2 Schlafzimmer / 1 1/2 Bad Private Villa, in der Nähe von Pool, Clubhouse und Wäscherei. Ein paar Schritte zu unserem privaten Strand.

Willkommen in der Villa B07! Dieses Gerät wurde komplett renoviert und mit allen neuen Fußböden, Wänden, Fenstern, Türen, Küchenschränken, Granit, modernen Edelstahlgeräten, einem neuen Vollbad mit ebenerdiger Dusche und neuem Waschtisch ausgestattet Bad mit neuem Waschtisch und eine neue heiße / kalte Dusche an der Außenseite der Villa.

Die beiden Schlafzimmer bieten Platz für 4 Personen, aber im Wohnzimmer steht ein Queensize-Schlafsofa für 2 weitere Personen.
Es verfügt über 3 Fernseher, einen DVD-Player und ein eigenes privates WLAN.

Es gibt eine abgeschirmte Veranda mit einem Terrassentisch und vier Stühlen.

Es liegt günstig zwischen dem Strand und dem Pool und am Strand und am Pool stehen Ihnen Stühle zur Verfügung.

Excellent location

The property had amazing proximity to beach/ pool. The only small issue we had was that the villa itself could have been cleaned up a bit better prior to our check in, and that the TVs in the unit were not compatible with the remotes, thus we could not control them.

The villa was perfect! Very clean, and had everything we needed. Located right between the pool and the beach, very short walk to both! The clubhouse was great for the cloudy and rainy days. My kids loved the ping pong and pool table. The pool was really nice, much larger than expected! The property staff were very helpful and friendly. I will be coming back and booking this villa again. This was our first time to Sarasota. We were so lucky to find this property. It is 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths which we really needed. It is easy walking distance to a beautiful beach. It is also convenient by car to almost everything. I recommend this property highly!!!

Great Family Beach Vacation

We had a great time at Casa Blanca. It was our first trip to Florida, and we are already talking about our next trip! The condo was an easy walk to the beach, and their private beach area wasn’t over crowded. And the beach itself was incredibly beautiful! The condo had everything we needed. We also loved how close we were to Siesta Village. Such a cute area with some great restaurants!
