Diese neu eingerichtete und dekorierte Villa mit 2 Schlafzimmern, einer brandneuen Königsmatratze und einem Schlafsofa bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen.
Das Schlafzimmer bietet ein Kingsize-Bett, ein eigenes Bad und Kabel-TV.
Das Gästezimmer bietet 2 Einzelbetten und Kabel.
Villa B4 bietet HD-TV, DVD, Filmauswahl, Surround-Sound und drahtlose Internetdienste.

Nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß von der Villa B4 zum weißen, weichen Sand des Crescent Beach am Siesta Key, der als der bevorzugte Strand in der Region Sarasota gilt.

Clean and Cute

Overall, very enjoyable. Our villa was clean and "cute". The beds were comfortable. The pool was nice sized! However, a 9:00 pm closing was surprising as that's the best time for adults to get in a quick swim at the end of the day. Additionally, it would have been nice to have towel service as it was provided only after 10 days. I would have brought more pool towels from home if I had known this was a problem or issue.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Villa needs updating in living room decor and sitting areas. Needs light on entrance to bedroom area. Kitchen utensils, plates, lacking. Microwave should be an under the counter to allow for more counter space.Tool many fees added to the cost, and management is getting very stingy with provided amenities-toilet paper, garbage bags, Dishwasher soap,etc. Beach chairs and lounges very ratty looking. Needs replacement or thorough cleaning.

Super family vacation spot

Our family stayed in this beautiful villa for a week in September. What a great time! Our three children enjoyed the pool and the beach everyday. We have been to Casa Blanca several times but I must say this villa is at the top of our list to stay at in the future. Everything about it is first-class. Very beautiful decor! Our 2 girls loved the bedroom with the twin beds and TV on the wall. They had their own private space. Our 7 yr. old boy had a wonderful time swimming in the large pool. It was so nice and we were almost always the only ones there. I would highly recommend this villa to everyone. Thank you for sharing your vacation home with our family!!

I stayed at this lovely cottage for a girls weekend. It was an absolutely perfect place! From the cozy, yet roomy, cottage to the easily accessible, pristine, white sand beach it was a vacation to remember! You can tell the owners put a lot of care and pride into their home. The cottage was tastefully decorated, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen had all the amenities of home, including coffee maker and high end blender (makes great mixed drinks!). The location of this cottage was perfect.....easy walk to the beach or pool, and free 'taxi' rides to the restaurant and bars. If needed, there is easy parking right in front of the cottage.The beach lived up to its reputation. The amazing white sands, warm waters, blue skies and marine wildlife made for relaxing days on the beach. The sunsets are so beautiful, your camera can't possibly capture the moment! At night, the moon's reflection on the water was mesmerizing. This is a beautiful cottage in a fantastic location. I would recommend staying here to everyone......I know I will be staying here again and again!

Beautiful, Relaxing & Immaculate

We had 5 people in our party and the accommodations were ideal! Full size fridge and good sized kitchen allowed us to prepare many meals easily. They even had a blender for our breakfast smoothies. We ate inside in the dining area and we ate out on the lanai - we loved the ability to eat in or out. The living room had plenty of seating for socializing and the sleeper sofa worked well for our 5th person. Our iphone playlists played easily through their surround sound stereo with the cord that was supplied. The beds were comfy and the bedrooms were spacious. It is obvious they have updated the decor & redecorated recently, very tasteful and welcoming. It was an easy walk to both the beach and the pool. We spent most of our time at the beach and the fact that they supply lounge chairs at the beach eliminated a need for us to bring them. We walked the beach every morning and watched the gorgeous sunset every night. The weather was so great we didn't need to use the rec room but it was nice to know that it was there for any rainy day activity. Although we had rented a car, it was an quick, easy ride into the village area for dinner/drinks using a tip-only taxi. There is a large Publix market and beach shop 5 min from the condo for food, sunscreen, sun hats.....Bring your own beach towels, shower towels were included. We can't wait to go back next year and will seek this unit for sure!

Perfect Choice

I just stayed at this property for a girl's getaway weekend. It was a perfect fit for the 5 of us, and I look forward to returning with my family. It was very close to both the water and the pool for our early morning strolls on the beach and our refreshing midnight swims. The unit itself is classy, clean, nicely decorated, and well outfitted (complete with a blender that made perfect green smoothies for the mornings after the perfect margaritas as well as boggie boards, floats, a small charcol grill, etc). Although we didn't use them this time, I did notice flat screen TVs in all the rooms, a bin of toys, and books and games on the shelf that my family will enjoy when we come back here. With 2 bathrooms, we were never in each other's way, and the screened lannai was a well used room. We loved being able to hook our phones into the surround sound system in the living room too. The development is not too large, and was very quiet during our stay. Check in was simple, and you park right in from of the cottage (although we used our car only once, to go to the grocery). They have comfy beach chairs out on the beach ready and waiting for you. We saw lots of beautiful sea life and understand why the beach is ranked one of the top in the world. Hope to make this an annual event! Thanks to these owners who obviously love the place as much as we did.
