are badly stained. Sectional in living room is comfortable but don't look under it when the reclining sections are reclined out, you don't want to see what's under there. Also, with the price we were paying I don't like having to get my own toilet paper and garbage bags or purchasing them from the office. Maybe this is the norm for rentals, but it was one extra disappointment. I will say that Casa Blanca has always been a fun and favorite spot for our large family to get together. The other renters have always been friendly and we enjoy the location and the beautiful beach. The condition of D06 was the main issue.

Do NOT stay in this unit

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The moment we walked in it smelled like cigarettes and was not clean. The kitchen counters still with crumbs, including the outside of the fridge with stains and the floors with crumbs and not cleaned. The bathrooms wer the only good part, remodeled and clean with fresh towels. The entire unit is out dated. The blinds were super dusty and from 1980s. The carpets are filthy and if you suffer from allergies like my son and I you will die! We had to run to get a mop, broom and cleaning supplies . What they provide is a sad joke. The office was very nice about our concerns but still have not credited anything as promised. They expected us to get the unit cleaned while we were staying there and trying to have breakfast. All our friends had pretty and clean units. Do NOT stay here it’s falling apart and the furniture is old stained and I wouldn’t even sit without a towel I just didn’t feel ok. The kitchen utensils are disgusting!
